Gender sensitivity is a concept needs to be substantially count since early childhood when a child starts understanding and developing their gender role. As such UNESCO published the guideline on Comprehensive Sexuality Education(CSE) guidelines. In Korea, the Ministry of Women and Family selected the book called 'Nadaum children's book' in order to support children to better develop the gender sensitivity in their early childhood. This study aims for qualitative research on 101 books for low-grade children of Nadaum Children's Books. Content analysis and theme analysis were conducted based on UNESCO's CSE guidelines. This is to analyze the frequency rate of the CSE concepts and how the value of gender sensitivity is described throughout the books. The results shows that 'family member' and 'value of tolerance' were most frequently appeared while 'puberty' and 'sex and health' were not included. In addition, the results of theme analysis showed that this book well described the activities pursuing the value of gender sensitivity as well as process of being materialized it.

This study analyzed the 77 most popular sexuality education books for children and young adults published in Korea, based on various criteria, including subject matters, format, implied readers, and author's occupational background. Among the key topics of the International technical guidance on sexuality education developed by UNESCO, the most mentioned was that it is natural to have curiosity on one's own feelings and body and that sex education books can help them learn about them. Respect on one's own body, knowledge of sexual and reproductive organs, eggs and sperms, menstrual cycle, effect of hormones were also easily found topics from the books. The least mentioned topics were HIV/AIDS and Gender-based violence. 63.5% of the analyzed books were books with/without illustrations. Other formats include picture books, comic books, and photo-illustrated books. Publication of books aimed for particular gender started to increase from 2019. Diversity of authors' occupation were also shown starting 2019. Further research on the role of sex education books is crucial to help all children and young adults develop their own sexuality and understand that of other people, and ultimately to live in a harmonious society.

This study was done to identify sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and parent efficacy among parents of preschool child. Participants were 70 couples, parents of preschool child. Data were analyzed using chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA. The difference in recognition and attitude about sexuality education for children among parents, person in charge of sexuality education for children(p=.043), parents' experience of sexuality education for their children(p=.043), the number of communication about sexuality with their children(p=.019), the source of information about sexuality(p=.024) showed significant difference. Sexual knowledge(p=.018) and sexual attitude(p=.006) showed meaningful difference. As a result of this study, it is necessary to develop and conduct differentiated education programs when teaching parents about sexuality education for their children in preschool period, considering these characteristics.

This present study was conducted to reduce problems by analyzing training and work of sex education counselors and to come up with ways of improving sex education counseling. A survey was performed in 57 subjects at health centers who finished training on sex education counseling in Taegu Metropolitan City and cities, kuns, and gus of Kyongsangbuk Province from December, 1999 to February, 2000 on general characteristics, items relating to the work of sex education, and ways of improving work. The results are as follows. Out of the sex education counselors, there were 55 females, taking 99% out of the total counselors, and the average age of these counselors was 42 years. There were 26 nurses, and their government grade was level 7 in 36 and level 6 in 14. The members who had finished sex education counseling at each public health center was 2.1 counselors at an average. Among those had finished sex education training, 30 was not in sex counseling. When analyzed the answers given by 27 sex counselors who were counseling at the time and the results are as follows. As for the amount of work, 15 answered to have too much work and 1 little; as for having pride on being a sex education counselor, 18 answered to felt pride and 7 so-so; as for materials for sex education and counseling, 25 answered to use videos, 23 books, 10 pictures, 8 beam projectors, and 7 slides. All of the subjects answered to have other responsibilities besides sex education and counseling, and the satisfaction felt on having other responsibilities was 6 satisfied, 12 average, and 2 dissatisfied. The proportion of work load in sex education counselors was other work besides sex education 76.2%, sex education at schools 7.6%. collecting sex education materials 5.7%, counseling of adolescents 4.9%. development of sex education materials 3.5%, and administrative work related to sex education 3.1%. The biggest problem of their work was over-load in 9 respondents, lack of sex education materials in 8, lack of training in 6, and shortage of professionals in 2. As for the answer on the ways of improving matters related to work of sex education counselors, the most frequent answer was that the organizations responsible for sex education needs to be more professional and systematic, followed by dividing the work load so that they could concentrate on developing education materials and sex education and counseling. Thus, the results of the present study indicated that in order to utilize human resources efficiently, the speciality of counselors needs to be considered when making personnel transfers among health centers, and continued activity as a sex education counselor needs to promoted by reducing other overloading tasks. And systematic re-training of the counselors needs to be done, and education manuals that are diverse and realistic to applicable to the children, who are to be the subjects of sex education, need to be developed and distributed.

The personality education of the existing university is mainly focused on occupational ethics education or basic education, but the purpose and method of the personality education program is changed in preparation for the 4th industry and the related occupational personality education program is needed. In Korea, however, there is a lack of research on the development of educational programs for occupational personalities that Health care workers should have. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the effect by developing and applying a program for occupational personality education for Health care workers required for the 4th Industrial Revolution based on case-based learning. In this study, general cases and occupational cases were developed, and research tools were developed to verify the effectiveness of the occupational personality education program. The program developed in this study was provided four times for 52 students in the second and third grades college and university. This study was performed with a single group pre-post design. The data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, and paired t-test. By applying the program developed in this study, accountability, honesty, consideration, collaboration, communication, and competency were improved. This confirmed the positive effect of vocational character education

This study aimed to identify the effects of using storytelling techniques in sex education, in which students are encouraged to talk about their experiences with sex and love and helps them form their own sex values and decision-making skills related to sex. A five-period teaching-learning plan covering issues including safe, considerate and responsible sex was developed using the storytelling technique for 134 first-year students in 4 classes. 134 questionnaires were administrated through pre-and post-test and 38 worksheets applying a variety of storytelling activities were analyzed using content analysis. Students were found to have gained a more positive outlook on relationships and a considerate attitude towards others in sex. There was also a significant increase in items considering safe sex, including perceptions on contraception methods and selection of safe contraception methods. The students' sense of sexual responsibility was also enhanced. Results of content analysis found students to have shifted to sex focusing on love and responsibility, and to have grown a stronger sense of responsibility in their relationships. Furthermore, the respondents expressed interest in selecting proper contraception methods and held strongly negative perceptions about abortion.

This study developed the sex education program based on the 'reproduction and development' unit of the middle school science, and examined its effectiveness on middle school boys' sex-related knowledge and attitude towards sex. The sex education program consisted of six topics of the structures and functions of generative organs, the importance of life, abortion, the human generation process, venereal diseases and AIDS, and responsibility of self-determination on sexual behavior. The results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated the statistically higher scores of the knowledge on sex than the control groups' scores, especially in the subcategories of 'pregnancy and delivery' and 'sex-related health'. However, both groups did not display any statistical difference on the attitude toward sex. In the subcategory of the attitude towards sex, the experimental group showed the statistically higher scores on 'self-determination and selection' and 'a health relationship'. In addition, the Pearson correlation results indicated the strongest relationship between the attitude toward sex and 'the self-determination and selection'. These results implicated that the sex education program related to the unit of reproduction and development in the middle school science helps the middle school boys develop the better knowledge and attitude towards sex.

The purpose of this study present directions and a model of Christian ecological spirituality education in the post-corona era, and to expand Christian education beyond the private to the public. There are various problems in today's modern society. The 4th Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 has changed daily life and standards over the past few years As a result, the post-corona discourse is becoming more active. In this context, this study conducted a study on what educational alternatives should be prepared in terms of Christian education for the post-corona era. Especially, one of the urgent problems that modern society needs to solve today is the problem of the ecological environment, and I tried to prepare an alternative in perspective of Christian spiritual education. To this end, the causes of today's ecological environmental problems were examined in three perspectives: global, social, and personal. It could be summarized as the problems of neoliberal globalization, anthropocentrism, and ecological ignorance, respectively. To solve this, the direction of Christian ecological spirituality education was presented as the spirituality of participatory responsibility, the spirituality of ecocentrism, and the spirituality of ecological conversion. The specific model of Christian ecological spirituality education was established by presenting educational purposes and goals, educational methods and contents, educational environment and evaluation.

This study is to inquire into the sexual consciousness and values of students majoring in public health-related subjects, as well as into whether there are differences between male students and female students. This study was conducted on randomly-selected students majoring in public health-related subjects at junior colleges in South Chungcheong Province. The questionnaire, used in this study, was remade on the basis of philological reviews and previous studies, and a total of 208 questionnaires were re-collected. In relation to the question about chance of sex education, 56.7% of respondents answered, '4 or more chances'. In relation to the question about the source of sex information, 37.5% of respondents referred to 'their friends.' In the case of premarital sex, 51.4% answered, 'it amounts to nothing in pairs of lovers.' In conclusion, the university authorities need to aggressively support students in order that desirable sex educations can be given to students and they can have right sexual consciousness and have the mature and responsible attitude to sex.

This research is purposed to find the effects of casual sex for college students in order to understand the sexual culture of college students and to provide basic information to counsel the sexual education to college students. The participants of this research were 868 college students and the data were analyzed using the IBM/SPSS 20.0 program. As a result, the passion of college student affected the casual sex very positively. As the rate of responsibility increases, it affects negatively attitude and behavior of casual sex. To go further, the rates of passion influences positively the attitude and behavior of casual sex. For this kind of results, as the casual sex of college student in South Korea is behaved in the dating relationship different to America and the dating is very common in South Korea, it is also showing the criticalness and neediness of the sexual educations about the responsibility of sexual behaviors. Among the college students, the casual sex and casual relationships are already behaved through them. However, the researches of the casual sex is difficult to be found in South Korea. In now days, the casual sex is representing the sexuality of young adults in this united ages. Therefore, the following researches will be well applied to provide the basic informations for sexual counsels and sexual educations.
