Environmental Performance Index(EPI) has shown some limitation. Since it has lack of analysis for the relation between environmental performance and business performance, and public information. Therefore it could not provide valuable information for the shareholders to decide for the investment. In this paper by using Analystic Hierarchy Process (AHP), EPI was calculated giving some weighted scale for each environmental items. Improvement of pollution treatment, general management data such as EMS system, and environmental improvement for the products and process were the main three items when decision makers in bankings are considering the investment for a company. In empirical case, companies which has Environmental-Friendly Coorperation Award from MOE and ISO 14001 certification had shown strong relation between business performance and environmental performance.

Quality assessment of the building is strongly dependent upon satisfying owner's requirements. To develop indicators for the assessment of design quality, survey on current situation of design process and analysis of Design Quality Indicator(DQI) is performed. The survey revealed that the main cause of frequent design changes is variability feature of owner's requirements. DQI, an indicator developed in UK, questionnaire encompasses questions which are relevant throughout the development stages of a building, and can be used at every key stage of the process. Further research will focus on the development of indicators for the assessment of design quality applicable to Korean market. In addition, research on the visualization method to present assessment results and supporting tools to facilitate assessment will be considered.

객체지향 텍스트 프로그래밍 및 시각 프로그래밍 교육에 대한 연구는 학생들이 프로그램 개발을 진행하는 과정 혹은 프로그래밍을 교수하는 방법론과 프로그램 개발을 위한 적합한 분석 및 설계 방법론을 찾는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 교육에서 객체지향 텍스트/시각 프로그래밍 교육을 적용하고 평가하기 위한 평가 지표를 개발한다. 이 지표는 시각적 혹은 텍스트 기반 프로그래밍 언어/도구를 사용할 때 학생들의 프로그래밍 교육에 대한 적합성을 측정하고 분석하여 학생들의 이해력, 추상화 능력, 프로그램 구현 능력과 학생들의 수준별 적합성을 측정하고 분석하며, 또한, 측정/분석 방법론을 개발하고 적용하는데 활용할 수 있다.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea accesses public organizations annually for increasing outcomes with effective and clear managements. The management assessment is categorized into the business management applied all organizations and the main business assessed by purposes and characters of organizations. This study analyzes metrical indexes of main businesses with using the logic model and suggests the direction of developing metrical indexes of organizations. Metrical indexes of the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation in 2017 were analyzed to develop indexes. The results indicates that metrical indexes of the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation are mainly consisted of the commitment and process. The logic model was suggested to analyze proprieties of metrical indexes of the main business. This study shows that organizations develop metrical indexes of the main business with classifying that these are from calculation indexes or result indexes. Thus, this study suggests that organizations consider result indexes based on the logic model for developing metrical indexes of the main business.

APEX(Agricultural Policy Enviromental eXtender) 모형은 일 단위로 구동되며 필지단위 및 소유역 단위에서의 흐름을 장기 모의를 할 수 있는 모형이다. APEX는 유출을 포함한 토양 침식, 탄소 이동 등 다양한 자연현상을 모의할 수 있는 모형이다. 강우에 의한 직접유출량을 APEX를 이용하여 산정할 수 있지만, 모델링 과정에서 발생하는 불확실성으로 인하여 부정적인 요인이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 APEX 모형의 유출 매개변수를 이용한 불확실성을 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 금강권역에서 표준유역으로 분류되어있는 한천 유역에 대해 2008~2019년도 유출량을 모의하였으며, 검증을 위해 동일기간에 대해 기저유출분리를 수행하였다. 불확실성 평가를 위해서 Python 기반으로 사전분포로부터 매개변수를 임의로 선택하도록 설정하여 총 10,000번의 구동을 수행하였다. 불확실성 평가지표로는 NSE, PBIAS, RSR을 이용하여 평가하여 평가지표별 불확실성 구간을 비교분석 하였다. 본 연구에서의 APEX 모형의 불확실성 평가를 통하여 APEX의 활용성을 더욱 확대하고 신뢰성을 높일 것으로 기대한다.

In this paper we presents an approach to evaluating the performance of freight railway stations based on several performance indicators as an alternative to the evaluation based on single indicator. Such evaluation needs a way to weight the importance of the individual performance indicator. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) suggested by Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes (1978) can be used to determine the weights. Using DEA we evaluate 353 freight railway stations based on four performance indicators: loading volume, unloading volume, loading revenue, unloading revenue. The evaluation results facilitates the organization's decision making by providing valuable information.

The purpose of this study is to develop the performance evaluation indicator of information security training program for developing the next generation of top security leaders. Through literature review and focus group interview, we derived the performance areas and indicators based on the logic model. We conducted AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) questionnaire to calculate the weight of the derived indicators, and developed the performance indicator based on the survey results. Performance indicators were composed of 18 indicators in four main categories.

Accessibility is the generalized definition on how ease of access. Accessibility is used to appraise transportation project such as capturing the quality of the existing state of the transportation system at diverse spatial levels, It also reflects on the effect of improvements to the existing travel modes and the intoduction of new modes. The overall goal of this study is to propose a measure of urban accessibility in Seoul which can analyze various behavior of travelers in the city and to present applications. In this study, we apply measures of accessibility which are developed by CTR(The Center for Transportation Research, the University of Texas at Austin) to construct the urban accessibility index applicable for explaining trip behavior in Seoul. We evaluate sustainability of urban transport system in Seoul in 2002 by using the MAG(Modal Accessibility GaP) index which is developed to measure the accessibility gap between the more energy-efficient mode and less energy-efficient mode of transport. By analyzing the change of MAG index between 2002 and 2004 based on network data, we show how the public transportation system reform affect the sustainability in transport system.

Both the selection of indicators and weights for them are critical issues in the vulnerability assessment. This study is to assess the air pollution vulnerability focused on ozone for 249 local jurisdictions using weights calculated by the entropy methodology and then examine the applicability of the methodology. We selected indicators for air pollution vulnerability assessment and standardized them. Subsequently, we calculated weights of each indicator using the entropy method and then integrated them into the vulnerability index. The exposure indicators consider meteorological and air pollution factors and the sensitivity of the local jurisdiction include variables on vulnerable areas and environments. The adaptive capacity contains socio-economic characteristics, health care capacities and air pollution managemental factors. The results show that Hwaseong-si, Gwangjin-gu, Gimpo-si, Gwangju-si, Gunpo-si are among the highest vulnerabilities based on the simple aggregation of indicators. And vulnerability-resilience (VRI) aggregation results indicates the similar spatial pattern with the simple aggregation outcomes. This article extends current climate change vulnerability assessment studies by adopting the entropy method to evaluate relative usefulness of data. In addition, the results can be used for developing customized adaptation policies for each jurisdiction reflecting vulnerable aspects.

The purpose of this study is to design a proper evaluation method for analysing the safety management efficiency of coastal ship companies, and to verify these evaluation standards by applying them to a representative company. For this purpose, 5 evaluation items and 14 specific sub-evaluation elements have been determined after collecting practical opinions from a group of expert, which consisted of safety managers in passenger ship companies, public servants as a ship inspector, passenger ship operations managers, etc. Next, the safety management levels of 44 coastal passenger ship companies were evaluated using these standards. Finally, the validity of the proposed evaluation method was verified through comparison analysis between the evaluation results and the ratio of major marine accidents. It was determined that companies with low evaluation levels were saw more major marine accidents than other coastal passenger ship companies, spurring greater interest in safety management. In conclusion, evaluation standards allow coastal passenger ship companies to voluntarily assess their safety management level were established. The result can also be applied to analyse the operation efficiency of coastal passenger ship companies.
