해기사의 해사영어 사용에 대한 체계적 교육의 필요성이 증가되는 가운데, 국제해사기구(IMO)는 이에 발맞추어 해사영어모델코스 3.17을 일반해사영어(General Maritime English, 즉 GME)와 특수해사영어(Specialized Maritime English, 즉 SME)로 나누어 재편하고, STCW에서 요구하는 지식, 이해 및 기술사항들을 영어교육의 다양한 요소들과 접합함으로써, 해사영어교육의 새로운 틀을 만들고자 시도하고 있다. 국내 해기교육 관련대학 및 기관이 향후 해사영어 커리큘럼을 재편성하기 위해서는, 개정될 해사영어모델코스의 주요 내용을 이해하고, 이를 국내 실정에 맞게 적용할 수 있도록 다양한 방안을 모색하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 국제해사기구가 제시한 해사영어모델코스 3.17의 개정 목적 및 변화된 해사영어모델코스의 틀과 방향을 살펴보고, 향후 국내교육기관에서의 해사영어교육 커리큘럼을 재편성한 후, 성공적인 언어교육서비스 제공을 하기 위해 고려해야 할 현실적인 제한 요소들을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 해결책을 모색하고자 한다.

본 고에서는 형상최적설계에 대한 기초이론이 소개되었다. 재료도함수와 변분법 및 보조변수법에 기초한 형상설계민감도해석 절차는 까다로우며 함수론 등 많은 수학적인 배경을 필요로 한다. 설계민감도가 구해지면 이 정보를 필요로 하는 최적화 알고리즘을 사용하여 형상에 대한 최적해를 구할 수 있으며 그 과정은 재래식 최적설계시와 같다. 구조물 형상최적설게에 있어 형상(영역)변화의 효과는 대부분 경계에서 수직이동의 형태로 나타난다. 따라서 경계면에서 변위나 응력값 등에 대한 정확한 수치해는 성공적인 형상최적화의 중요한 관건이 된다. 따라서 구조해석을 위한 정확한 유한요소해석방법과 형상함수 그리고 경계를 나타내는 적절한 함수들을 지속적으로 개선할 필요가 있다. 반복설계과정 중에서 영역과 경계가 계속 바뀌므로 설계민감도 수치해의 정확도를 높이기 위해 경계요소법과 유한요소법에 기초를 둔 영역법 등을 사용하기도 한다.

Satisfaction of consumer preferences is a key factor for the success of the products. Therefore, design mangers try to develop the profitable products through the intensive survey on the consumer preferences. Although the studies on the preferable product design and the design factors have long been carried out, most of these studies dealt only with the design factors preferable for individual product category ignoring the relationship of the product categories which are related to each other. For designers and design managers, in this study, we propose the guidelines of successful product development by finding preferred common and distinct design factors through analysis of the relations between the consumer preferences and design factors in various portable electric devices. To this end, we analyzed the preferred common and distinct design factors from portable electric devices including the electronic dictionaries, notebook computers, cellular phones, and MP3 players. We used hierarchical regression analysis for the effects of the design factors on the preferences among the product categories and regression analysis for the effects among each product category. The analysis on the preferred common design factors among the four product categories revealed that consumers did not care about the whole body type but preferred white color, metallic and glassy texture in the body. Also, the preferred design factors in the each product category are as follows; oval body shape and black color in electronic dictionaries, white color, metallic and glassy texture in notebook computers, plastic texture in cellular phones, rectangular body shape and plastic texture in MP3 players. In the case of notebook computers, the preferred common and distinct design factors were the same. We expect these results will be helpful for designers and design managers to identify the preferred design factors to consider when developing the various portable electric devices.

The purpose of this research is to understand the meanings and essentials of the experience of continuous participation in volunteer works, from an emic perspective. To conduct an in-depth study regarding 'live experiences', this research used phenomenological research method. For the method of data collection, purposive sampling is used with some in-depth interviews of five elderly people who have participated in volunteer works from 6 years to 23 years. As a result of the analysis of the collected data, the essence of continuous participation in volunteer works appeared to be 'regained happiness of life'. Elderly people who persist in volunteering were also passionate in taking part in social activities, eager to improve their cognitive functions, and likely to put more effort in maintaining their own health in order to continue the volunteer works. These are the factors that satisfy successful ageing. This research has its object in preparing systematic support at a national level to prevent the volunteer works of the elderly people from ending up in mere personal virtue, so as to successfully manage the later stage of life.

Development of space launch system is a national project which requires massive cost and endows the pride of the nation. To acquire the successful launch, the reliability of main system and components should be needed. In addition, reliable propulsion system sways the reliability of main system and is the necessary article for the success of project. In this study, the method called "design for reliability" is introduced, which is required to develop the highly reliable propulsion system.

이 연구의 목적은 3D 가상공간인 세컨드라이프에서 예비교사의 성공적인 수업실습을 위한 수업실습장을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서 수행한 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수업실습 관련 이론 탐색 및 문헌 연구를 통해 세컨드라이프에서의 수업실습의 가능성을 탐색하였다. 둘째, 가상공간의 특성에 대한 문헌 연구를 통해 가상공간에서 예비교사의 수업실습이 성공적인 경험이 되기 위한 조건들을 탐색하였다. 셋째, 이 조건들로부터 세컨드라이프에서의 수업실습 절차를 개발하였다. 넷째, 세컨드라이프에서 수업실습을 위해 필요한 실습장을 설계하고 개발하였다. 마지막으로, 세컨드라이프내의 교실 안에서 예비교사의 수업실습을 수행하였다. 이 수행결과에 기반하여 실습장의 구성요소를 수정.보완하여 개발을 완료하였다.

The purposes of the study are to describe the feature of the program components, and to identify their changes in the process of designing the social work programs in the community service agencies in Korea. In order to achieve these purposes, the researchers constructed an analytical framework including 24 program components derived from the related literatures. Data was collected by questionnaires answered by the social workers who were in charge of the program development and implementation. Descriptive statistics analysis and factor analysis were applied to exam the features of the program components in 195 social service programs developed by the funds from the Community Chest of Korea and a private funding foundation. As the result of the analysis, the three noticeable features are found; (1) the agencies have very actively involved in the designing work in the process of developing practice guideline, however they have less involved in the designing work in the process of implementing program; (2) program components which are low level in design activities are intervention models, staff education, and practical ethics; (3) 8 categories of components derived from the theoretical perspective are reduced to 6 categories in the process for developing practice guidelines, finally to 4 categories in the process for implementing the programs. The implications of major findings were discussed in academic and practical perspectives in Korea, including future research works in the area.

according to rapid development in current industrial technologies, technology alone is no longer the only competitive factor among the manufacture companies. The value of innovation in product design has increased important attention to more consumers. This paper demonstrates the methodology of design strategy through the case studies of successful washing machine manufacturers on the China's Market. By the so called 4PS comparison of Haier washing machines with those of Siemens and Little Swan, this paper shows the difference of Haier's design strategy with other competitors, and offers a methodology of systematically analyzing strategic design and successfully develops a framework of design strategy.

본 연구는 코로나 팬데믹과 같은 외부 환경의 영향뿐만 아니라 경쟁 환경 및 시장변화에 적절하게 대응하지 못하는 등 역량부족의 문제로 사업 실패률이 높아진 소상공인들의 성공적인 재기를 돕고자 이들에게 요구되는 역량을 모델링하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1977년부터 2022년까지 발행된 관련 문헌을 분석하였고 7인의 재도전 소상공인을 대상으로 행동사건인터뷰(BEI)를 진행하였으며, 역량개발 및 HRD 전문가를 섭외하여 세 차례에 걸처 초점집단인터뷰(FGI)를 실시하는 과정을 통해 역량초안을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 12명의 관련분야(창업, 소상공인, 심리/역량) 전문가를 섭외하여 3회에 걸친 델파이기법(Delphi Analysis)을 통해 재도전 소상공인의 성공적인 재기에 도움이 되는 역량을 2개의 역량군(소상공인, 실패회복), 8개의 세부역량(사업기회포착, 사업기획, 사업차별화, 운영관리, 판로개척, 제품과 서비스 연구개발, 긍정적 자기조절, 실패경험 극복 및 대처), 22개의 역량요소, 72개의 지식·기술·태도(KSA)가 표시된 행동지표로 도출하였다. 이와 같이 진행된 본 연구는 국내 최초로 재도전 소상공인에게 요구되는 역량을 구체화했다는데 학술적 의미가 있다. 또한 본 연구 결과는 재도전 소상공인 대상 역량기반 교육프로그램을 개발하거나 지원 프로그램에 적합한 대상자 선별하는 등에서 활용될 수 있으며 소상공인 스스로 사업 성공을 위해 역량을 진단하며 자기개발을 촉진하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Recently many Hotels have implemented and operated the Hotel Information System(HIS). These HIS-implementation evoke the significant changes in hotel management. So many interest and researches in HIS has received the spotlight from the hotel managements. Many researcher about HIS focused on the Critical Success Factors (CSF) from the viewpoint of HIS implementation. At this moment we need also the research about significance change of CSF with the laps of time. This kind of research are very critical for the successful operation of HIS. To achieve the objectives of this paper, the Innovation-Theory of E. M. Roger was implemented. As the result of this research we can get the various maturity point of each CSF with the laps of time. For the data gathering many major hotel in Korea were interviewed, and 84 valid questionaires were used for data analysis. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ was 0.7239, which means all data were significant.
