Recently, Start-ups has been emphasized as part of a career-breaking women returning to society policy. To this Policy, the relationship between the planned happenstance skills and the entrepreneurial intentions of a career-breaking woman was investigated, and the successful role model as an individual environmental factor and the moderating effect of social support forces was verified. The results of the survey analysis of 139 women who have experienced career cut-offs in the metropolitan area and Dae-gu and Gyeong-buk are as follows; First, the planned happenstance skills of career-breaking women affect a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intentions. Second, it was found that the moderating effect of the successful role model does not appear in the relationship between the planned happenstance skills of a career-breaking woman and the entrepreneurial intentions. Third, it was found that there was no moderating effect of the social support forces in the relationship between the planned happenstance skills and the entrepreneurial intentions of a career-breaking woman. Last, It was found that the entrepreneurial intentions, which is a personal psychological characteristic for career-breaking women is more directly affected than personal environments. In order to increase career-breaking women's the entrepreneurial intentions, it is necessary to develop psychological skill-building programs which can enhance the accessibility of start-ups and raise the perception of Start-ups. In addition, it is necessary to continuously expand exposure opportunities such as role models and success stories which succeeded in starting a business after a career break and to expand social support forces that can help with courage, advice, and change management to discover opportunities of start-ups.

This study examined individual characteristic factors and environmental factors as determinants of entrepreneurial intentions. As for individual characteristic factors, individuals' career orientations and entrepreneurial self-efficacy were examined. As for environmental factors, social supports and successful role models, classified as personal environmental factors, were examined, and social perceptions for entrepreneurs, classified as social environmental factors were also examined. Data were collected from undergraduates of business department, and graduates of the same department. The samples of 208 and 81 for each group were used for final analysis. Results showed that as a whole, career orientations affected entrepreneurial intentions. Specifically, entrepreneurial orientations had positive effects, and security orientations had marginally negative effects on entrepreneurial intentions, while, unexpectedly, autonomy orientations had no significant effects. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy had the strongest positive effects on entrepreneurial intentions. Social supports and successful role models, which were not identified as distinct variables by the respondents, were integrated as a new variable of 'network environments' for analysis in this study. Network environments positively affected on entrepreneurial intentions. Social perceptions for entrepreneurs, however, did not affect on entrepreneurial intentions. Based on the results of career orientations, self-efficacy, and network environment, the implications for activating entrepreneurship were discussed.

성공적인 u-City 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 가장 중요한 역할을 수행하는 기능으로 u-City 통합운영센터가 지목되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 u-City 통합운영센터의 효율적인 운영 모델을 제안하였으며 이를 위해서 먼저 u-City 기술 참조모델을 기반으로 하는 표준화된 u-City 서비스 도입 및 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 기존에 제공되고 있는 각종 도시 정보서비스를 점진적으로 u-City 서비스에서 수용하는 전략으로서 점진적 서비스 융합 방안을 제시하였다.

This research paper aims to provide valuable data to the policy makers in establishing business activation plan through improving university students'entrepreneurial intention by carrying out international comparison research regarding the social environmental factors that influences entrepreneurial intention. There have been multiple researches on personal traits that affect entrepreneurial intention in the past, but this paper examines the social environmental factors that impact entrepreneurial intention. The result of this study is as follows. First, university's assistive activity for entrepreneurship, successful entrepreneurial role model, and business market scale has positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, while government assistive policies for entrepreneurship has no direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. Second, there were some differences of entrepreneurial intention in demographic characteristics. The mean of entrepreneurial intention was highest in Chinese students. Students who have ever started their own business were highest in total mean comparison of entrepreneurial intention. Also entrepreneurial intention mean was higher in men generally. Beside, discussion is made on the implication of the study, the limitations of the study, and some directions for future studies.

SI 엔진의 연소특징은 비정상 난류 예혼합 화염이며 여기서 내부 유동은 직접 화염 전파에 영향을 미치며 난류와 거시적 유동의 패턴 모두 중요한 역할을 한다. 내연기관 연소에서 난류는 매우 중요한 역할을 하고 통상 엔진 속도($\approx$흡입유동 속도)에 비례하며 그 주요 역할은 고속 운전 시 해당 사이클 내에 연소가 완료되는 데 기여하지만 출력저하, 제어 및 측정 그리고 사이클 변동과 관련하여 실질적으로 난류 제어를 통한 엔진 성능 개선은 사실상 불가능하다. 실물 엔진의 성능 파라미터로 주로 유동의 거시적 거동이 사용되며 이 유동과 연료 분사계가 혼합기 분포 상태와 화염 전파 방향을 결정하여 최종적으로 엔진의 성능을 지배한다. 따라서 가시화를 통한 연소 진단도 이 현상에 주목할 필요가 있으며 거시적 파라미터를 성능에 연관하는 다양한 기법이 존재하고 이들은 매우 풍부한 데이터베이스를 통해 비교적 정확한 성능의 예측을 가능하게 하고 이 점에 주목한 엔진만 성공을 거두었다. 이 거시적 현상에 주목하여 가시화를 통해 성층화 현상을 실험적으로 해석한 예를 제시하였다. SI 엔진 가시화에서 기법보다 중요한 것은 현상의 이해이다. 이를 위해 성공적 가시화 진단을 위해서는 우선 현상에 대한 모델링이 필요하고 이 모델에서 가시화를 통해 규명 가능한 현상을 추출해 내는 것이다.

경기도 삼남길은 조성부터 프로그램 운영까지 참여기관이 역할을 분담하여 협력하고 있다. 특히 참여기관이 지닌 특성을 집중시키고 협력체계를 강화함으로써 길 조성 단계부터 이후 프로그램 운영까지 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 삼남길의 성공적인 운영체제를 통해 도보길의 적절한 형태의 거버넌스를 도출하고 지속적이고 활발한 도보길 운영에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to look into how elderly people's health promoting behaviors influence their successful aging, to realize how their perception of successful aging and their life satisfaction have the mediating effect on the path from health promotion behaviors to successful aging, and to find the significant influence of successful aging perception and life satisfaction on successful aging. This researcher conducted a questionnaire survey with elderly people using a senior welfare center in Gyeonggio-do, and analyzed 250 copies that. For data analysis, SPSS Win 25 was applied to conduct frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis. Mediating effect analysis was made to verify the causal relations between health promoting behaviors and successful aging, and to validate the mediating effect of successful aging perception and life satisfaction on the causal relations. As a result, elderly people's health promoting behaviors influenced their perception of successful aging, their life satisfaction, and their successful aging. Their perception of successful aging had the mediating effect on health promotional behaviors and successful aging, but life satisfaction did not so. This study has the following implications: it is necessary to train persons specializing in support for health promoting, to develop an efficient health promotional model and program, and to provide an opportunity of education. It is necessary to come up with a support policy in consideration of tangible or intangible factors. It is necessary to establish a policy in line with economic levels and health conditions of elderly people.

4차 산업혁명의 도래로 산업 유형은 어느 한 종류로 단정하기 어려운 융복합적 형태로 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 과거 성장 중심 경제발전 모델이 저성장과 함께 양극화, 고용불안과 같은 다양한 사회문제를 야기함에 따라 새로운 발전 패러다임에 대한 관심과 요구도 그 어느 때보다 높아지고 있다. 이러한 일련의 환경 변화는 과거 제조업 중심의 경제성장을 주도해왔던 한국 공적보증제도에도 혁신을 촉구하고 있다. 신용보증기금은 2018년 현재 총 보증잔액 50.5조원을 보유한, 한국에서 가장 큰 규모의 공적보증기관이으로 지난 1976년 설립 후 40여 년간 산업육성과 시장안정이라는 두 가지 정책적 목표를 달성하기 위해 다양한 산업 분야와 기업에 신용보증을 제공해왔다. 1997년 IMF 외환위기, 2008년 글로벌 금융위기 등 국가적 위기 때마다 시장안전판 역할을 성공적으로 수행하며 한국경제가 신속히 위기에서 벗어나는데 공헌하기도 했다. 그러나 이제 신용보증기금은 과거의 성과와 역할에 얽매이지 않고, 급변하고 있는 경제 기술환경 속에서 또 다른 역할을 모색하고 있다. 구체적으로는 중소기업에 대한 보증지원이라는 기존 역할에서 한발 나아가, 혁신생태계 조성, 데이터뱅크 플랫폼 구축, 사회적가치 확산을 위한 전사적 사업구조 혁신을 단행하고 있다. 본 보고서에는 환경변화에 부응해 새로운 역할을 수행하고자 노력하는 신용보증기금의 활동과 성과를 담았다. 여기에 제시된 신용보증기금의 사례들은 벤처캐피탈이 활성화된 서양 국가들과 달리, 정책금융 역할이 상대적으로 중요한 아시아 지역의 중소기업 금융 활성화에 효과적인 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

급변하는 환경 속에서 기업은 경영환경변화에 따라 새로운 경쟁력 강화 방법들을 모색하고 있으며 불안한 환경에서의 생존을 위하여 끊임없는 노력과 혁신을 추구하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning : 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. ERP 시스템의 도입은 회사 내부의 업무 프로세스에 대해 전반적인 변화를 가져올 만한 시도이며, 도입의 실패 시 막대한 물적 피해가 야기되므로, 성공적 구축을 위한 노력이 절실히 요구된다. 특히 중소기업의 경우 ERP 시스템 도입을 위해 요구되는 인력 및 자금이 부족한 현실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 시스템 구축을 위한 방법론으로서 산ㆍ학 협력모델을 제안한다. ERP 시스템 구축을 위해 기업과 학교가 산ㆍ학 협력체제를 구축함으로서 기업측과 학교측 모두에게 이득이 되는 전략을 마련하고자 한다.

기존 이동통신 환경은 통신사업자 중심의 서비스 제공에서 이용자의 적극적인 참여와 소통의 모바일 2.0 시대로 패러다임이 전환되고 있다. 모바일 2.0은 단지 기술적 진화만을 의미하지 않으며 이동통신 전반 에코시스템에서 이용자의 역할과 비즈니스 모델의 변화를 가져올 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이러한 의미를 지니는 모바일 2.0에 대한 국내외 담론이 크게 개진되고 있지만 모바일 2.0 촉진을 위한 에코시스템 핵심 성공요인을 체계적으로 분석하고 와이브로와 HSDPA를 중심으로 모바일 브로드밴드의 수용특성을 파악한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 모바일 2.0의 특징과 에코시스템을 살펴보고 에코시스템을 구성하는 참여자의 역할과 모바일 2.0의 핵심 성공 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 와이브로와 HSDPA의 국내 모바일 브로드밴드 수용자의 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 종합하여 모바일 2.0을 촉진시키기 위한 시장활성화 방향을 제언하고자 한다.
