This study is to identify which variables have influence on establishing successful Integrated Information Systems and relationships among these variables and to find a success model and success variables in establishing Integrated Information Systems in Korean universities. Precedent studies and other studies related to this study were reviewed and on the basis of these reviews, success variables were found to establish Integrated Information System. As for the research method, questionnaires were applied for employees working in universities and junior colleges. In order to verify influence relationships among success variables, a regression analysis was conducted. As a result, success variables for establishing Integrated Information Systems include organizational support, user support, development support, system quality, information quality, use, and net benefits. By identifying relationships among these variables, a success model was presented.

In this study, death preparation was used as an independent variable, with ego integrity as successful aging used as a dependent variable while depression and death anxiety were used as mediate variables. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of the study variables according to the demographic characteristics of the research subjects, and to create a database for developing and improving current educational programs and welfare services to help the elderly achieve successful aging. Two hundred and eighty three elderly people above the age of sixty in Cheongju city were given standardized questionnaires, and the collected data were analyzed. The results of this study are the following. First, the differences of the study variables according to the level of education, health, economy, and social involvement of the elderly are statistically significant. Second, there exists a positive relationship between mental preparation for death and ego integrity (successful aging) while there is no such relation in case of formal preparation for death and ego integrity. Third, depression and death anxiety of the elderly partially mediate ego integrity, which leads to successful aging.

Based on the perception that integrated retirement preparation in various areas is needed in preparation for increased old age, this study aims to identify the status and characteristics of retirement preparation of middle-aged people and reveal the relationship with successful aging. In addition, it aims to find out the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between retirement preparation and successful aging for the middle-aged. To confirm this, 1,037 men and women aged 50 to 64 who responded to the third, fourth, and fifth additional surveys of the Korean Retirement & Income Study (KReIS) conducted by the National Pension Research Institute were analyzed. When the preparation of middle-aged people for retirement affects successful aging, bootstrapping with IBM SPSS 26 Process Macro Model 4 was conducted to verify the mediating effect of social support. As a result of verifying the significance of independent variables on the parameters, preparation for retirement was positively (+) significant. In other words, it was verified that the higher the preparation for retirement, the higher the social support. Furthermore, it was discovered that social support, an independent variable, had a significant impact on successful aging, and social support, an independent variable, had a significant impact on successful aging. The results of this study suggest the need for social support for successful aging through the preparation of middle-aged people for retirement. It is intended to derive policy implications for preparing for retirement and provide them as basic data to increase the level of successful aging.

The detection algorithm for loss of balance had three main parts: one for processing data, another for constructing an internal model, and a third for detecting the loss of balance. The part related to the internal model is the most important part of the algorithm. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of variables associated with the internal model on the success rate of the algorithm. The internal model depends on the type of linearization adopted and the operating period of the algorithm. The design variables were evaluated by performing sensitivity analysis of the variables of the internal model in order to obtain the success rate of the algorithm. The results showed that the most sensitive variable was the period and the period of 0.3 s yielded the highest success rate of 97.1%. Further, the ranges of the design variables that can facilitate a success rate of over 95% are presented.

This research is the association rule analysis using Apriori algorithm of data mining focusing on 32 predictive key words extracted from Hong (2019) affecting successful aging in Korea. And, to examine rules and patterns of those key words or predictive variables, this research used support, confidence, and lift. The data was analyzed with the R version 3. 5. 1 program, and visualized using arulesViz package and visNetwork. It was found that the variables highly associated with successful aging in Korea were 'hobby', 'volunteer service', 'preparation', and 'exercise'. This research concludes that, the variable which needs to be considered first of all for successful aging in Korea is 'hobby', followed by 'volunteer service', 'preparation', and 'exercise'.

연구개발 자원을 활용하여 창업하는 경우 초기 연구개발에 대한 투자가 선행되어야 하며 이에 따라 물적, 인적 자원 등의 투입 여부, 규모와 시기, 방법의 적절성 등이 성공적인 창업 단계로 발전 할 수 있는 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 또한 세계적인 기술의 흐름과 시장의 흐름을 파악하여 시장을 선도할 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발이 이루어져야 창업 단계로의 성공적인 발전에 대한 확률이 높아 질 수 있을 것이다. 이 밖에도 관련 있는 여러 요소가 있을 수 있다고 가정한다면, 이 여러 가지 요인들 중 초기 단계의 연구개발 기업의 경우 성공적인 창업단계에 이를 수 있는 주요한 요소들의 특성과 외부의 환경적인 영향이라 할 수 있는 변수들은 무엇이며 각 요소 및 변수들의 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전과의 상관, 인과 관계를 연구, 고찰해 보며 주요한 요소들 각각의 상관관계를 연구하여 이를 토대로 초기 단계의 연구개발 창업 기업에 있어서 성공적인 창업 단계로의 발전에 대한 주요 성공 요인을 해외에서의 창업 성공 요인에 대한 비교 연구와 국내의 사례에 대한 연구를 통하여 고찰하여보고자 한다.

In this study, we investigated the effects of perceived health and ageism experience of the elderly on successful aging, which were respectively presumed as predictors of biomedical model and psychosocial model of the successful aging. As important research results, firstly, negligence among ageism experience constructs appeared higher than other discriminatory experiences. Secondly, male showed significantly higher discriminatory experience than female in the area of 3 constructs such as property, negligence and employment ageism. Also there were some different discriminative experiences in the area of perceived health and ageism in terms of age, wealth and education. Finally, the results of hierarchical multiple regression hired to find out factors influencing successful aging showed that the factors such as sex, wealth, perceived health and property discrimination of ageism affected successful ageing. Based on the analytic results, we verified that perceived health, i.e., predictor of biomedical model had higher effect on successful aging than ageism experience, i.e., predictor of psychosocial model of successful aging. Thus, it was suggested that health promotion policy should be considered with priority and also combating ageism as well for successful aging.

본 연구의 목적은 정보화 프로젝트의 규모와 범위가 날로 확대됨에 따라 프로젝트의 생산성 향상과 프로젝트 품질확보에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있는 시점에서 정보화 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 성공요인과 프로젝트 성과변수를 포괄적인 이론적 고찰과 논리적 추론과정을 통해서 도출하고, 현행 정부(중소기업청)에서 추진하고 있는 중소기업 정보화지원사업의 정보화 프로젝트를 대상으로 하여 성공요인과 성과변수 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 성공적인 정보화 프로젝트 수행을 위한 관리지침을 제공함에 있다. 실증분석 결과, 프로젝트수행 적정도와 고객사(사업대상기관) 협조도가 정보화 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 정보화지원사업유형에 따라 프로젝트수행 적정도와 전략적 기여도 간의 관계정도가 차이가 나는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
