Recently, the scale and technical complexity of agricultural production has been growing. Therefore, agricultural facilities are being gradually diversified, expanded, and made more complex. To furnish Korea's agricultural industry with international competitiveness, it is thus necessary to introduce new management techniques. The PCM (procurement-construction-maintenance) information management system for agricultural facilities is established by setting up its WBS (work breakdown structure). In this study, the WBS of a facility such as facility, space, element, works, and resources is analyzed. Following this analysts, a WBS of an agricultural facility that is appropriate for the PCM information system of an agricultural facility, is proposed by deriving it from actual WBS.

General-purpose classification scheme encompasses all subject areas, While the whole classification scheme is constructed by library studies experts, structure and preparation of each specific subject area's classification should be referenced to that specific subject. In order for the whole system to be practical and useful classification scheme, not just a simple collection of each subject area's scheme, it is necessary to set the rule for properly distributing the amount of classification items, and the collections assigned to these items. The rule to set the distribution of items based on the amount of document collections is called 'literary warrant'. This study examines actual status of assignment of each classification items to information resources, as a result of application of Korean Decimal Classification, and then suggests a way to improve these practices.

This paper presents a new classification and code system on the Archives of the Government-general Museum of Joseon in the National Museum of Korea. Three points were noted that since the Museum belonged to the Government-general of Joseon, the classification system of the Archives should be established to comply with the Archives system of the Government-general of Joseon; based on the concept of the functional provenance, it is necessary to establish a classification system in accordance with the organization structure of the Government-general Museum of Joseon; a systematic and simple classification codes should be given based on the classification system to improve the convenience of searching and using the official document. The classification system and its code are proposed in the order of major function, medium function, small function, and detailed function. The major function of the Archives is 'A-Educational affairs', medium function 'Museum.' The small function may be divided into General affairs (01), Temple (02), Scenic Spot and Natural Monument (03), Historical Site (04), and Museum (05). The detailed function and detailed sub-functions are categorized by the various work assignments in each work units. I hope that this new classification system will make a contribution to organizing and utilizing the Archives of the Government-general Museum of Joseon in the National Museum of Korea.

기존의 미국 식품의약국(FDA, Food and Drug Administration)규정에 따르면 어떤 식품첨가물의 기능과 안정성을 평가하는 방법은 그때 그때 각각의 경우에 맞게 설정하여 실시하게 되어 있다. 이런 평가 방법은 포괄적이기는 하지만 과잉의 기능과 안정성 시험을 실시하는 결과를 초래해 왔다. 여기서는 새로운 식품 첨가물에 대한 안정성 시험 시 그 첨가물이 사용되는 실제 조건 하에서 체계적이고 과학적인 접근 방법에 따라 시험이 되도록 할 것을 제안하고자 한다. 체계적인 방법으로 시험하기 위해서는 새로 개발된 식품첨가물들이 사용하게 될 적용 대상 식품의 여러가지조건(pH, 수분, 가공 및 저장 온도)에서 그 첨가물의 안정성에 영향을 미치는 화학적, 물리적 주요 요인들이 먼저 결정되어야 한다. 그 다음 기능성과 안전성에 관련된 요소들이 하나의 모델 시스템으로 조직화되어 주요요인들의 측정 범위가 정해져야 한다. 마지막으로 설정된 모델 시스템은 첨가물이 실제 적용받게 되는 가공,운송, 저장 조건 하에서의 사용 조건을 고려한 상태에서 첨가물을 시험하여 기능과 안정성이 입증되어야 한다. 일단 증명이 되면 그 모델 시스템은 사용 가능성이 있는 적용 범위에까지도 그 첨가물의 기능성과 안정성을 평가할 수 있게 해준다. 이 논문에서는 식품첨가물 시험방법에 대한 체계적인 접근 방법을 설명하고 아스파탐의 예를 들어서 그 방법을 조명해 보고자 한다.

통신 미들웨어는 통신 개체들간의 연동 시뮬레이션 및 대규모 통신을 목적으로 개발되었으며 이는 국방용 대규모 시뮬레이션인 L-V-C(Live-Virtual-Constructive) 연동에 사용된다. L-V-C 연동을 위해서 L 체계에서 사용하는 미들웨어인 DDS와 V-C 체계에서 사용하는 미들웨어인 RTI의 연동을 하여 이기종간 미들웨어 연동을 구현하였다. 각 미들웨어들은 통신 품질을 보장하기 위해서 QoS(Quality of Service) 기능을 제공한다. 이종 미들웨어의 연동 시 상호간의 통신 품질을 유지하기 위해서 미들웨어간의 QoS 호환이 필요하다. 이를 위하여 각 미들웨어간 QoS 설정을 비교하였으며, 이를 구현하였다.

The Korean government has established a plan on the 'service operating system of public libraries', which divides the local libraries into a central library, regional libraries, and small branches. However, due to the low interest of the libraries and, above all, the structural problems caused by the dualization of the library administrative bodies, no action plans have been developed. This study intends to propose an integrated operating system for public libraries in Busan metropolitan and to design specific roles and functions according to the library status. To the ends, this study examined the Korean government's plan for public library operation, analyzed the operation cases of foreign public libraries, and finally suggested the detailed action plan of an integrated operating system based on the case of Busan Metropolitan City. The data were collected from literature review and on site field survey, supplemented by e-mail inquiry and official statistical information.

본 논문에서는 Windows PC에 대해 보안을 설정하는 가이드라인을 적용하는 프로그램을 제안한다. 이 프로그램은 Windows PC의 보안 정책들을 USGCB를 기반으로 사용자 PC의 로컬그룹 정책을 점검하고, 자동으로 USGCB에 적합하게 설정을 바꿔 준다. 이 프로그램을 통해 체계적인 보안 점검 환경을 구축하여 보안성을 최적화할 기반을 마련하고 자동화된 관리를 통해 운영과 관리에 소요되는 비용을 절감하며, 보안 설정을 편리하게 관리할 수 있게 한다. 또한 PC보안 설정을 규격화함으로써 PC의 보안성을 일정하게 유지시키고 IT비용과 조달 기간을 단축한다. 본 논문에서는 PC보안 설정의 필요성과 국내외 현황, 프로그램에 사용한 보안 가이드라인(USGCB)에 대한 소개와이 밖에 프로그램에 대한 자세한 내용을 기술한다.

교통영향평가지침에서는 사업이 시행함으로 인하여 주변 교통체계에 미치는 영향의 범위를 설정하는 기준을 제시하고 있다. 이 방법은 획일적인 기준으로 쉽게 영향권을 설정할 수 있으나 사업 대상지의 특성을 반영하지 못하는 단점을 가진다. 또한 반경 몇 km안의 교차로 몇 개라는 식의 기준은 분석가의 판단에 따라 교차로의 선택이 좌우 되는 한계를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 이미 연구된 영향권 설정방법 및 교통영향평가의 영향권 설정 기준을 분석하고, 링크의 용량을 고려한 교통량 변화율에 의한 영향권 설정방법을 제시하였다. 이 방법은 분석 범위 내 사업으로 인하여 발생되는 교통량을 기존 교통량과 비교하여 그 차이와 계산된 링크용량과의 비율을 이용하여 영향권을 설정하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 이 방법을 이용하여 새로운 기준을 제시하였다.

신규개발장비에 대하여 사용자가 제시한 RAM-D 요구조건을 만족하기 위한 하부 체계의 RAM-D 설계목표 설정 절차 및 방법에 대하여 기동무기체계의 대표적 장비인 전차를 대상으로 연구하여 RAM-D 요소별 할당 모델을 개발하였다.
