This study investigates whether the use of smartphone and Facebook in the classroom induces students' active participation in their reading activities and what are the points to be considered when ICT-based English reading class is designed. Students in an English course, Practical English listening and reading, did their reading activities using their own smartphones and posted the results of the activities on Facebook. Smartphone was used primarily for web-browsing and Facebook as LMS. The pre-questionnaire was conducted to be referred to for designing activity tasks. The post-questionnaire and the interview with 10 students were conducted to identify how students perceive their class. The research results showed that the use of ICT induced students' active participation in their learning. As for the points to be considered, narrowing down the range of class activities, slowing down the pace of the class, explaining enough the goals and the steps of the activities, considering adopting campus LMS, and preparing solutions for cyberloafing were suggested.

Wheelchair users found difficulties in living independently in their houses due to the lack of accessibility. The state of the art smart home technology may enable wheelchair users to live independently. In this study, we built a smart home, and tested its usability with three community dwelling wheelchair users. Three evaluation methods such as scenario-based test, K-IADL(Korea instrumental activity of daily living) test, and in-depth interview were used. All three users responded positively for using the smart home. Through this study, we also found several necessary amendments in building smart homes for wheelchair users.

The purposes of this study were to investigate pre-service mathematics teachers' perceptions of the role of cooperating teachers and teacher interactions during teaching practicum. Thirty-four pre-service mathematics teachers who finished student teaching participated in the study. The researcher collected data from various sources such as a questionnaire, interviews, and written documents. According to the results of the study, more than 50 percent of the participants showed negative responses to all of the questionnaire items on teaching activities or guidance of cooperating teachers. Cooperating teachers mainly played a role in the stage of reflection of student teacher's teaching practice, and they provided specific feedback and guidance of teaching and learning methods and contents. Cooperating teachers played roles as (mathematics) teacher educators, classroom observers, and co-teachers, but their roles as teacher educators or co-teachers should be more stressed for pre-service mathematics teachers' professional development.

This study has researched the effect how ukulele performance of middle-aged women effects daily hassles and life satisfaction. This study has surveyed middle-aged women from 40 to 64 years old aimed at 300 members in ukulele performance club throughout the country using structured questionnaire. Collected data have been analyzed through multiple regression analysis and regression analysis of 3 steps with spss 22.0 statistical program. The analyzed results are as follows. First, the number of times and the period of playing the ukulele by middle-aged women have a negative effect on their daily hassles. Second, the number of times and the period of playing the ukulele by middle-aged women have a positive influence on their life satisfaction. Third, the period of playing the ukulele has a partial mediated effect on life satisfaction. The number of playing has a complete mediated effect on life satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among social activity, leisure activity and the level of life satisfaction of the rural elderly. 324 data was collected using structured questionnaires from the rural elderly aged 60 plus. The result of this study were as follows. First, the health and economic status of the demographic characteristics affect the level of life satisfaction of the rural elderly. Second, the economic, religious, and participation in community activity had a positive effect on the overall satisfaction level of the rural elderly life. The religious, participation in community activity. affect on the subjective satisfaction level of health positively. And the economic activity had a positive effect on the subjective satisfaction of economic. Third, the hobby and social life activity had a positive effects on the overall satisfaction of life. The hobby, social life and pastime activities had a positive on the subjective satisfaction level of health. And the hobby and social life activities affected on the subjective satisfaction of economic positively.

The purpose of this study was to derive related marketing implications through survey of smartphone usage of wellness tourists. Recently, wellness tourism, which combines preventive services related to health and tourism activities, is rapidly expanding. In particular, analyzing behavior such as how smartphone usage is affected by wellness activities is significant. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed the influence of smartphone information on wellness tourists through questionnaires for tourists. In this study, we surveyed 230 tourists in April, 2017, and analyzed the wellness activities and the effect of smartphone using questionnaires. Through this analysis, it is possible to provide practicable and meaningful implications to related tourism industry providers through linkage with related companies through behavioral analysis by smartphone use of wellness tourists.

Knowledge contents acquisition has received very little attention in the study of knowledge management, unlike knowledge sharing and utilization. For an organization to generate and preserve a competitive advantage, it is vital that its knowledge contents be acquired. This study analyzes, by quantitative approach of surveys, the degree of activities of knowledge contents acquisition for the employees of a local government organization. The results show that the employees of a local government are not aggressively involved in knowledge contents acquisition activities. Lessons and implications of this study for management leadership are presented.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among estimated intensity of physical activity, stress response and positive psychological capital. The participants totalled 356 male and female aged 20's~ 50's. Data was collected from 3 Questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis with SPSS and AMOS program. The following conclusions were drawn; First, physical activity had effected on stress response and positive psychological capital. Second, high level physical activity had effected on stress response and positive psychological capital.

100세 인생 시대의 도래는 사회적으로 많은 변화를 요구하고 있다. 기성세대들이 기존의 조직구조 속에서 일할 수 있는 최고 연령이 60대 초반인 것을 감안한다면 100세 인생 시대에는 퇴직한 후에 3~40년간 살아나갈 대안이 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이러한 환경 속에서 일반 직장인들에 비해 직장에서 많은 시간과 노력을 하고 있는 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하게 하는데 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구를 하는 것이 중요하다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 정년을 마친 후 연금을 받게 되는 경찰관들이 다른 직종의 직장인들과 비교하여 경제활동에 대한 필요성을 느낄 것인가? 그렇다면 그 이유는 무엇인가? 퇴직 후에도 경제활동을 하려는 경찰관들에게 어떠한 요인들이 영향을 주는 것일까? 등에 대한 것을 기존 연구와 문헌들을 통하여 연구 모형과 가설을 정하고 설문 조사를 통해 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 재직 경찰관들이 퇴직 후에 경제활동을 지속하기 위한 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구를 위해 개인역량, 경제활동 동기, 돈과 경제에 대한 인식, 경제적 만족도와 직장 안정성, 직장 공정성과 상하관계, 교육 및 교육 참여, 은퇴 준비, 직무만족과 직무의 미래비전을 독립 변수로 하고 경제활동 지속의도를 종속 변수로 설정하여 진행하였다.

본 연구에서는 우리나라 조직의 지식경영 관행을 파악하기 위하여 국내 제조업 빛 서비스업 그리고 공공기관에 종사하고 있는 경영층을 대상으로 지식경영 프로세스 전반에 관한 구조화된 설문조사를 하였다. 구체적으로 현재 조직에서 수행하고 있는 지식관리 현황, 지식관리의 방법, 지식경영활동의 극복과제, 그리고 지식평영 프로젝트의 추진 상황이라는 네 가지 범주를 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 통하여 우리 나라조직들의 지식경영에 대한 인식, 현황 그리고 향후 계획에 대한 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 업종별 비교를 통하여 업종에 따른 지식경영관행의 차이점도 발견할 수 있었다.
