목적: 본 연구는 실무 현장과 교육 현장의 조사를 통한 종합적인 의견을 수렴하여 합리적인 치과기공사 양성 및 배출을 위한 개선안을 도출하고자 한다. 방법: 3회에 걸쳐 설문조사가 진행되었으며, 1차는 개방형 문항으로 조사되었고, 2차, 3차는 폐쇄형 문항으로 조사되었다. 델파이 조사를 위한 조사 인원 선정을 100명(정책집단: 20명, 교육집단: 20명, 임상가 집단: 60명)으로 지정하였다. 1차 개방형 조사결과를 토대로 2차 설문문항을 작성하였으며, 2차 설문조사 결과를 토대로 3차 설문문항을 작성 후 조사하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 통계패키지 프로그램 SPSS Ver. 21.0를 활용하여 델파이 기법(Delphi Method)을 활용한 연구 결과에서 전문가 집단의 의견을 수렴하기 위해 빈도분석과 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 현 교육체계의 문제점은 임상현장과의 차이와 실무능력저하, 국가시험위주의 교육이 문제점으로 대두되었으며, 현행 평가제도의 문제점은 임상현장을 충분히 반영하지 못한 점, 실무능력이 미 반영된 실기평가로 지적되었다. 결론: 결론적으로 치과기공사의 교육과정과 평가제도는 현실적인 내용을 고려하면서 임상 실무와의 연계성을 높이는 방향으로 개선되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

우리나라 경제가 급속도로 개방화되면서 우리나라 농업은 매우 어려워 상황에 맞이하게 되었다. 이에 정부는 농산물의 수급안정과 농가소득 안정화를 위해 농업관측사업을 정책적으로 실시하고 있는데, 매년 사업이 확대됨에 따라 품목별 조사체계 확립과 효율적인 정보관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 필요성에 힘입어 농업관측사업 전담기관인 한국농촌경제연구원에서는 2001년부터 농업관측정보시스템을 구축하여 이를 운영하고 있다. 최근 현재 운영되고 있는 농업관측 정보시스템에 대한 평가에 관한 논의가 진행되기 시작했지만, 이에 관한 연구는 아직 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 관측정보 웹조사시스템을 중심으로 이 정보시스템을 이용자(품목별 관측모니터요원 및 품목별 관측담당 연구원)를 대상으로 농업관측정보시스템의 정보시스템 영역과 사용자영역 및 성과영역에 대한 설문을 실시하여 농업관측정보시스템의 성과 분석을 통해 평가요인을 검토하여 향후 관측정보시스템 종합적인 평가모형 개발을 위한 지표로 활용코자 한다.

본 연구에서는 국내외 원자력 품질보증 시스템의 변화추세하에서 연구개발에서의 품질보증 시스템 적용환경과 적용범위를 문헌조사를 통해 분석하였으며 현재 개발되어 있는 국외 원자력 산업계의 품질보증 기준과 연구개발 품질보증의 적용사례를 비교, 분석하였다. 또한, 이의 도입을 위하여 연구원들의 품질에 관한 인식도를 설문을 통하여 조사하였으며 이를 토대로 원자력 연구개발 품질보증 매뉴얼을 어떤 방식으로 구성하는 것이 보다 현실적인지를 연구, 제시하였고 이의 정착을 위한 구체적인 시스템 수립 및 적용방안에 대해서도 고찰하였다.

중소제조업체들은 원가 절감과 생산성 향상을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있으나 이에 대한 성과평가 연구가 전무하여, 최고경영자는 생산정보 시스템 투자여부 등을 결정하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DeLane and McLean(2003)의 연구 모형을 바탕으로, 생산정보 시스템 투자에 대한 성과평가 모형을 제시하고, 모형 검증을 위해 생산정보시스템을 도입한 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 분석결과 생산정보시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 순효익(Net Benefjts)이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

The use of internet is expanding globally in a rapid way. The situation is similar in Korea. The growth of internet affects the various aspects of a social system. Such an impact is not an exception in the field of survey data-collection. The internet survey method has gained a recognition as an important survey approach in the U.S and Europe. A number of Korean research organizations have already started implementing the new survey method, too. The time is quite ripe for the internet survey in Korea. However, it is hard to find ever a good literature review on the subject. This study intends to review the results of the past studies about the question of what factors influence the response rate, speed, and quality. The influencing factors incorporated in this review include six elements: personalization, the survey sponsorship, incentives, the questionaire format, prenotification, and follow-ups. Regarding there sis factors, the results of the past studies relating to the internet survey response are reviewed in a systematic way.

Paper & pencil test provides limited informations about student. So many web-based computerized test systems are developed and tried. But These systems have drawbacks that cannot visit previous or next problems freely. So These systems cannot get deep informations such as elapsed time of each problem, history of answer modification, the number of visit time of each problem. These deep informations are very important in educational evaluation area. Therefore we develop educational evaluation system can get these deep informations including basic informations. And then we apply paper & pencil test and our system to 67 students, and execute survey. The reason of survey is to ascertain availabilty of our system.

In this paper, we propose a web page retrieval system based on the sensibility evaluation induced by the color combination of web pages. The realized system consist of two modules - the indexing module that automatically extracts and indexes the color information from the web page and the retrieval module that retrieves web pages based on the color combination when sensibility adjective is presented. Also, to verify the system usefulness, we analyzed the ranking of web pages retrieved by the system and by human subjects (non-expels and experts for color web page design) using two statistical methods of correlation and paired-t test. Results by non-experts showed the realized system was suitable for 10 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives, and results by experts showed that the realized system was suitable for 14 sensibility adjectives among 18 sensibility adjectives.

I Bank, which is domestic one, has implemented a performance management system based on the balanced scorecards (BSC). The purpose of this study is to understand the status and seek improvements of the performance management system of the bank. To achieve the purpose, this paper makes study about the earlier researches and does empirical study based on the questionnaire survey analysis. After figuring out issues, this paper proposes improvements to operate the performance management system using BSC more properly. The Journal of Digital Policy & Management. 본 연구는 첨단 정보기술의 도입에 따른 우리나라 대학도서관 조직의 변화를 인력구조와 직무구조적인 측면에서 조사하고, 대학도서관이 자동화시스템으로 변화될 경우 효율적인 조직운영을 위한 모델을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 대학도서관 조직구조의 변화요소들에 관한 이론을 국내외 문헌을 통하여 검토하고 설문조사를 실시하여 문제점을 도출하였다.

The objective of this study is to build up an electronic reference service system specifically in the field of nuclear. Comparing with a library service system, this on has some advantages in that users can obtain information services through the network without spending much time and labor in visiting the library in person. A questionnaire was inquired for 300 researchers to get useful information for the building of the system. This system was proved to be useful by users.
