  • A plan of construction of subsea tunnels connecting Korea-Japan and Korea-China have been discussing over the past several ten years. This paper were wrote about the present capacity of our engineer, the cooperation plan of politics and economy. Especially we examined and studied resolution method and technical problem in the construction of Sub-sea tunnel. In terms of excavation technology, Blasting and water resistance technology should be cared considering the status of rock such as fault in the deep sea. After of a construction work, it should be carefully designed and constructed for the fire and leakage management in Tunnel, It should be applied to High Construction Management Professional and Value Management(CVS) etc.

  • With the advance of information technology, it is possible to build the interactive communication channel among relationship participants with low cost, and this channel makes ties between consumers and company by enabling information sharing and exchange. In order to maintain customer relationship, it is necessary to support customer information that includes of-the-customer, for-the-customer, and by-the-customer information. From the three types of customer information, the proper information for the relationship management like the level and type of commitment can be extracted. Customer Information System (CIS), which includes database, communication channel, application program, should be designed to facilitate the customer relationship management. Since lots of investments to information system are required, it is not easy to implement. This paper develops a framework of dynamic customer relationship management and suggests an effective information technology strategy to support that.

  • 우리는 국가 경쟁력의 한 분야인 사업관리에 있어 계획, 수행, 성과관리, 개선에 최적의 프로세스 보유가 요구된다. 그러나 Project관리체계의 현 실태는 일정관리, 범위관리, 비용관리에 초점을 맞춘 일정관리체계, WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) 및 OBS(Organizational Breakdown Structure)관리, 비용관리체계의 부분 통합 혹은 서로의 연계 정도이다. 본 연구는 최적의 사업관리를 위하여 계약관리에 체계공학을 연계하여 계약 전에 WBS, IMP/IMS(Integrated Master Plan)/(Integratcd Master Schedule), TPM(Technical Performance Measurement) 등의 SEP(Systems Engineering Plan)와 계약 후의 이행을 검증 할 수 있는 과정의 Guideline을 제시하고, IEEE 1220, ANSI/EIA 632 순기 의거 개념설계부터 통합시험에 이르는 체계공학 순기에 따른 비용예측이 가능한 USC(University of Southern CalIfornia) 대학의 COSYSMO (Constructive Systems Engineering Cost ModeI)를 소개하고 적용 가능성을 고찰하며, Project의 전순기에 걸쳐 TPM 혹은 Quality를 비용과 일정에 통합하여 관리하는 PBEV(Performance Based Earned Value)모델을 소개하고 적용 가능성을 제시한다. Project 관리에 있어 System 차원을 강조한 SE(Systems Engineering), 비용예측의 CM(Cost Management), 성과관리를 위한 EVM(Earned Value Management)의 통합은 사업 관리에 역량을 강화하며 경쟁력을 향상 시킬 수 있는 적절한 접근으로 사료된다.

Play-based SW Education Teaching-Learning Strategy to Improve Computational Thinking (컴퓨팅 사고 신장을 위한 놀이중심 SW교육 교수학습 전략)

  • This study investigates the effect of play-based software education instruction strategy for improving computational thinking as a method of software education. The play-based instruction strategy is a teaching-learning strategy in which the presented code is navigated through play, and the functions are revised and newly reconstructed. We designed an education program with the play-based instruction strategy and applied the program to elementary students. In order to verify the effectiveness of the research, we examined the competence of computing thinking concept and computing thinking practice. As a result, the computing thinking concept and computational thinking practice were that the proposed teaching-learning model is higher than the direct teaching method.

  • Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.

  • The purpose of the study was to examine the case of Regional Learning Network and present the implications for Consortium training Programs for small and middle-sized corporations in Korea. I found a following findings in Alesund regional learning network. First, companies participated regional learning network on their own initiative. Second, companies developed their innovation competency and had a chance to implement change management programs in order to cope with dynamic environment. Third, regional learning network was designed based on organization learning theory which make it possible to create, experiment and share the common knowledge for paticipating companies. Based on the these findings, implications for Consortium training Programs for small and middle-sized corporations in Korea was presented.

A Research on the Norming of The Self-Reported Test for Engineering Design Competency (자기 보고식 공학설계 역량 검사 도구 규준화 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to norm the engineering design competency test. To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on engineering college students nationwide using engineering design competency test developed in the precedent study, and a total of 2,859 questionnaires were analyzed. The main results are as follows. First, the national average of engineering design competency scores was 158 out of 240 points. Second, there was no significant difference between genders in engineering design competency by background variables. On the other hand, there was a significant difference by major. It was found that mechanical and construction majors have higher engineering design competency than IT and chemical/material engineering majors. Also, the scores of engineering design competency increased as the grade went up. Third, the number of courses related to engineering design did not affect by engineering design competency, but the actual number of times of experience in engineering design was affected by engineering design competency.

  • Concentration about value of invisible asset has increased in the condition of rapid business circumstance change. As one of these concentration, many company adopted knowledge management, and construction industry also tried to adopt knowledge management. However, it is difficult for construction company to get expected effects because of knowledge management system in no relation with business process. To solve this problems, this study adopted BPM that has many functions, such as business process design, operation, monitoring, sustainable improvement, to knowledge classification structure.

  • 현재의 지능형 안전 및 유지관리 방법은 자연재해 및 시설물 사용성능 향상 등의 환경변화 대응에 아직 미흡하고, 기술역량도 부족하다. 국내의 시설물의 점검 및 관리 시스템은 대부분 수작업으로 이루어진다. 이러한 수동적인 관리는 시설물의 상태 변화에 실시간으로 대응하지 못함으로서 여러 사고를 초래하기도 한다. 하지만 사람이 일일이 검사하는 수동적인 시설물 관리에서는 이러한 문제점을 완벽히 해결할 수 없으며, 시설물 관리를 위해 많은 유지보수 인력이 필요하지만 예산상의 문제로 인해 관리가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 4G 무선네트워크 기반의 영상카메라 및 감지센서 융합형 시각정보화 M2M 게이트웨이를 활용하여 간단한 시설물 관리 시스템 구성으로 인한 기존 원격 영상 감시 시스템과 차별화된 저전력, 저비용, 고효율, 고성능의 무인 시설물 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and apply e-teaching portfolio in EIU for pre-service teachers, and to explore the possibility of applying e-teaching portfolio in pre-service teacher education. E-teaching portfolio has developed an online platform after designing the component of teaching portfolio. And then pre-service teachers' perceptions were investigated. The findings, pre-service teachers thought that e-teaching portfolio was useful for the accumulation and management of instructional materials, and gave opportunities to improve self-reflection, teaching skills and evidence over the professional development through communication.
