A great part of flint fuel is Hydrogen and carbon's combination. they should be generated steam and carbon gas when combine with oxygen for perfect combustion in the inside of engine, but the pollutive material especially NOx and Soot are exhausted, even though fuel is combine perfectly. In this paper the characteristics of exhaust material from diesel engine is investigated for the corona discharge-EGR hybrid plasma reactor, which combined corona discharge with EGR system. NOx is decreased in all load and applied voltage to plasma reactor. However Soot is increased as increasing EGR rate and it is decreased as increasing applied voltage.

The beam splitter is important in optical communication systems. in this work, thc quasi-state based on four-mode interference in thc MMI coupler is proposed, and so, device length is shorten to be 1/5 of general designed length. We designed thc polarization splitter based on thc concept of quasi-state. Thc analysis has been accomplished by thc effective index method(EIM) and thc mode propagation analysis(MPA) for given structure.

표지판이나 지도, 안내책자 같은 매체들은 사용자에게 여러 정보(위치정보, 부가정보)를 제공한다. 이런 매체를 통한 위치정보와 부가정보는 직관적이고 간결하며 정적으로 표현되어 있다. 그리고 정보제공의 형태를 보면 사용자가 정보를 취득해 가야 하는 점에서 수동적으로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 사용자는 정보 욕구가 증가할수록 정적인 정보보다는 동적인 정보를 요구하고, 수동적인 정보제공 방법보다는 능동적인 정보제공 방법을 선호한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 정보보조시스템(IAS)은 기존의 IAS 시스템과 달리, 직관적이고 간결한 정보 전달의 수단으로 증강현실 기술을 사용하고, 능동적 정보제공의 방법으로 에이전트 시스템을 사용한다. 실제 구현 과정에서 성능 향상을 위한 아이디어를 추가하여, 제안하는 방법들의 효용성을 검증한다.

There are fast growing demands for new dielectric materials for passive capacitors of RF-ICs and other wireless applications. One of the bulk microwave dielectric materials which have superior properties is $ZrTiO_4$ due to its large dielectric constant and high quality factor. Therefore, $ZrTiO_4$ is worth studying as a form of thin film to be applied for passive capacitors of integrated circuits. In this study, we fabricated metal-insulator-metal type capacitors with $ZrTiO_4$ dielectric thin film, and evaluated their capacitor properties.

변압기 절연 열화의 주원인 중 하나인 운전 온도에 대한 특성을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 IEC 60076 및 ANSI C 57.12 중 온도 상승 관한 시험 규격을 고찰하여 각 규격별 변압기의 구분 및 온도 상승 한도의 규격치를 비교 기술하였고, 모의부하의 인가 방법 중 등가 부하인가 방법, 오일 온도 및 평균 권선 온도의 측정시험 방법 등에 대하여 논하였다.

IEC 60947-2는 산업용 저압차단기와 관련한 국제 규격이다. UL 규격을 사용하는 미국과 같이 자국의 규격을 사용하는 국가이외 에는 전 세계적으로 통용되는 규격으로서, 우리나라도 IEC 60947-2와 부합화를 한 K60947-2를 사용하고 있다. IEC 60947-2는 현재 Edition 4까지 개정되어 발행되었으며 해당 working group에서는 Edition 4의 amendment 1을 발행하기 위한 작업이 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 IEC 60947-2 working group에서 현재 진행되고 있는 amendment 내용 중 중요 이슈들에 대해 고찰하였으며, 향후 amendment 2에 대한 작업내용에 대한 소개를 하였다.

Making-Switch는 대전력 시험에 있어 가장 중요한 시험 설비중의 하나로 시험 회로를 최후에 폐로하여 전류를 피시품에 인가하는 역할을 한다. 정확한 시험을 위해 투입 위상각을 정밀 제어할 수 있어야 하며 이는 Closing time error에 따라 결정된다. 또한 빈번한 투입과 대전류 투입등의 가혹한 사용 조건하에서도 문제없이 동작하기 위해 각 부품에 따라 특수한 특성이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 Making-Switch의 일반 사항 및 그 특성에 관하여 고찰하여 보았다.

Among many tests to verify the characteristics of power system apparatus, the short circuit test is performed to verify the performance characteristics of the apparatus under the short-circuited power system. The verification of the short-circuit performance is inevitable for the reliability of power system and the safety of the operator around. The short circuit performance test requires the suitable power source and Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute has 4000 MVA, 500 MVA short circuit generators for the short circuit performance test. This paper will study on the parameters of short-circuit generator and the estimation of them.

배전계통의 신뢰도는 계통 운전계획의 수립 및 시설 투자의 배분 등에 기초가 되기 때문에 국내외 대부분의 전력회사에서는 많은 종류의 신뢰도 평가 방식을 사용하고 있다. 배전계통은 전력계통의 최 말단 설비이며 수용가에 직접 전력을 공급한다는 특성과 계통에서 발생하는 외란이 대부분 수용가에 영향을 미치기 때문에 배전계통의 신뢰도를 유지하고 평가하는 것은 굉장히 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로그리드가 전력계통 신뢰도에 끼치는 영향을 빈도기간법이라는 신뢰도 평가 방법으로 분석하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 초전도 공진 코일의 차폐 소재 위치에 따른 무선전력전송 특성을 분석하였다. 차폐 소재는 송신 코일로부터 3cm, 8cm, 18cm, 28cm 간격을 두었다. 차폐 소재로는 알루미늄과 플라스틱을 적용하였다. 그 다음 Network Analyzer를 이용하여 S-parameter($S_{11}$)를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 알루미늄 차폐 소재를 5cm 간격을 두어 적용하였을 때 반사계수가 가장 높았다. 하지만 플라스틱 차폐소재에서는 어떤 위치에서도 비슷한 반사계수를 나타냄을 확인하였다.
