By using simulation, fixed location production method and flow production method have been compared to improve the productivity of deckhouse preceding outfitting process. In this paper, we analyze that the suggested flow production system instead of fixed location production can improve productivity. In current preceding outfit production system which adopts fixed location production, where a block occupies an area and does not move until the work finishes. On the other hand, in improved flow production system, the block moves instead of workers and equipment. Though the output of two systems are almost the same when we did not consider the moving time and waiting time of blocks, the flow production will be better when the variability of task time will be reduced.

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship among task value, self-efficacy, classroom goal structure, and academic emotions(enjoyment, fear, boredom) for promoting self-regulated learning in e-learning course. The results showed that task value, self-efficacy, class goal structure influenced academic emotions and self-regulated learning, and enjoyment had mediation effects among exogenous variables and self-regulated learning. The findings offer implications of facilitating self-regulated learning while considering academic emotions.

This paper aims to understand the agents which have an impact upon artists' career development. By critically exploring previous research, this article conceptualizes the roles of intermediaries such as art schools, galleries, critics, and collectors in influencing the careers for artists. The qualitative case study is conducted by selecting KAWS as an intrinsic case. This study collects secondary data about the career trajectory of KAWS by various sources, which are analyzed according to the conceptual framework. The outcome of this research clarifies previous research from a sociological point of view in which highlights the significant importance of the art world's gallery, critics, media and collectors in developing the artist's career. In this paper, more importantly, the public attention to artists is construed as one of the agents influencing the career development of artists.

During few decades, Korean economy has been growing with heavy and manufacturing industries. However, the economy meets limitations of growth rate, and employment rate. The Korean government has been trying to overcome these limitations using development of venture businesses and re-organization of industrial ecosystem. These efforts make high survival rate of recent venture companies. There are previous researches about relation between characteristics of entrepreneur and managerial performance, there are several limitations. Firstly, most of papers were based on survey with specific region or industry. Secondly, related researches were carried out with unable to distinguish among firm's survival periods. This paper uses the '2017 Survey of Korea Venture Firms' data that is approved by the Korean government. This data includes whole industries and survival periods. The aim of this research is finding the effect of characteristics of entrepreneur on managerial performance of venture firms by different survival periods using data envelopment analysis (DEA). If entrepreneur has doctoral degree, the firm's managerial performance is lower than bachelor degree. In addition, over 10 years of working career, and joint-venture have positive effect on firm's performance. This paper can provide valuable information to venture related policy makers and investment decision makers.

This study focused on the healthcare service industry and sought to identify specific antecedent factors that reduce the in-role and extra-role behaviors of service providers and explore the role of these factors. To this end, it set service complexity as a specific antecedent factor affecting the in-role and extra-role behaviors of healthcare service providers. In addition, the study suggested that the cognitive process of person-job fit would be involved in the process through which service complexity affects the in-role and extra-role behaviors of healthcare service providers. Furthermore, this study examined whether the internal market orientation of healthcare service organizations moderates the influence of service complexity on the person-job fit of healthcare service providers. Based on previous studies, hypotheses and a research model were established, and a survey was conducted with healthcare service providers who interact directly with customers at the point of contact. The results of hypothesis testing confirmed that service complexity reduces the person-job fit of healthcare service providers. Additionally, it was verified that the person-job fit of healthcare service providers enhances both in-role and extra-role behaviors. Finally, the study found that the internal market orientation of healthcare organizations buffered the impact of service complexity on the person-job fit of healthcare service providers.

Portable navigation markets grew up to 95% last year. This study aims to develop a business model for pedestrian-oriented portable navigator for street shoppers. Related previous studies developed successfully the alogrithm for a portable navigator, and the current study seeks for diverse ways to turn this system into a new type of on & off line-based LBS business. The business model proposed in this study adopted two different approaches of benefit yields based on the structural analysis of so-called Wanavi navigation system. One is segmented approach seeking for benefits from each individual system component such as communication network, contents, and platform. The other approach is to run the business by integrating relevant system componts in every possible way to attract customers to this portable navigator. The purpose of this proposal is not limited to activate emerging walking navigator markets, but to aim at creating idealistic free market system where all the shoppers are furnished complete market information to the fullest extent when they go on shopping.

연구 및 개발에 앞서 정확하고 효율적인 연구계획의 중요성에 대한 인식은 더욱 높아 가고 있다. 정확하고 효율적인 연구계획을 위해서는 목표수립, 명확한 연구 자금의 흐름, 사업화 계획 등 많은 조건들이 충족되어야 하지만, 그 중에서도 해당 분야의 선행기술 조사는 연구계획의 성패를 가름 지을 수 있는 중요한 인자 중의 하나이다. 선행기술 조사를 위해서 대부분의 연구자 혹은 기획자들은 지금까지 학술 논문에 의존하는 경향을 보여 왔다. 학술 논문만을 이용한 선행기술 조사의 높은 의존도로 인하여 학술 논문의 학문적, 기술적인 가치가 동일하게 인식되어 왔으며, 동시에 법적인 권리까지 내재되어 있는 특허의 중요성을 상대적으로 소홀히 취급하게 만들어 온 것은 사실이다. 모든 연구 기획이 사업화 또는 이익창출에 이용될 필요는 없지만, 적어도 많은 인력과 자금을 필요로 하는 연구결과를 사업화나 이익 창출의 기회로 사용하기 위해서는 학술 논문뿐만 아니라, 법적인 권리를 확인할 수 있는 특허 정보를 이용한 선행기술의 조사가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 나노 사이언스 또는 나노 테크놀로지가 융합된 화장품 분야의 특허들 중 2008년 8월 말까지 한국, 미국, 일본 및 유럽에서 공개되거나 등록된 특허를 대상으로 해당 특허들에 대한 소정의 기술분류를 통한 특허분석을 수행함으로써 한국의 나노 화장품 분야 특허들의 양적, 기술적 수준을 재확인 하고자 한다.

통신망간 상호접속료 산정 방식으로 장기증분비용방식이 확산되고 있는 가운데 국내에서도 2004년 이후 시내, 시외, 공중 및 이동전화망의 접속료는 장기증분비용방식이 적용될 계획으로 있다. 2002년 12월 개정 전기통신설비의 상호접속기준 22조의4의 장기증분비용 방식을 적용함에 있어 유선망은 각국에서 선행연구가 진행되어 왔고 실제 적용사례도 많기 때문에 비교적 사업자간 합의점을 찾기 용이한 측면이 있으나 이동망의 경우 선행연구가 부족하기 때문에 원가범위를 둘러싼 당사자간 논란의 여지가 많은 실정이다. 특히 현행 접속료 산정기준에서 유선의 경우 가입자선로가 착신원가 범위에서 제외되고 있는 반면에 이동망의 경우 가입자접속(access) 비용이 착신접속원가에 포함되고 있어서 향후 LRIC 방식 적용시 이동망의 가입자 접속구간 비용을 착신증분원가 산정 범위에 포함한 것이지 여부를 가지고 논란이 예상된다. 본 고에는 미국의 이동망 착신보상 규제 및 판결사례를 살펴봄으로써 앞으로 개발될 이동망 LRIC 방식 비용산정시 액세스 비용에 관한 원칙을 정하는데 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 강원도에서 실시하는 청년창업 지원사업이 창업성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 것이다. 강원도 지역의 경우 전국대비 상대적으로 낮은 임금, 10인 미만의 사업체와 주로 도소매 숙박업이 주를 이루는 영세한 산업구조로 인한 고용불안과 일자리 질 저하로 상대적 학력수준이 높은 일자리가 부족함에 따라 청년층의 높은 전출률을 초래하고 있다. 강원도 내 청년 일자리 문제는 생산가능인구 감소와 고령화문제로 이어지면서 이를 해결하기 위하여 강원도에서는 새로운 일자리 창출과 고용안정을 위하여 도내 청년 창업자를 발굴하고 육성하는 지원사업을 추진 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 강원도 지역의 청년창업 지원사업을 통한 창업성과를 분석하고 청년창업자에게 유의미한 영향을 미쳤는지, 청년 일자리 창출에 상관관계를 끼쳤는지에 대하여 연구하려고 한다. 선행논문에서의 창업지원정책이 미치는 영향에 대한 연구결과에 따라 정부 창업지원사업과 창업성과간의 유의미한 관계가 있을 것이라고 예상할 수 있었고 본 연구에서는 기존의 선행연구에서 확장하여 후속지원에 대한 영향관계에 대하여 분석하고 그에 따른 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

IT기술의 발달과 함께 학습자의 학습 성향, 능력, 환경 등을 인지하고 그에 적절한 서비스가 가능한 지능형 교육 시스템이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 학습자에게 지능적이고 개인화된 서비스를 위해서는 학습자를 인지하기 위한 작업이 선행되어야 하며, 이 인지과정을 위해서는 학습자의 학습 과정에서 발생한 데이터를 수집하고 분석하게 된다. 하지만, 수집된 데이터가 학습자의 일관되지 못한 행위나 예측하지 못한 학습 성향을 포함하고 있다면, 그 결과를 신뢰하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 학습자에게서 수집된 데이터를 SVDD를 이용하여 가중치를 부여하고, 그 값을 인지과정에 활용한다. 실험에서는 홈 인테리어 교육 컨텐츠 기반에 학습자의 학습 행위에 대한 학습 성향을 진단하기 위해 DOLLS-HI를 이용하였고, 수집된 학습자의 데이터를 분석하여 전통적인 분석 방법 대비 제안하는 방법의 유효함을 확인하였다.
