This study analyzed the healing effect of the design elements of healing environment from the perspective of environmental stress, which is one of the contents of environmental psychology. By examining the objective healing effects of the design elements of the healing environment, this study attempted to prepare a theoretical basis for contributing to the construction of a systematic and systematic healing environment. This study consists of three phases. Firstly, three environmental stress theories (Attention Recovery Theory, Evolutionary Psychology, and Environmental Stress Model) were examined to review the academic basis of which the theoretical concept of the healing environment has been derived and developed. Second, we analyzed 16 previous research on the design elements of healing environment and used them as an analysis framework of this study. Thirdly, 11 foreign studies that proved the healing effects of healing environment design elements through objective research methods were considered and analyzed as an analysis framework, and the basis for applying design elements in constructing healing environment was prepared. The research results are as follows. First, the concept of healing environment was developed from Lazarus's psychological stress theory and Ulrich's theory of evolutionary psychology, suggesting that it can be used as one of the noninvasive healing tools that affect stress reduction. Second, the healing environment design elements could be divided into 15 factors and categorized as physical environment, psychological environment, and social environment, and it was found that most of them were mentioned and studied in the previous research in order of nature-friendly, aesthetic, and openness. Third, most of the previous research on the healing effects of the design elements of the healing environment were related to natural affinity and aesthetics, and it was found that the visual elements of the healing environment could affect the actual stress reduction.

The present study was conducted to review the definitions and methods of teaching reflection and then suggest the criteria for analyzing mathematics teaching reflection. The reason for addressing the teaching reflection, which recently attracts considerable attention, was that it would enhance the professional growth of mathematics teachers. The review of the prior studies shows that the hitherto proposed criteria which could be used for analyzing mathematics teaching reflection are inadequate and unsystematic. Further, it was revealed that the self-assessment checklists put forward by previous studies were overly ramified, and thus it seems that an integrative approach should be taken in order to establish the relevant criteria for analyzing mathematics teaching reflection. Considering these findings, the present study suggests the pre-lesson, in-lesson, and post-lesson criteria for analyzing leaching reflection for the subject of mathematics and the attendant questions posed to teachers.

By reviewing the existing researches of construction safety management, this study presented some problems; 1) preceding researches dealt only a formal system of safety management and did not focus on the practical safety management action, 2) there is an insufficient endeavor of utilizing the lessons teamed of successful construction sites and generalizing the success factors of safety management in the construction industry. The objective of this study is to propose and describe an effective construction safety management activity improvement reflecting success factors of the excellent construction cases and the preceding researches. To achieve this objective, the authors performed a case study of successful construction sites and proposed the major six safety activities. The author's point are illustrated through an explanation of the safety management activity improvement.

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for future studies by systematically integrating existing empirical studies that examine the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance. As the results of empirical studies examining the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance are mixed, this study tries to derive different results from individual studies through meta-analysis into standardized statistics(effect sizes). To accomplish the purpose, this study developed hypotheses about the positive effects of the entrepreneurial competencies including opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competencies on the business performance through theoretical reviews of the literature. Also, this study conducted meta-analysis with 15 sample data using open source based statistical program 'R'. The results of this study are as follows. The opportunity recognition competency, managerial competency, technical-functional competency, strategic competency, and relationship competency were found to significantly affect financial business performance. Also, each of the factors had a moderate effect size on the performance. Among these competencies, the most effective factor was the strategic competency, followed by the opportunity recognition competency, technical-functional competency, and relationship competency. There is still no study using meta-analysis on the relationship between the entrepreneurs' competencies and business performance in South Korea. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide implications for developing the theoretical basis of future studies.

This research is an empirical study on an attributions style of individual economic success based on the attributions theory. I established the title of an empirical study on an attributions style of an individual economic success based on a theoretical analysis and an advanced research of an attributions theory. This paper conducted a survey of 238 adults inhabited in Seoul Metropolitan Area by age and gender sample extraction method for an empirical study. A results on attributions factors of individual economic success, Persons under 1billions won indicated that an individual economic success charged off ingrained environment(72.1%) and efforts(18.0%). Persons over 3 billions won suggested that an individual economic success charged off efforts(48.0%) and ingrained environment(12.0%). A man of few wealth showed that an individual economic success chalked up to an ingrained environment. But wealthy persons demonstrated that an individual economic success charged off an individual efforts by attributions style of cause perception, Weiner(1979).

In order to investigate trends in youth soccer research, this study selected 18 prior literature published in domestic KCI-registered journals related to youth soccer over a three-year period from 2021 to 2023 as research subjects. Previous research on youth soccer was analyzed by year, journal, research method, and subject, and the results are as follows. First, the number of papers published on topics related to youth soccer was the highest at 9 in 2021. Second, it was found that youth soccer-related research was conducted in various sports-related academic journals. Third, quantitative research methodology took up a higher proportion of 83% than qualitative research method. Fourth, studies targeting youth soccer players were the highest at 50%, followed by coaches and parents of youth players.

The purpose of this study is developing the manifestation process model of group creativity among mathematically gifted students. Therefore, I designed the manifestation process model of group creativity by researching the existing literatures on group creativity and mathematical creativity. The manifestation process model of group creativity was applied to mathematically gifted students' class. By analyzing students' response, the manifestation process model of group creativity was improved and concretized. In conclusion, the process of a combination of contributions was concretized and the major variables on group creativity such as a diversity, conflict, emotionally supportive environment and social comparison were verified. In addition, some reflective processes was discovered from a case study.

We consider about the definition and components of Statistical literacy which is discussed in the meantime. And we look into the purpose of statistics education in the school mathematics curriculum and discuss about the implications for the statistics education from the Statistical literacy.

본 (本) 연구(硏究)는 문헌적(文獻的) 고찰(考察)을 통하여 이직에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이들 요인이 기업규모(企業規模)에 따라서 이직에 미치는 영향력(影響力)과 영향경로(影響經路)가 어떻게 다른가를 보여주고자 한다. 특히 이직(離職) 결정요인(決定要因)의 선정에 있어서는 선행연구가 주로 조직(組織) 외적요인(外的要因)을 중심으로 이루어진 결과 이직에 대한 설명력이 낮게 나타나고 있음에 비추어 조직(組織) 외적요인(外的要因)과 개인적(個人的) 요인(要因)을 추가함으로써 이직에 대한 설명력을 높이고자 하였다. 이에 따른 구체적인 연구절차는 먼저 문헌연구를 통하여 이직에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 요인들을 추출하였으며, 선정된 변수들을 대상으로 Price&Mueller(1981)의 이직과정(離職過程)모델에 입각하여 기업규모별(企業規模別)로 대중회귀분석(多重回歸分析)과 경로분석(經路分析)을 실시하여 이직결정요인들이 이직에 미치는 직 간접 효과(直 間接 效果)와 경로(經路)를 살펴보았다. 경로분석(經路分析)의 결과는 조직외적요인(組織外的要因)과 개인적요인(個入的要因)인 생계책임(生計責任)과 태도(態度)가 규모에 관계없이 이직의도(離職意圖)에 미치는 효과가 상당히 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 이외에 성, 이직기회(性, 離職 機會), 공정성(公正性) 또한 규모에 관계없이 이직의도에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 승진가능성(昇進可能性)의 경우는 중규모기업이 대 소규모기업에 비하여 효과가 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 모델의 설명력은 기존의 연구에서와 같이 여전히 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to review recent studies on the service quality evaluation of digital libraries and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. Specifically, this paper compared and analyzed recent literatures on e-service quality evaluation of digital libraries in Korea with regard to service quality evaluation models and measure methodologies. Finally, this study offered two important suggestions. The one is the necessity of developing a standardized service quality evaluation model for digital libraries which is customized in korean environment and the other is establishment of development guideline of service quality evaluation for digital libraries.
