Effect of Restaurant Meal Replacement Product Selection Attributes on Brand Image and Satisfaction (RMR(레스토랑간편식) 상품의 선택속성이 브랜드이미지, 만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between the factors of RMR product selection attributes, brand image, and satisfaction as the interest and frequency of use of RMR products of dining out consumers increase recently. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using RMR products launched in catering companies and restaurants. The investigation period was conducted for about 20 days from August 10, 2020. The final 291 copies were used for research analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, the hygiene (��=.160), menu (��=.203), and packaging (��=.291) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on reliability. Hypothesis 2's menu (��=.270), convenience (��=.201), and packaging (��=.195) were found to have a significant effect on differentiation. The reliability (��=.328) and differentiation (��=.443) of the brand image of Hypothesis 3 were found to have a significant effect on satisfaction (��=.428). Hygiene (��=.388), menu (��=.229), and convenience (��=.243) of Hypothesis 4 were analyzed to have a significant effect on satisfaction. Lastly, this study is expected to be provided as basic research data related to RMR products, and is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction in RMR product development of food service companies and restaurants.

Effect of HMR Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes on Consumers Satisfaction and Other Recommendation Intention (HMR 밀키트 상품의 선택속성이 소비자만족 및 타인추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted an empirical analysis study on the Meal Kit Product, whose interest and demand continued to increase according to the eating out trend in the Untact era. In addition, this study attempted to investigate the relationship between the factors of Home Meal Replacement Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes, Consumers Satisfaction, and Other Recommendation Intention. Convenience sampling was used for consumers with experience in using Meal Kit Products released by food service companies and start-up companies. The investigation period was conducted for about one month from July 01, 2020, and the final 285 copies were used for analysis. The SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the analysis, the price (β=.241), convenience (β=.317), and diversity (β=.191) of Hypothesis 1 had a significant effect on Consumers Satisfaction. Price (β=.482), convenience (β=.133), and diversity (β=.342) were found to have a significant effect on the intention to recommend others. It was analyzed that Hypothesis 3's Consumers Satisfaction (β=.443) had a significant effect on Other Recommendation Intention. Finally, through this study, we expect to be provided as basic research data related to Meal Kit Product. It is intended to be presented as a theoretical basis for the use of marketing and direction for the development of milk kit products for catering companies and restaurants.

Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction (헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is a convergence study to find out the relationship between store image, price, human service, and trust on customer satisfaction among the shop selection attributes of customers using hair beauty salons. This study analyzed the data of 500 copies of questionnaires for women who used hair beauty salons within the last 6 months using the SPSS v.22 statistical package program. As a result, store image (B= 1.321, p= .004), price (B= 1.189, p= .032), human service (B= 1.013, p= .000), trust (B= .782, p = .000) was found to have a meaningful positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the ranking of influence was store image (β= .445), human service (β= .377), and price (β= .252). ), And trust (β= .167). Therefore, through this study, it was found that the higher the store image, personal service, price, and trust of the customer's hair salon, the higher the customer satisfaction. We confirmed the detailed influence of the effect of customer's shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction. Among them, store image and human service were found to be factors influencing customer satisfaction. It is necessary to find an economical and efficient way to improve store image, and to cultivate competency to strengthen human service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for establishing a differentiated marketing strategy of cosmetic services industry.

A Study on the Age-Specific Choice Attributes of Bakery Product Purchasers on Gyeongbuk (경북지역 베이커리 제품 구매자의 세대별 선택속성)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate in the Age-Specific Choice Attributes of Bakery Product Purchasers on Gyeongbuk. The results were as follows : The findings of survey showed that in general characteristics of respondents, the number of males was 194(33.4%) and females 387(66.6%), so the number of females was slightly higher than that of males. On the matter of bakery purchase attributes, in the case of food life by ages, the 20s belonged to more 'taste-interest type'(44.7%) and the 30s~50s were more 'health-interest type'(p<0.001). When purchasing bakery products, consumers had different importance factors such as taste 61.8%, nutrition 17.6%, price 9.1%. In terms of taste, by ages the 20s were 73.9%, the 30s 65.8%, the 40s 55.8% and the 50s 46.0%(p<0.001). In bakery-using type, franchise bakery was 70.4%, window bakery 16.0%, in the case of franchise bakery by ages, the 20s were 70.2%, the 30s 78.1%, the 40s 72.1% and the 50s 56.0%(p<0.001). In their preference of bakery products, various kinds of sandwich the 20s liked by 37.3%, the 50s by 12.0%(p<0.001). Natural fermented bread accounted for 14.9% in the 20s and 37.0% in the 50s(p<0.001).

The Relations of the Life Style and Housing Selection Attributes of the Middle-aged People (중년층의 라이프스타일이 은퇴 후 주거선택속성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, main focus was analyzing whether the retired middle-aged people's life style and personal characteristics affect house selection attributes and there are any differences according to their life styles. The finding and implications of this study were as follows. The middle-aged people were trying to pursue leisurely and healthy life. Therefore, they prefer the high service quality of health, medical facilities, culture, leisure, and entertainment facilities. These trends were caused by the expansion of the five-days working styles, the improvements of the smart consumptions, the high levels of the education, and the high social and economic participations of the females. The overall changes in social, cultural, economical circumstances made them different from other generations. Also current middle-aged people were more challenging and active and they thought themselves young compared with the people of the older generation. In the future those middle-aged people's life style will be more diversified. Therefore new housing plans are necessary for the middle-aged popple to satisfy their diverse housing needs and housing circumstances. Based on the results of this study for the middle-aged people's life style and housing selection attributes after their retirement, more studies are necessary in new and different views. Furthermore diverse house supplies, housing marketing, housing policies should be provided for the middle-aged people for their retirement and need to study more their future housing satisfaction and their housing needs.

Development a Measurement Scale for Analysis on Factors Influencing College Choice of College Freshman's (전문대학 신입생들의 대학선택 영향 요인 분석을 위한 측정도구 개발)

  • The aim of this study was to develop scale of test taker to affect on process of selection of college. The study procedures were performed as follow : establish of study model, item generation, verification of content validity, 1st and 2nd pilot test and verification of construct validity and reliability. In order to verification of validity and reliability, 230 freshman were surveyed and the data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, skewness. kurtosis, Pearson correlation, Verimax factor analysis and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. As result of factor analysis, the 15 factors(61 items) that explain 68.37% of the total variance were extracted and each factors were classified by attribution as follow : Information collection-mass media(4items), college activity (3items), support and environment(4items), education(5items), Influential person on decision making(3items), education quality(4items), education service(5items), reputation(3items), accessibility(2items), personal circumstances(2items), college's mass media(5items), promotion (4items), on-line(4items), person's PR (3items), College image(10items). Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of total items was 0.916 and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of each factors were showed range between 0.694~0.878. Measurement scale of this study may be utilized to collect basic data be required to establish policy strategy of local college be faced with difficulty of admission recruitment.

The Research on Sanchoneo Mandu Product Development Using Conjoint Analysis (컨조인트 분석을 사용한 산천어 만두 제품 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to determine the relative importance of Sanchoneo mandu attributes and find out differences between the determinants and attributes when purchasing mandu. The survey was conducted targeting 114 panels(aged 20~39 years old), who were university students and graduated university, from the period of June 18 to 22, 2012. The statistical data analyses were performed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 for conjoint analysis. The main results of this study were as follows : according to the analysis on the attributes and mandu made with Sanchoneo, the relative importance of mandu attributes was assessed in filling materials(33.09%), price(30.28%), shape of mandu(21.69%) and spicy level(14.94%). The most preferred Sanchoneo mandu was the one added with kimchi with price of 7000 won, oval shape, and mild taste.

  • 지국온난화에 의한 기후변화는 전 세계적으로 강수의 편중이나 이상기온 등의 현상들이 빈번하게 발생하여 가뭄 및 홍수로 인한 피해가 점차 늘어나고 있다. 제주도는 수자원의 98% 이상을 지하수에 의존하고 있기 때문에 기후변화에 따른 수자원 영향에 대한 지속적인 관심과 연구가 필요한 지역이다. 본 연구에서는 표준강수지수를 활용한 제주도 가뭄의 공간적 특성을 분석하기 위하여 가뭄 속성 인자들 간의 상관관계가 높은 변수인 가뭄지속시간과 가뭄 심도를 변수로 선택하여 각 지역의 가뭄특성과 지역 분류를 수행하였다. 제주도의 4개 기상대(제주, 서귀포, 성산, 고산)의 관측소별 표준강수지수(SPI 3, 6, 9, 12)를 산정한 결과 SPI 12가 SPI6에 비해 비교적 단순한 경향을 가지고 있는 것으로 확인 되었으며 단기간 일수록 변동성이 심하고 장기간 표준강수지수는 비교적 극심한 가뭄을 판단하기 위한 자료로 활용이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 지역별 가뭄의 특성을 고려하기 위한 지역을 구분하기 위하여 한가지 요소로만 구분할 수 없어 가뭄 속성 인자들의 동질성을 구분하였으며 가뭄 속성인자의 변량을 71.8%를 설명해 주는 2개의 요인을 주요인으로 산정하였다. 인자분석의 결과로 추출된 2개의 변수로 비계측적 군집방법 중 하나인 K-means 기법을 이용하여 군집분석을 실시하여 7번의 반복계산에 걸쳐 군집이 종료 되었으며 최종적으로 2개의 군집이 형성 되었다. 기후변화는 전 세계와 제주도 수자원에 지속적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 전망되어 수자원 정책 평가 및 관리에 매우 신중한 대비책을 요구하고 있다. 향후 다양한 입력자료를 활용하고 가뭄 산정기법과 가뭄 분류 등을 통하여 활발한 후속 연구가 필요하다.

An Intelligent Recommendation System by Integrating the Attributes of Product and Customer in the Movie Reviews (영화 리뷰의 상품 속성과 고객 속성을 통합한 지능형 추천시스템)

  • As digital technology converges into the e-commerce market across industries, online transactions have activated, and the use of online has increased. With the recent spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19, this market flow is accelerating, and various product information can be provided to customers online. Providing a variety of information provides customers with various opportunities but causes difficulties in decision-making. The recommendation system can help customers to make a decision more effectively. However, the previous research on recommendation systems is limited to only quantitative data and does not reflect detailed factors of products and customers. In this study, we propose an intelligent recommendation system that quantifies the attributes of products and customers by applying text mining techniques to qualitative data based on online reviews and integrates the existing objective indicators of total star rating, sentiment, and emotion. The proposed integrated recommendation model showed superior performance to the overall rating-oriented recommendation model. It expects the new business value to be created through the recommendation result reflecting detailed factors of products and customers.

창업 기회 역량에 관한 연구 - 행운 신념과 우연기술을 중심으로

  • 성공한 창업가들이나 저명인사들에게 성공의 요인을 물어보면 운이 좋았다고 이야기를 한다. 새해가 되면 신년 운세를 보거나 중요한 사업에 대한 의사결정을 앞두고 운세를 알아보는 사람도 많다. 우리나라뿐만 아니라 토머스 J. 스탠리가 20년간 백만장자 733명을 분석하여 저술한 <부자들의 선택>을 보더라도, 백만장자의 12%가 자신들의 경제적 성공요인으로 '운'을 뽑았다. 하지만 현실적으로 지배적인 개념임에도 불구하고 그동안 행운에 대한 과학적 검증이 많지 않았다. 운에 대한 전통적인 관점은 운을 외부 요인으로 보고 무작위하고 통제 불가능하다고 보았기 때문이다. 통제가 불가능하기 때문에 미래를 예측 하는 데에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 간주하고 있었다. 행운은 운명처럼 정해져있는 것일까? 왜 운이 좋은 사람들은 자신에게 유리한 기회를 잘 인지하고 포착하는 것일까? 현실 속에 운이라는 개념이 존재한다면 이런 현상이 벌어지는 이유에 대해 과학적 탐구가 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 행운은 외부 환경에 의해서 무작위로 정해지는 것이 아니라 개인의 내적 속성으로 운을 통제 할 수 있다는 것으로 보았다. 행운에 대한 신념이 있는 사람은 우연한 사건에 대해 우연기술을 통하여 기회역량을 높일 수 있다는 것을 검증하고자 한다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 총 332명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 행운의 신념이 우연기술의 매개역할로 창업 기회 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 행운의 신념은 기회 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행운의 신념은 우연기술의 하위요인인 호기심, 인내성, 유연성, 낙관성, 위험감수 모두에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 우연기술의 하위요인 중 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수만이 기회역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 넷째, 우연기술의 하위요인인 인내성, 낙관성, 위험감수는 행운신념과 기회역량의 관계에서 매개효과가 있다고 판단할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 행운에 대한 높은 신념을 갖고 우연 기술을 더 개발한다면 창업 기회 역량을 더 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.
