This study firstly finds the factors for positive development of urban regeneration cases from the point of view of a public sector, and then analyzes the development potential of Urban Regeneration Projects in Gyeonggi-do through the methodology able to measure the development potential objectively. The process to analyze the development potential is as follows. First, after finding indices through literature review, indices with redundancy and similarity are drawn by the discussion with relative experts. Second, four clusters and twelve indices are drawn by the verification of experts. Finally, criticality analysis of indices are analyzed by ANP. According to the result to apply criticality analysis of indices to urban regeneration cases, factors related to residential environment and local economy influence development potential more than those related to infrastructures and land-use.

Categorization in a vital means for dealing with the multitudes of entities in the world surrounding people. Among others, the perceptual and the evaluative similarities factors strongly affect categorization. The conventional SD-type procedure are insufficient in this regard, since it requires an individual subject to make isolated judgments about each stimulus to identify categorization in terms of a group tendency. It disregards the individual categorization in which the similarities are of great importance. Thus in this study the phased emotional evaluation method is suggested based on the intuitive categorization of stimuli and on the similarity judgement of representative/ non-representative case in each category. To verify the effectiveness of the suggested evaluation method the scanned jewelry images are selected as test stimuli for emotional evaluation experiment. As a result of the evaluation experiment, the conventional SD-type procedure is complemented by the emotional evaluation method in phases of the task of intuitive categorization, the selection of the representative images and the setup of the evaluation score of the representative images to internally supplied anchors of evaluating non-representative images.

This study focuses on an M/M/1 queue with an attached continuous-type inventory. The customers arrive into the system according to the Poisson process, and are served in their arrival order; i.e., first-come-first-served. The service times are assumed to be independent and identically distributed exponential random variable. At a service completion epoch, the customer consumes a random amount of inventory. The inventory is controlled by the traditional (s, S)-inventory policy with a generally distributed lead time. A customer that arrives during a stock-out period assumed to be lost. For the number of customers and the inventory size, we derive a product-form stationary joint probability distribution and provide some numerical examples. Besides, an operational strategy for the inventory that minimizes the long-term cost will also be discussed.

Distributed wireless sensor network in various environment have characteristic that is surveillance of environment-element and offering usefully military information but there is shortcoming that have some secure risks. Therefore secure service must be required for this sensor network safety. More safe and effective techniques of node administration are required for safe communication between each node. This paper proposes effective cluster-header and clustering techniques in suitable administration techniques of group-key on sensor network. In this paper, first each node transmit residual electric power and authentication message to BS (Base-Station). BS reflects "Validity Authentication Rate" and residual electric power. And it selects node that is more than these regularity values by cluster header. After BS broadcasts information about cluster header in safety and it transmits making a list of information about cluster member node to cluster header. Also, Every rounds it reflects and accumulates "Validity Authentication Rate" of former round. Finally, BS can select more secure cluster header.

Recently, the need of researches and developments about WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) technologies, which can be applied to services that require continuous monitoring or services to specific areas where accesses are limited, has gradually increased due to their expansion of application areas and the improvement of the efficiency. Especially, in the defense field, researches on the latest IT technologies including sensor network areas are actively conducted as an alternative to avoid the risk factors that can be occurred when personnel are put in, such as boundary and surveillance reconnaissance and to utilize personnel efficiently. In this paper, we analyze the conditions for increasing the life span of sensing nodes that make up sensor network by applying clustering and location-based techniques and derived the factors for extending the life span of them. The derived factors include CH(Cluster Head) election scheme and optimal path selection from CH to BS(Base Station). We proposed final scheme using derived factors and verified it through simulation experiments.

This paper presents the path model that defines a causal relationship between the construction workers' personal characteristics and their safety behavior at job-site. The personal characteristics and the safety behaviors which should be incorporated into the theoretical model were identified and established by conducting literature survey.. The model was verified by administrating survey questionnaires to the 399 construction workers who are actively engaged in construction job-sites located in Daegu metropolitan city and Kyungpook province. The data obtained from the respondents were statistically analyzed using SPSS18 and AMOS18. It is confirmed that safety behavior is directly affected by sincerity, openness, and extroversions. In addition, it is indirectly affected by stress reaction, safety motivation, and safety knowledge as well.

한국 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임 (Korea Young Astronomers Meeting, 이하 본 모임)은 2011년 2월 13일부터 5박6일간 제주도에서 'The 4th East Asia Young Astronomers Meeting' (이하 EAYAM2011)을 개최하였다. EAYAM은 한국, 대만, 일본, 중국 등 동아시아 4개국의 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 교류와 연구 증진을 위하여 3년에 한 번씩 열리는 모임으로, 2003년 대만, 2006년 일본, 2008년 중국에 이어 4회째를 맞이하였다. EAYAM2011에는 한국 36명, 대만 19명, 일본 14, 중국 23명, 태국 1명 등 총 93명이 참여하여 구두발표 (71편) 및 포스터 발표(23편)를 진행하였다. 초청강연은 천문연구원의 김종수 박사, ISAS/JAXA의 Munetaka Ueno 교수 (일본), 상하이 천문대의 Cheng Li 교수 (중국), ASIAA의 Jeremy Kim 교수 (대만) 등 총 4편이 있었다. 참가자들은 발표 외에도 휴식시간을 이용하여 다양한 토의를 할 수 있었으며, 셋째 날 오후에는 다 함께 성산일출봉을 방문하여 제주도의 자연 경관을 둘러보며 친분을 쌓았다. 차기 EAYAM은 4개국의 순환개최 방식에 따라 2014년경 대만에서 개최하기로 결정되었다. 또한 2010년 8월 26일부터 2박3일간 일본에서 개최된 제 4회 JKYAM (Japan-Korea Young Astronomers Meeting)에 18명이 참가하였고, 차기 KJYAM (Korea-Japan Young Astronomers Meeting)은 한국에서 2012년 2월 21일부터 3박 4일 일정으로 개최하는 것을 목표로 준비하고 있다. 그리고 2011년 8월 5일-6일에는 '한국 젊은 천문우주과학자들의 모임 정기모임'을 개최하여, 회원들이 한 자리에 모여 1년간의 활동을 정리 하고 회칙 초안의 세부조항을 논의하는 기회를 마련하였으며, 본 모임의 차기 임원진을 선출하였다.

The quality of education is determined by the quality of teachers, and in particular the competence of principals is important for the desirable flow of schooling. The Principal employment system was adopted as one of the educational reforms introduced by the government. However, even though it has been 10 years since the enactment of PES, the perception of that has been low. To solve this, first, government should be more active in promoting publicity for the principal. Second, the elected principal should not be concentrated only in small areas, but should spread to urban areas. Finally, principals must increase the rate at which practitioners are able to contribute substantially to public subscriptions.

Investigation of carabid beetles as on ecological indicator species for wetland characterization and monitoring was conducted in three types of wetlands such as emergent wetland, forested wetland, and estuary, During the investigation period, twenty-eight species belonging to twenty-two genera and three families(Carabidae, Harpalidae, Brachinidae) were identified. The diversity of carabid beetles at riverine wetland such as Woopo (H'=1.18) and Hwapo-neup (H'=1.08) were higher than in the forested wetland (H'=1.03) and estuarine (H'=0.91). Species compositions in each wetland were significantly different(${\chi}^2=1716.8$, P<0.01). Riverine wetlands differed significantly from the forested wetland. Indicator species for the wetland chose with indicator species analysis were reacted sensitively on the parameter such as soil composition, moisture of soil, and environmental change. Thus, it was consequently suggested that these indicator species may be applied for wetland characterization and monitoring of the wetland ecosystem.

지난 2015년 4월, 젊은 천문학자 모임(Young Astronomers Meeting, YAM)은 봄 정기총회를 가졌고 2015-16 시즌을 위한 임원진으로 회장 현민희, 부회장 안성호, 총무 박진태가 선출되었다. 이 외에도 각 학교별 운영위원으로 경북대학교 신지혜, 경희대학교 윤형식, 서울대학교 정하은, 세종대학교 허정은, 연세대학교 홍승수, 충남대학교 유현주, 과학기술연합대학원대학교 이혜란 회원이 활동 중이다. 현 임원진은 이번 임기 내 목표로 지금까지의 YAM 역사를 정리하고, 이를 공유할 수 있는 홈페이지를 구축하고자 하였다. YAM 역사 정리 부분에서는, 1991년 서울대학교에서 개최된 한국천문학회에서의 YAM 창단 이후의 모든 활동과 역대 임원진에 대한 서류 자료를 정리하고 홈페이지에 게시하였다. YAM 홈페이지 구축 부분에서는 지난 2015년 8월, 한국천문학회에 YAM 홈페이지 구축을 위한 제안서를 제출, 2016년 초에 학회의 승인을 받아 한국천문학회 홈페이지 서버에 YAM 홈페이지를 개설하였다. 이와 더불어 2016년 2월에 개최된 "2016 YAM & We Love Galaxies 공동 워크샵"을 통해 국내 대학원생들을 위한 워크샵을 개최하고 추후 지속적으로 진행할 수 있도록 노력하였다. 이번 포스터 발표를 통해 2015-16 시즌 동안의 활동 결과 보고와 2016-17 시즌 활동 계획을 논의할 것이다.
