자율해운(Autonomous Shipping)은 자율운항선박(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships, MASS)의 태동과 함께 해양산업분야에서 창출되고 있는 해상운송의 새로운 개념이다. 자율해운은 MASS의 장점을 극대화하여 경제적 편익을 추구하기 위한 것이다. 한편, MASS는 기존 육상에 주로 구축된 항만시설을 이용한 해상운송 행위에 많은 제약이 따른다. 본 연구는 향후 전개될 것으로 예상되는 자율해운의 선점을 위한 것으로, 원격으로 제어되는 수준 2-3 사이의 MASS를 원격으로 제어하는 해상항만(Remote Controlled Sea Port)을 이용하여 경제적 편익을 극대화함과 동시에 안전하면서도 친환경적인 자율해운을 도모하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 해상 부유체를 이용한 원격제어 해상항만과 원격제어 MASS를 운영하기 위한 시설과 장비 및 운영과 관리 방법 등에 관한 기초 개념을 설계하기 위한 것이다. 글로벌 협력을 바탕으로 전개될 수 있는 자율해운을 정의하고, 자율해운에 현실적으로 적용 가능한 원격제어 해상항만의 구현 방법과 운영 방법을 논의하며, 이러한 원격제어 해상항만을 이용한 원격제어 자율운항선박의 제어 및 운용방법 등을 검토하였다. 본 연구는 세계적인 자율운항선박 관련 해양산업에서의 자율해운 시장의 선점에 기여할 것으로 고려된다.

To explore on the defense strategies against hervivory of five Viburnum species, morphological characteristics of the leaf, leaf domatia structure and the number, herbivores insects and mites on the leaves, collected from the trees growing in Wonju-si, Pyeungchang-gun, Taebaek-si, Taean-gun, Bonghwa-gun, Sancheung-gun and Jinju-si were investigated from May 2009 to October 2011. Domatia of V. carlesii reveals pocket type, these of V. burejaeticum, V. dilatatum and V. wrightii reveal tuft type, and that of V. odoratissimum var. awabuki reveals pouch type. Domatia number per leaf proves the highest figures, 24.0/leaf for V. burejaeticum, and the lowest, 4.9/leaf for V. carlesii. Leaf surface trichomes of four Viburnum species except for V. odoratissimum var. awabuki are mainly stellate and hispid on the leaf-blade and veins, and dense stellate trichomes on the upper leaf surface of V. carlesii, V. burejaeticum, and V. dilatatum are observed till late growing season. Extrafloral nectaries(EFN) on the terminal veins of five Viburnum species are observed. Pellucid dots on the lower leaf surface of V. dilatatum and V. wrightii might be a good defense strategies against herbivores. We observe many predatory mites eating nectar on large pellucid dots of V. dilatatum. Predatory mites number per leaf proved highly significant differences among tree species, and mean of mites number was highest values 8.1/leaf for V. burejaeticum, and the lowest 2.6/leaf for V. odoratissimum var. awabuki. These results indicate that temperate broadleave trees develop various defense strategies against herbivores for survival. The more studies on the defense strategies against herbivores of tree species might be needed for sustainable forest ecosystem.

About 60 percent of cosmetic products sold in the dominant Taobao internet shopping mall proved recently to be counterfeit products made in China. This paper is to investigate the anti-counterfeiting strategies to clean up fake goods for Korean cosmetics which have been exported to China. Using the scienter rule the paper classified the forgery action for Korean cosmetics into four broad groups - counterfeit, piracy, illegally distributed product, and brand prior register. This paper suggested interior company's anti-counterfeiting strategies for each group, focusing on the construction for an integrated anti-counterfeiting system including consumer's rationality through the government cooperation between Korea and China.

차세대 이동통신은 IMT-2000, UMTS, UPT 및 MBS 등이 대두되고 있으며, 이러한 시스템들은 전세계적으로 단일표준을 결정하여 하나의 단말기로 세계적인 고품질 서비스를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 ITU는 세계 단일표준을 지향하여 표준화활동을 추진하고 있지만, 이것은 각국의 이해관계가 결부되어 복잡하게 전개되면서 미국, 유럽연합 및 일본은 지역시장을 선점하기 위한 기술표준을 논의하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 고에서는 우선 ITM-2000의 개념을 검토해 보고, 미국, 유럽연합 및 일본 등의 IMT-2000 기술의 연구개발 현황을 분석하고, 이들 국가의 차세대 휴대전화 기술개발 전략을 비교 분석하였다.

정보 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 시ㆍ공간을 초월한 국제 개방화 시대로 접어들면서 각 기업과 국가에서는 국제적인 경쟁력 우위를 선점하고자 CALS를 도입하여 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 CALS 추진에 있어 다양한 문제들이 발생되고 있고 특히, 정보보호 문제는 CALS 추진의 지연 원인이 되고 있으며 안전한 CALS 구축을 위하여 CALS 정보보호에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CALS 정보보호 위협 요소를 비롯한 정보보호 서비스와 메커니즘을 분석하고 안전한 CALS를 구축하기 위한 정보보호 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper presents the results of an elastic buckling analysis of isosceles trapezoidal orthotropic plate. In this study, all edges of plate are assumed to be simply supported and the difference of the applied loads are assumed to be taken out by shear of constant intensity along the sloping sides. For the buckling analysis, collocation method is employed. Finite element analysis is also conducted and the results are compared with theoretical ones.

본 인구에서는 5개의 국내 SW기업들의 사례를 활용하여 해외진출 노력을 분석한다. 국제신생벤처 이론 ((INU theory; International New Venture theory) 관점에서 중국시장 진출에서 발생하는 독특한 해외 진출 장애구간 즉 캐즘 (chasm)의 극복 방식과 기업의 성과와의 관계를 살펴본다. 특히 시장선점 (MS) 전락과 고객동반 진출 (CF) 전략에 따른 핵심역량과 지식 및 네트워크 구축 빙식의 차이와 외진출성과 차이와의 관계를 도출한다. 사례분석 결과 캐즘을 극복할 기업들은 진출 후 자식의 획득, 네트워크의 구축 면에서 정보를 내재화 (internationalization)하는 방식을 가지고 있음을 밝혔다.
