  • A vertical curve should be installed in straight section. In case, it be installed on horizontal curved section, safety factor go down. In this study, it is calculated that the deficiency of cant about vertical curve radius on horizontal curved section. The result of this study will be used on planning the tack layout of railroad and design the track construction.

  • Due to many advantages such as light weight, fast installation, high durability, composite bridge deck is considered to be one of the promissing alternatives to concrete bridge deck. The paper presents procedures of finite element analysis and laminate design for composite bridge deck of triangular shape for DB24 load. After design of the section glass reinforced composite deck tube of double triangular section with 200mm profile was fabricated with pultrusion and the procedure are presented.

  • The analysis procedure for open-circuited interdigital multiple coupled microstrip-line structures for applications as wideband DC blocks are presented. The exact frequency responses for the transmission coefficient computed by utilizing the quasi-TEM parameters of coupled microstrip lines are shown.

  • For manufacturing a high sorptive ACF, we used orthognal array experimental design to get optimum condition. The ability of ACF was measured by $CCl_4$ adsorption and showed those manufacturing conditions were effective in the order of treatment time>oxidative gas>treatment temperature. The optimal condition presented the maximum adsorption rate was at 90$0^{\circ}C$ for 6 minutes with $CO_2$/$H_2O$ gas in the PAN based ACF manufacturing process. The adsorption rate of developed ACF in this experiment was over 100%.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the harmonics generated from Korea High Speed Rail's trainset and to analyze the effect on the KEPCO power system. This study focuses on the test track of the high speed rail and analyzes 154㎸ transmission line, scott transformer, autotransformer and 27,5㎸ line. The trainset is modeled as a harmonic source attached to the catenary line of the test track. Then, harmonic distortion is calculated. This distortion is compared with the KEPCO's regulations in relation to harmonic.

  • 2019년 2월 러시아 선적의 씨그랜드호가 부산 용호부두에 입항하여 출항하는 과정에서 부산항관제센터에 입출항 신고를 하지 않고 요트와 광안대교와 충돌한 후 사고보고도 하지 않았다. 총톤수 500톤 이상의 선박은 도선사를 승선시켜야 하나 부두앞 공간이 좁은 용호부두이지만 부산항도선구에서 제외되어 있어 도선사도 승선하지 않았다. 현재 VTS에 의한 모니터링 수준의 관제와 출입항법 위반선박에 대한 벌금규정만으로는 사고재발 방지대책으로 부족하므로 해양안전감시시스템을 구축할 필요가 있다.
