선교에는 항해사에게 정보를 전달하기 위하여 다양한 신호가 존재한다. 항해 및 통신 장비로부터 나오는 음향 신호 등 다양한 청각 신호들이 존재하지만 이러한 청각 신호, 청각 경고음에 대한 인간의 인지능력에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 청각 경고음은 크게 음성(speech), 함축적 소리(abstract sound), 청각 아이콘(auditory icon)으로 구분 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 청각 경고음 중 청각아이콘을 활용하여 5가지의 경보상황(엔진, 화재, 조타, 전기, 충돌)에서 청각아이콘에 대한 감성평가를 통해 각 상황에 적합한 청각아이콘을 선별하였다. 본 연구 결과는 선교 내 청각표시장치와 통합선교알람관리시스템을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In 2010 the Manila Amendments established the highest practicable standards for officers and engineers. This amendments includes knowledge, understanding, skills, and proficiency required for a deck officer in terms of the BRM (Bridge Resource Management) to reduce human errors, stated in the International Convention on Standards of Training, Cerification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW). This paper proposes a proper direction to improve BRM education program in Korea. In relation to the BRM program, its contents and education method were analyzed through the satisfactions survey for cadets and the experienced officers. As a consequence, this research gives several suggestions to improve the current BRM course.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for developing the Korean language textbooks for the purpose of mission. For this, three kinds of Korean language textbooks published were analyzed and evaluated. Based on the results of the analysis, this study showed to which direction the Korean language textbooks for mission should be developed. They were as follows. Frist, the balance of everyday language and bible language is important. Second, the differentiated textbooks should be published according to the different patterns of learners. Third, professionals in Korean language education and in Christian education should cooperate in the textbook development. Fourth, the professionalism for textbook development should be enhanced. Fifth, textbook development should be closely connected with teacher education.

해상 물동량의 증가에 따라 선박들이 점차 대형화 되어 가고 있고 선박의 수 또한 지속적으로 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 현상은 곧 해양사고의 증가로 이어지고 있는데 이 중 인적과실에 의한 해양사고가 대부분의 원인으로 밝혀져 있다. 인적과실 중 항해나 당직근무 중 졸음에 의한 사고가 빈번한데 이를 방지하기 위하여 IMO(international maritime organization, 국제해사기구)에서는 선교 항해당직 경보시스템의 의무탑재를 시행하고 있다. 하지만 현행의 선교 항해당직 경보시스템은 재설정 방식에 따른 불편함 때문에 항해사들의 불만이 제기되고 있어 이에 대한 해소책으로 IMO에서는 모션센서를 선교 항해당직 경보시스템에 도입할 것을 권고하고 있다. 그러나 이 모션센서의 탐지기술이나 동작원리는 처음 육상용 화재경보시스템 혹은 보안시스템용으로 개발 및 제작되어진 것이므로 이를 특수한 조건인 선박의 항해당직에 적용할 때 야기될 수 있는 문제점이나 고려사항등을 검토해 볼 필요가 있다. 이 논문에서는 이 모션센서의 선교에서의 이상적인 구성, 필요한 기능, 적확한 작동여부, 모션센서와 압력센서나 음성인식센서와 같은 다른 수단과의 병용 등을 고려하여 모션센서의 최적기능 확보를 위한 성능기준을 제시하고자 한다.

Human error is an important cause of maritime accidents and the identification of human error is fundamental to maritime-accident preventions. In particular, the pattern of technical behavior taken in the circumstance of bridge teams(navigator & helmsman) provides important information to identify human error. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze technical behavior pattern of bridge teams using Williamson's turn for rescue of persons overboard. The focus of this study is to build and analyze a cognitive model of the human behavior factors of the bridge teams in the process of implementing the experiments. The experimental environment was constructed using a ship-handling simulator and conducted an experiment on participants from 24 bridge teams. As a result of the experiment, it was able to identify the behavior pattern of the ship's maneuvering and maintain trajectory using the rudder and engine. This study is expected to correct human error in the bridge teams application to the certification and training of seafarers.

최근 선박 및 해상 물류 자동화는 물류증대와 복잡한 선박의 운용에 비하여 근무조건이 상대적으로 열악한 형편이다. 때문에 과도한 선원의 업무량으로 인하여 IMO(International Maritime Organization, 국제해사기구)에서는 선박이 운항함에 있어 해상에서 발생 할 수 있는 모든 사고(인명, 해상오염, 선박의 손실)를 미연에 예방할 수 있는 최소한의 장비로 선교항해 당지경보시스템 (BNWAS)을 모든 여객선과 국제항을 운항하는 150GT 이상의 모든 선박에 탑재하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문은 선교항해 당지경보시스템의 Alarm 상태를 원격에서 관리할 수 있는 서버 관리 프로그램을 개발하여 적절한 조치를 할 수 있는 지능형 선교항해 당지경보시스템을 제시하고자 한다.

This study was to summarize in Nursing perspective nursing missionary activities of Elizabeth J. Shepping, R, N(1880~1934), a Southern Presbyterian nursing missionary and explore Korean women's lives and Korean nursing history during the Japanese Colonial Period. Shepping committed herself to nursing activities, providing care to the lepers and patients mainly in Gwangju Jejung Hospital, Gunsan Guam Jesus Hospital, and Severnce Hospital, as well as engaging in nursing activities for disease prevention in local communities. She put much effort in educating women and nurses to help recover women's human rights, simultaneously spreading gospel for salvation. She founded the Chosun Nursing Association to help Korean community oppressed under Japanese colonial. Shepping's life based on her motto,"Not success, but service,"was holistic nursing missionary work.

The paper describes measurement techniques for an acoustic transfer characteristic of ship's bridge stimulated by a whistle sound The response sounds, according to the opening-shutting conditions of bridge doors for Training Ship ‘SAENURI’, are measured by B＆K 2260D equipment, and then the frequency responses are extracted by B＆K 7830 software. To evaluate the measured transfer characteristic, the 128th order FIR (Finite Impulse Response) filters, containing the different frequency characteristics, are constructed based on the frequency sampling-based design method Using evaluation indexes with six scales, psychological assessments by five subjects are carried out with test sounds which are obtained from convolving the source signal with FIR filters. As results of tests, the test sounds gives $A_S$ 3.3∼4.7 which means the psychological sense of ‘it is almost similar sound as original ones in a real world’, and thus it is clearly seen that the proposed method can be used for the measurement of an acoustic transfer characteristic of ship’s bridge.

The purpose of this study was to show how to utilize social enterprise in the Christian aspect, especially from the view of the missional church, and to show how to help the community develop. Social enterprises appeared when the government and non-governmental organizations felt limitation in dealing with social issues such as rapid urbanization, unemployment, and economic polarization that occurred due to high industrialization. Because social enterprises differ from countries and there are various kinds of social enterprises even in each country, there is no common international definition; it is not easy to define it with one word. However, several common values could be found through this study. As social enterprises developed in the world, the missional church was introduced to a Christian world around the same time. Through analysis of social enterprises and the missional church, A researcher found five common elements between them: time of first appearance, background of appearance, business value, focus of activities, and base elements. In addition, I discussed applicable suggestions that the missional church cooperated with social enterprises to make a healthier community.
