  • In this paper, the Two-Double 1-2phase exciting driver circuit, in order to improving the starting characteristics of Linear Stepping Motor(LSM), is designed. And the static thrust forces of LSM is measured through the chopper constant current method according to the 2 phase, the Double 1-2phase, and the Two-Double 1-2phase exciting method.

  • The SRP program(stress reduction program) is reported has a good effect to patient to escape from anxiety. To reduce several symptoms due to anxiety, we performed some SRP programs to our patient who had suffered anxiety disorder. The measurement tools of patient's improvement we used are Heart Rate Variability and State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. Through this programs, symptoms and feeling of anxiety were decreased than first time and Autonomic nerve system balance was much improved. this is caused by effort of self-control meditation, mindfullness, breathing instruction and muscle relaxation program.

  • A new low cost single stage high power factor electronic ballast for fluorescent lamps is presented in this paper. The proposed topology is based on integration of two-boost converter and LC type high frequency resonant converter. A ballast is obtained by simple construction, because full bridge rectifier diode is eliminated and simple control circuits is applied. Using two boost converter operating positive and negative half cycle respectively at line frequency (60Hz), operating in discontinuous conduction mode performs high power factor. The simulated and experimental results for 64W fluorescent lamps operating at 45kHz switching frequency and 110V line voltage have been obtained.

  • Recently, the interest and the importance of the signal monitoring and recording during sleep is increasing. Conventional paper based recording systems are being replaced by digital type and polysomnographic system. We developed special digital signal processor system for the polysomnographic recording. This system consists of digital signal processing part and PC interface part for user's convenience. This system includes two digital filters, one fur low pass filtering of high frequency noise and the other for notch filtering of 60Hz AC noise. This system can be used for the efficient and convenient measurement of polysomnographic signals and also can be developed for the portable use.

  • A Lineal Stepping Motor (LSM) can operate in an open loop control mode similarly to a rotary stepping motor. However, the LSM has a large transient vibration, and it sometimes causes the miss-step. In this paper, a new vibration suppression method using an energy stored in winding inductance and induced voltage of the LPM is proposed.

  • Application of Linear DC Motor is spreading fast in OA and FA systems due to simplicity in structure, high-speed operation and high-precision positioning. In this paper we have measured and monitored some characteristics of Linear DC Motor. We used LabVIEW software to construct Linear DC Motor Monitoring system.
