Recently, the valuation of patented technology has been greatly emphasized, and patent citation has been accepted as a very useful index of this technology. In this study, we performed correlation analyses between the patent citation counts and 17 explanatory variables of morphological, technological, and conceptual factors with a test dataset of U.S. patents in five subject fields. Seven variables having 5% or more standardized variances($r^2$) with patent citation counts were identified; number of pages, number of claims, reference-average-citation rate, patent increase/decrease rate, strength of bibliographic coupling, co-citation counts and document similarity. The result of the ANOVA test shows that the mean values of these variables vary among most subject fields.

In this study, we use the data collected from Twitter, as an SNS(Social Networking Service), for service innovation. This data was collected and processed by Flume. The data set in May 2016 was 4,766 and 15,543 from company S and company X, respectively. We were able to figure out the emotional atmosphere of the two companies through the sentiment analysis(SA) and to find out about the vertical relationship through the bibliometric analysis(BA). Furthermore, we were able to grasp the horizontal relationship through the social network analysis(SNA). It was concluded that SNS was worth while to derive an innovative item.

습지 생태계는 복잡한 물리적 생지화학적 프로세스의 상호작용이 있으나, 습지 생태계의 건강성 회복을 위한 첫 번째 단계는 습지 생태계에서의 물순환에 대한 정확한 이해일 것이다. 또한 지역적인 물 균형 및 생태계 보전에서 습지를 활용하기 위해서도 습지 물순환에 대한 정량적인 이해는 필수적이다. 그러나, 습지 물순환의 이해를 위해 필수적인 관측 자료들은 현장 측정으로 획득하기 어려운 자료이거나 비용적인 문제로 인하여 관측이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Sentinel-2 위성 자료를 활용하여 습지의 유입량을 추정하기 위한 절차를 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한반도 동남부의 낙동강에 위치한 주요 다목적댐의 자료를 활용한 분류 기반의 인공지능 모델이 설계된다. 인공지능의 학습을 위한 입력자료는 아래와 같은 절차에 의해 만들어진다. 1) 다목적댐의 수위-물 체적 관계를 이용하여 수위-수표면적 관계 곡선 도출. 2) 수위-수표면적 관계 곡선과 DEM을 활용하여 물과 육지 영역을 구분하는 식별자를 도출. 3) Sentinel-2 위성 정보와 물-육지 식별자를 비교하는 랜덤 포레스트 모델을 설계. 4) 위성 정보의 물-육지 정보로부터 미계측 습지 지역의 물과 육지를 식별할 수 있는 식별자 도출. 이러한 과정을 경유하여 추정된 습지의 수표면적과 습지 지역의 DEM을 결합함으로써 습지의 수위-수표면적-물 체적 관계 곡선이 산정되어, 최종적으로 습지의 유입량이 모의된다. 모의된 습지 유입량은 다양한 수문 모델의 매개변수를 추정하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 검증된 수문 모델을 활용하여 습지의 물순환의 이해도를 증진시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purposes of this article are to explore the current situation and problems of user education in Korean libraries, and to seek some feasible solutions to establish user education as a library service. To the end, the main focus of discussion is on identifying both current situation and special features in user education of Korean libraries, as compared to those of the U.S. libraries. Also followed is a comparative discussion on the formal education systems to educate instruction librarians and the activities of professional associations to train instruction librarians between Korea and the U.S. The final suggestion is given regarding the obligations that Korean LIS scholars, professional library associations, and individual librarians should fulfill to establish user education as a healthy library service, which is suitable for Korean library situations.

This study intends to make a comprehensive inquiry about the present state of digital resources in Korean libraries Emphasis was on analyzing types and characteristics Of digital resources Which libraries have collected, and on surveying how both reasonable and systematic access to theses resources is provided To the end, this study examined 108 university libraries' retrieval mechanism and bibliographic records of digital resources. The result of this study is expected to be utilized in preparing the strategies to overcome the problems and limitations in organizing practices of digital resources.

Statement of responsibility in bibliographical records plays a key role in clarifying intellectual responsibility of the work, and it also plays a role in making up access points. However, cataloging rules for the statement of responsibility mostly deal with the distinction between the principal role and minor roles. This becomes a problem because the responsibility type itself is more important than the order of the types. For this reason, in this paper I will explore improvements of the description methods of statement of responsibility by organizing the role indicators. Namely, using the role indicators more effectively than the current description methods do, we can collocate the dispersed statements of responsibilities. The role indicators can also be used for an author facet in information retrieval and can provide additional information for authority control.

홍수 예·경보 시에는 시간-단위 또는 그 이하의 시간 척도에서 작용하는 강우에 대한 고도의 영향이 중요하게 되며, 특히 상대적으로 더 드문 관측 밀도가 있는 산악지역에서 강우의 공간분포에 대한 산악 효과의 중요도가 더 높아지게 된다. 일반적으로 1시간 시간스케일에서 강우-고도의 관계를 살펴보기 위해서는 대략 5km 내외의 관측 밀도를 가져야 하는 것으로 알려져 있으나 이러한 지역은 매우 드물다. 최근 기상 예측 수치모델로부터 모의된 강우량의 품질이 눈에 띄게 향상됨에 따라 국내에도 다양한 연구가 수행된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 WRF를 이용하여 남강댐 지역의 과거 호우 사상을 재현한 후, 이로부터 생산된 공간적인 강우장을 이용하여 시간-단위의 시간 척도에서 강우량과 고도 사이의 관계를 고려할 수 있는 WREPN(WRF Rainfall-Elevation Parameterized Nowcasting) 모형을 제안한다. 홍수량 분석을 위해 WREPN 모형을 이용하였으며, 비교군으로 실무적으로 많이 사용되는 IDW, Kriging 기반 격자강우가 사용되었다. 격자기반 분포형 강우자료로부터 홍수량을 분석하기 위해 Mod-Clark 모형이 적용되었으며, 입력된 강우자료별매개변수의 불확실성을 분석하기 위해 베이지안 기법이 적용되었다. 매개변수의 불확실성 분석으로부터 강우-고도 관계가 고려된 WREPN 모형의 강우자료가 상대적으로 불확실성이 낮다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

발성율은 일정한 시간동안 발성되는 음성신호 내에 몇 개의 음절이 포함되어 있는 지를 나타낸다. 발성율은 화자마다 다르고 각 음소들의 특징에 따라 변화할 수 있다. 발성율의 사전 측정이 이루어 진다면 음성부호화 측면에서도 중용한 정보로 사용될 수 있다. 기존의 음성부호화기는 발성율에 관계없이 고정적인 분석 구간을 정하여 전송률을 결정하고 있다. 따라서, 발성율을 미리 측정한다면, 발성율이 느린 부분과 빠른 부분에 각기 다른 부호화 방법을 적용하여 음질을 향상할 수도 있고 전송률을 가변적으로 적용할 수 도 있게 된다. 정확한 발성율을 측정하기 위해서는 음절의 변화를 추정하여야 한다. 음절의 변화를 추정하기 위한 방법으로 음성신호의 에너지 포락선 측정법과 LSP를 이용한 측정법이 각각 제안된 바 있으나, 본 논문에서는 위 두 가지 방법을 혼합한 방법을 사용하였다. 에너지 변동은 음성신호의 시간영역 처리방법으로 LSP 파라미터는 음성신호의 선형예측 분석에 의해 구해질 수 있다.

본 연구는 정보학 분야의 저명한 연구자 T.D.Wilson의 연구주제 분야를 네트워크 분석을 이용하여 해석해보고, 그의 연구는 물론 정보학 분야의 연구주제에 관한 이해를 도모하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 그의 저작을 대상으로 서지결합분석 방법을 이용한 군집 분석을 실시하여 연구주제를 나누어 보고 대표적인 연구주제와 논문, 그리고 인용빈도와의 관계를 규명하였다. 패스파인더 네트워크와 노드엑셀을 이용한 분석 결과, 대표적인 연구주제는 정보행위연구이고 논문으로는 "Human information behavior(2000)"로 나타났다. 더불어 '정보요구'라는 핵심 연구주제 아래 정보탐색, 정보관리, 정보이용, 웹정보에 이르는 정보학 분야의 다양한 연구가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다.

As the complexity of social problems and interdependency increased significantly, research on social entrepreneurship(SEship) increased rapidly. In this study, systematic approaches(bibliometrics analysis, citation network analysis, and keyword network analysis) were performed to identify research trends in business administration. To this end, keywords of 883 SEship papers published in prominent journals in the SCOPUS database were collected to investigate the existing research flow. The results of this study can be helpful for grasping the perspective of scholars in the business administration on SEship research and determining research topics through understanding related concepts.
