Malfunction by electrical surges is a serious problem on earth leakage current breakers(ELBs) used in a low voltage AC power system. In this paper, we tested ELBs according to IEC 61009-1 and KS C 4613 to analyze surge influence on ELB's malfunction. The test by application of surge voltage is specified both standards, but the test by application of surge current is specified only in IEC 61009-1. The experimental results showed that the ELBs used in this test are robust to surge voltage application, but the malfunction occurred to surge current application. Surge current is more frequent than surge voltage in actual situation. Therefore, ELBs should be tested by the surge current, and the domestic standard, KS C 4613, should includes a test procedure by the surge current application.

Bibliographic Network has been a goal about not only to support resource sharing within libraries but also to pursue economic efficiency of cataloging. But nowadays, as resources in diverse media and format have been poured out, printed resources based union catalog should change to new resources finding system which include diverse type of resources. This study analyzes changing factors of bibliographic network and strategies for LC, NII, OCLC, NLA who try to turn over a new service. Finally basis on these findings, suggest task for Korean new generation bibliographic network service which is focused on introducing new collaborating model and developing new resource finding system.

접지에 유입된 서지에 의해 각종 통신용 선로나 기기에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이를 측정하기 위한 시험을 수행하였다. 통신용 케이블 접지에 서지 전류(8/20 us) 또는 링웨이브전류 ($0.5{\mu}s/100kHz$)가 흐를 때 발생되는 유기 전압을 측정하였다. 시험방법은 BNC 케이블의 접지에 서지 전류을 인가하였을 때 BNC 도선과 접지사이의 전압을 오실로스코프를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 시험 결과 서지 전류에 따라 유기 전압은 선형적으로 비례하여 증가되었다. 이를 통해 각종 통신용 보호소자 및 기기에 절연 설계에 참고 자료로 사용할 수 있다.

연구개발에 종사하는 연구자나 연구기획자들은 미래에 어떤 기술 또는 연구 분야가 각광을 받을지 파악하기 위해 정보를 수집하거나 분석한다. 그러나 방대한 정보 중에서도 정말 필요한 정보를 단시간내에 효과적으로 수집하기는 쉽지 않다. 기술기획이나 연구기획의 경우 현재의 연구동향이나 현황을 빠른 시간안에 정확히 파악하는 것이 주된 관심사이며, 이것을 지원해 줄 수 있는 연구방법론 중 하나가 계량서지학이다. 본 연구는 계량서지적 분석결과를 효과적으로 이해할 수 있도록 시각화 기법을 이용한 정보분석 방법론을 다룬다. 발표동향 분석, 공동연구네트워크분석, 수준지수분석, 특허인용네트워크를 통한 인용트리분석 등을 이용하여 전자종이(e-Paper)기술분야에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 정보분석에 있어 비전문가라도 신속하게 정보분석 결과를 획득할 수 있도록 KISTI에서 개발한 정보분석시스템인 KnowledgeMatrix S/W와 이를 응용한 S/W를 활용한 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 사용한 방법론들은 실제로 연구사업에 활용하고 있거나 활용가능성이 매우 높은 방법론을 이용하였기 때문에 향후에도 널리 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단한다.

계량서지적 분석을 활용한 정보자료실의 새로운 역할과 기능 확대 가능성을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 국제백신연구소를 대상으로 641건의 연구논문에서 추출한 디스크립터 중 10회 이상의 빈도를 갖는 110건의 키워드를 대상으로 co-word 분석을 수행하고 디스크립터 전략 다이어그램을 도출하였다. 분석결과 연구조직과 일치하는 연구영역 지도를 도출할 수 있었고, 고성장 추세인 분야와 감소 추세인 분야를 확인할 수 있었다.

딥러닝 연구동향에 대한 계량서지적 분석을 자아 중심 주제 인용분석 기법을 활용하여 시도하였다. 이를 위해서 Web of Science에서 'deep learning'으로 검색된 인용빈도 상위 15건의 논문을 핵심 논문으로 삼고, 이들 핵심 논문 15편을 인용한 논문 집합을 자아 문헌집합으로 삼았으며, 자아 문헌집합들이 인용한 주요 문헌들을 인용 정체성 문헌집합으로 설정하였다. 인용 정체성 문헌집합에 대해 동시인용분석을 실시하여 주요 문헌, 주요 연구 주제를 파악하고, 영향을 끼친 주요 선행 연구를 파악해보았다.

과학기술은 기술영역간의 관계를 통해 고유한 연구영역을 그리며 발달하며, 이는 학제의 다양성을 바탕으로 기존 기술들이 독특한 결합과정의 형성을 의미한다. 기술의 결합과정은 지식의 결합과정 관점으로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 에너지산업과 다른 특성을 갖는 신 재생에너지의 기술발전경로를 '지식흐름'의 관점에서 탐색하여 신 재생에너지 연구의 학제 구조 및 다양성을 살펴보고자 한다. 계량서지학적 분석은 데이터 수집의 간편성 및 초기 연구결과물 분석에 적용할 수 있다는 장점에 의해 여러 분야에서 폭넓게 응용되어 왔다. 특히, A.L Porter(1984)에 의해 'citation'을 이용한 학제간관계 측정에 적용하여 계량서지학적 방법을 바탕으로 지식흐름을 관찰하는데 선구적인 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 Tijsen(1992)은 동시분류분석방법을 적용하여 네덜란드 에너지 연구분야의 학제구조를 분석하였고, Kajikawa(2007)은 에너지분야의 신기술인 태양전지와 연료전지에 한정하여 인용네트워크 분석을 수행하여 연구발전의 경향을 알아보았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 계량 서지학적 방법의 하나인 co-classification 방법론을 적용하여 태양광 분야 중 태양전지에 초점을 맞추어 학제 간 다양성 분석 연구를 수행 하였다. 태양광은 신 재생에너지 중 전후방연관 파급효과가 가장 큰 분야이며, 반도체 기반기술을 바탕으로 그 기술을 전개할 수 있기에 국내 산업과의 연관도가 높은 산업이다. 태양전지의 연구 동향 파악 및 고유의 연구영역을 도출을 분석하기 위한 기본 자료는 ISI의 'Web of Science'를 기반하여 수집하였다. 또한 태양광 연구의 연구구조 파악을 위하여 계량서지학분석의 하나인 'co-classification' 방법론을 추가적으로 적용하여 학제간의 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 1979-2009년까지의 태양전지 연구 논문 2,602개를 바탕으로 동시에 2개 이상의 SC를 포함한 논문은 총 논문의 51.8%이며, 출현한 SC는 65개로 분석되었다. 이 중 2개 이상의 SC가 동시에 출연한 횟수는 증가하는 경향을 가짐을 알 수 있었다. 이는 과학기술의 발전이 기술의 결합과정 또는 지식의 결합과정 관점으로 이해할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

As an attempt to grasp the current situation of traditional Korean books scattered about in the world, this study has bibliographically analyzed first of all traditional Korean books as well as old Korean maps and atlases, and topography descriptions collected by L. C.. Traditional Korean books have been analyzed classified by subject, printing or manuscript, and the kind of edition. Historical development in the compilation of geographical materials during the Chosun Dynasty has been studied. Especially on old Korean maps and atlases bibliographical characteristics have been researched. Accordingly. the foundation has been laid not only for the study on the bibliographical characteristics and the current situation of traditional Korean books and old Korean maps and atlases but also for the comparative analysis on traditional Korean books in Korea with the ones collected by L.C.

This study attempts to compare the National Library of Korea (NLK)'s cataloging in publication(CIP) records with their permanent records in the National Library of Korea(NLK)'s online public access catalogue(OPAC) database. This study compares the description of records in the NLK CIP versus NLK OPAC in terms of similarities and differences in the bibliographic elements for each record. The study selected the NLK's CIP records from November to December 2008, allowing to publish the registered CIP titles and also the NLK to make the records avaliable in their OPAC database. The finding indicate that libraries that use NLK's CIP records in their copy cataloging activity should not rely 100 per cent on the records. Verifications and modifications need to be carried out to ensure accuracy and quality of their catalogue records.

This paper reports the results of the analysis on the access points of two bibliographic databases specialized in children's materials: "A" public library's online catalog and "N" children's novel database. The analysis particularly focused on the access points that lead users to discover their own needs and on the ways users search and navigate. The findings showed that the selected bibliographic systems supported many access points that were taken from the materials as well as from other relevant information sources and that browsing and navigating with hyperlinks supported the users' 'recognition' of information through 'interactivity' between the users and the systems, 'information encountering,' and 'serendipity.' The findings of this paper have implications for librarians and systems designers who want to develop user-friendly bibliographic systems that give access to children's materials.
