선박의 안전운항을 위해 해양기상 및 수로환경정보는 필수정보로서 현재 Weather Fax나 수로서지를 통해 정보를 활용하고 있다. e-Navigation 전략이행계획에는 해사서비스목록(MSP)을 정의 하였으며, 해양기상 및 수로환경정보를 전자 데이터로 서비스 하기 위해 서비스 개념과 기술 사양을 개발 중이다. 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스 개발 연구에서는 기상청과 국립해양조사원에서 생산하는 데이터를 이용하고 S-100 기반의 국제표준에 따른 데이터 서비스 기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국형 e-Navigation 서비스 아키텍처와 개발 기술을 기반으로 해양기상 및 수로환경정보 서비스 운영 개념을 설계 하였다.

In this study. a technical report management system using optical technology is described in detail. This management system is designed for both bibliographic (character) and full-text (image) information. Several optical filing systems already on the Korean market are scrutinized and compared with standard functions in order to build a more efficient management system for technical reports which can be easily integrated into existing KRISS library automation system. For that purpose, up-to-date technologies (i.e., digital image PI-ocessing (DIP), MARC standards, and optical character recognition (OCR), etc.) are applied to this system.

웹상에서 제공되는 영상정보 자원의 양이 급증하고 이용자들의 문화적인 수요가 높아진 것에 비해 영상정보를 포괄적으로 기술할 수 있는 체계적인 서지기술은 부족한 실정이다. 기존의 영상정보 기술 메타데이터 요소로는 이용자가 탐색하고자 하는 정보자원을 적절하게 검색하거나 혹은 검색된 자원 중에서 서로 연관성이 있는 정보를 그룹화하여 보여주는 것이 불가능하다[1]. 따라서 영상정보 자원이 지니는 다양한 수준과 다양한 측면의 특성을 표현해 내기 위해 국내에서 제안된 영상정보 분야의 새로운 메타데이터 표준이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 영상정보 분야의 메타데이터를 기반으로 하는 영화 Context 검색 엔진을 개발하였고, 이에 따라 추후에 적절한 정보자원의 검색과 연관성 있는 정보의 그룹화로의 확장을 가능하게 할 것이다.

최근 자동차는 자율주행차 혹은 스마트카로 진화하며 다양한 외부 통신 인터페이스를 포함하고 있습니다. 각 기능 통제를 위해 차량 소프트웨어의 복잡성과 자동차 기술 발전에 따라 통신 인터페이스의 증가로 인하여 자동차에 대한 사이버 공격 가능성 및 위험성이 꾸준히 증가하고 있습니다. 특히, 커넥티드카의 안전을 위한 V2X(Vehicle to Everything)통신이 보안 취약점을 가질 경우, 이는 탑승자의 생명에 직접적인 위협을 초래할 수 있습니다. 그러나, 지능형 교통 시스템에서는 익명성을 위해 일정 시간이 지나면 차량의 식별정보를 변경해 공격자를 찾는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지능형 교통 시스템 내에서 이상행위를 유발하는 차량을 탐지하기 위해 V2X에 활용되는 표준 메시지 정보를 통해 식별하여 추적하는 기술을 제안하고자 한다.

This study discussed the problems of internet search engines or metadata and the necessity to catalog the digital information resources including information resources on the networks in libraries. The internet search engines or metadata make digital information resources indexed or organized immediately. But traditional library bibliographic tools like catalog should be described accurately and fully, and standardized in addition to the rapidity. Therefore from the library standpoint, digital information resources should be cataloged fully too. Cataloging cost of the increasing digital information resources can be reduced by cooperating and sharing the works among the libraries.

웹 정보 자원은 서지 자료와는 달리 인터넷상에 널리 분산되어 있으며, 그 특성상 계속하여 동적으로 변화하기 때문에, 전통적인 메타데이터의 주제 접근방식으로 접근하기는 어렵다. 또한, 인터넷상의 웹 정보 자원에 폭발적 증가는 더 이상 메타데이터 전문가가 아닌, 저작물의 생산자가 직접 메타데이터를 만들어내는 생산자로서의 역할까지 수행하도록 요구한다. 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 메타데이터는 인터넷 전자상거래에서처럼 보다 복잡하고 다양한 용도로 그 사용범위가 확대되어짐에 따라, 디지털 콘텐츠를 위한 새로운 메타데이터 표준안은 기존 메타데이터들의 역할인 대상에 대한 세부적인 유형과 특징을 기술한 형식적 정보(syntactic information)전달기능을 제공함과 동시에, 어떠한 사건이 발생한 상황을 정확히 기술할 수 있는 의미적 정보(semantic information) 전달기능의 역할을 수행해야 한다.

과학기술 논문의 수준을 평가하고, 국내 학술지 및 기관간의 연구능력 비교 분석의 척도로 사용하기 위한 KSCI(Korean Science Citation Index : 한국과학기술인용색인) 구축 및 활성화를 위하여 XML을 기반으로 하는 모델을 설계하였다. KSCI 데이터베이스는 인용만 논문과 인용된 논문들 사이의 관계를 정의하고 논문을 작성한 저자들에 대한 인력DB의 구축과 연계를 통하여 구성되어진다. 이러한 과정에서 발생되어지는 표준화 과정과 데이터베이스간의 연계를 효율적으로 주진하고 효율적인 KSCI 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 XML 표준을 설계하였다. 첫째, 데이터베이스틀의 연계를 위한 모델을 설계, 둘째, 인용된 논문과 인용한 논문에서의 서지정보. 저널정보, 참고문헌정보에 대한 XML DTD를 정의 셋째, 저자와 공저자들에 대한 인력DB 구축을 위한 XML DTD를 정의하였다. 본 논문은 KSCI데이터베이스 구축을 통해서 데이터에 대한 상호 교환, 공동 활용을 보다 효율적으로 수행하고 안정적인 체제 구축을 고려하여 모델을 설계하였다.

As the technical standard of hydrographic data was transferred from S-57 to S-101, a standard system was set up for producing the next generation ENCs but also various maritime safety information. ECDIS that display a S-57 ENC and include a navigation support function, should be developed considering new standard. S-10X data and e-Nav information can be used in this system. In this study, an implementation mechanism of S-100 standard was analyzed for design of navigation support system based on S-100. From the results, it was designed as loading module of S-10X data, display module of SENC, navigation supporting module. Also, this study considered a next generation ENC, a bathymetric grid data, an electronic nautical publication as an input information.

This study was to develop KORMARC-bibliographic format reflecting cataloging trends after LRM using literature review, analysis of MARC 21 discussion papers, and comparison of the fields in MARC 21 and KORMARC. The acceptance and consideration of fields and sub-fields that need to be revised in KORMARC are as follows. First, in terms of LRM / RDA, fields 381 or 387 for the representative expression, field 881 and the change and addition of its sub-fields for the manifestation statement, and data provenance code to ▾7 sub-field for date provenance may be considered. Second, in terms of Linked Data, ▾1 sub-field for RWO, and field 758 for related work identifier can be added. Third, for the data exchange of KORMARC and BIBFRAME, it should be developed in consideration of mapping with BIBFRAME classes and attributes in KORMARC. Fourth, additional fields such as 251 version information, 334 mode of issuance, 335 expansion plan, 341 accessibility content, 348 format of notated music, 353 supplementary content characteristics, 532 accessibility note, 370 associated place, 385 audience characteristics, 386 creator/contributor characteristics, 388 time period of creation, 688 subject added entry-type of entity unspecified, 884 description conversion information, 885 matching information could be developed. This study will be used to revise KORMARC-bibliographic format and to build and utilize bibliographic data in domestic libraries.

The Joint Steering Committee represented final draft of RDA that can be replaced for AACR3 on November third in 2008. RDA is aiming at standard of international cataloging rules fo the purpose of providing the bibliographic description and the access point of all media, and when it will be realized, KCR4 4th edtion have to revised to following up it. This study analyzes both cataloging rules of RDA and KCR4 in each area of KCR 4th edition. As a result, it present the points to take into consideration as revising KCR4.
