The purpose of this study is to find out key factors(specialized knowledge, manner, interaction) of real estate brokerage service quality derived from previous researches and to identify degrees of relations among the key factors and request intention. To do this, first of all, this study makes surveys including variables of estate brokerage service quality, credibility, and request intention. Second, it collects the data from respondents who have visited real estate brokerage firms. Finally, the data are analyzed by applying an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis which is based on a structural equation modeling. The result of these surveys describes that only the interaction affects the credibility positively and the credibility has positive effects on the request intention. At the same time, the interaction impacts on the request intention directly. Therefore, these analysis results suggest that managers of real estate brokerage firm focus on the interaction of the real estate brokerage service quality factors in order to improve the customers' request intention.

웹서비스는 XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI 등 기술 표준의 진화를 계기로 기업간의 거래나 인터넷 환경에 있어 가장 핵심이슈로 등장하고 있다. 그러나, 제반 기술 요소와 운영의 특성상 서비스의 품질, 가용성, 성능, 보안등에 대한 보장성 문제가 대두되고 있으며 이로 인해 기업 환경에 적용되어 확산되기까지는 어려움이 많다. 웹 서비스는 Management 영역별로 필요한 핵심요소와 그 기능들의 역할이 웹 서비스 확산 및 운영상의 성공 요인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스 제공자와 사용자간의 중개자 역할을 수행하여 상호간의 신뢰성 있는 서비스 제공의 기반이 되는 Intermediary 영역에 대해 분류 및 기술하고 그 구성요소와 아키텍쳐 모델을 제시한다.

Recently, mobile and smart devices are rapidly spreading. As a result, real estate services, which were formerly face-to-face, have now been replaced by mobile environments. This study focuses on the real estate app service and 261 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the hypotheses test using structural equation model are summarized as follows. First, performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, security and aesthetic perceived by users of real estate services have positively influence on positive attitude, but effort expectancy and social influence do not. Second, positive attitude of real estate services have positive effects on service Acceptance. Third, involvement moderated the relationship between positive attitude and service Acceptance. Based on the results of the analysis, it provided meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.

본 논문에서는 개방형 플랫폼 기반의 영상콘텐츠 제작 서비스를 위한 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 이는 중개형 플랫폼 구축 전략 관점에서 성격이 다른 두 고객층인 자신의 영상 자료로 영상콘텐츠를 제작하고 싶어 하는 수요자와 제작한 영상 콘텐츠 템플릿을 제공하는 공급자를 대상으로 온라인 상에서 양면시장 설립에 부합되며, 또한 교차(간접) 네트워크의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 그리고 협업과 공유 및 맞춤 서비스를 제공함으로써 두 고객층에 상호 이익을 만족시킬 수 있는 개방형 플랫폼 기반의 비즈니스 서비스 모델이라고 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Web 기반의 중개형 플랫폼 서비스 운영 및 구축을 위한 시스템 구성 등을 제안한다.

개방형 혁신(Open Innovation)은 조직 내부에 국한되어 있던 기술개발 활동을 기업 외부까지 확장하여 외부 기술지식과 내부 기술력을 함께 활용하는 혁신성과 극대화 전략을 의미한다. 개방형 혁신은 기술개발의 성공률이 높고, 비용이 상대적으로 저렴하다는 장점을 갖고 있어 이에 근거한 기술중개서비스 전문기업들이 글로벌시장에서 활동하고 있다. 그 대표적인 사례가 나인시그마(NineSigma) 및 이노센티브(InnoCentive)이다. 그러나, 그러나 현재까지 이들 기업은 매출액 및 R&D 투자가 일정규모 이상인 글로벌 대기업을 대상으로 하고 있으며, 중소기업을 수혜자로 한 개방형 혁신 서비스는 충분히 제공되고 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 부품 소재 중소기업을 주요 수요자로 한 개방형 혁신 기술중개서비스 모델을 제안하고 있다. 국내 부품 소재산업의 경쟁력 제고의 핵심 관건은 부품소재 중소기업의 기술혁신 역량 강화로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개방형 혁신의 장점을 부품소재 중소기업에서 활용하기 위한 필요조건을 조사하고, 그에 근거하여 개방형 혁신 중개서비스 모델에 포함된 다양한 혁신주체들의 역할을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 세부 내용을 구조화하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. (1) 개방형 기술혁신체제의 정의와 동향 검토 (2) 국내외 개방형 기술혁신의 사례 조사 (3) 부품 소재기업 대상의 개방형 기술혁신체제 도입 필요성 타당성 검토 (4) 부품 소재산업 개방형 기술혁신 모델 개발 (5) 국내 부품 소재산업 발전을 위한 개방형 기술혁신 활성화 정책과제 검토

Authentication and access control are essential requirements for the information security of distributed environment. Delegation is process whereby an initiator principal in a distributed environment authorizes another principal to carry out some functions on behalf of the former. Delegation of access rights also increases the availability of services offer safety in distributed environments. A delegation easily provides principal to grant privileges in the single domain with Role-Based Access Control(RBAC). But in the multi-domain, initiators who request delegation may require to limit the access right of their delegates with restrictions that are called delegate restriction to protect the abuse of privilege. In this paper, we propose the delegation view as function of delegation restrictions. Proposed delegation view model not only prevent over-exposure of documents from granting multiple step delegation to document sharing in multi-domain with RBAC infrastructure but also reduce overload of security administrator and communication.

클라우드 서비스가 다양해지고 그 수가 급격히 증가하면서 클라우드 서비스 사용자에게 적합한 서비스를 제공하기가 어려워지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 서비스 사용자와 제공자 사이에서 클라우드 서비스를 중개해주는 클라우드 서비스 브로커라는 개념이 제시되었다. 클라우드 서비스 브로커의 핵심적인 역할은 사용자의 요구사항에 적합한 서비스를 찾아주는 것이다. 그러나 현재 제시된 클라우드 서비스 브로커 대부분은 클라우드 서비스 전문가의 도움으로 사용자의 요구사항을 분석하는 수동적인 과정이 수행되고 있으며, 체계적으로 기능적 요구사항을 분석하는 과정이 미흡하다. 따라서 유사한 기능을 가지고 있는 클라우드 서비스들 중 사용자의 요구사항의 중요도를 분석해서 가장 근접한 서비스의 선택을 지원해 줄 수 있는 요구사항 분석 기법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)의 쌍대비교법을 응용하여 클라우드 서비스에 대한 사용자의 기능적 요구사항을 분석하고 그 결과에 따라 클라우드 서비스를 선택하는 방법을 제시한다.

통신 기술의 발달은 컴퓨터를 활용한 정보 교환을 수월하게 만들었지만, 더불어 정보 유출의 가능성 또한 증가하였다. 특히 전자상거래와 같이 정보의 보호가 필요한 응용들도 급격히 활성화됨을 따라, 정보의 보안은 반드시 필요하며, 보안 서비스 중에서도 공정한 부인 봉쇄 서비스는 필수적이다. 기존에 제안된 부인 봉쇄 기법들은 보통 공정성을 위해 송.수신자는 중개자인 Trusted Third Party(TIP)를 두어 서로 통신한다. 하지만, 클라이언트수가 증가하면 중앙의 TTP에 네트웍 트래픽이 집중되어 효율적이지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 중앙 TTP에 집중되는 네트웍 트래픽량을 줄이기 위해 TTP를 분석시키는 새로운 부인봉쇄 프로토콜을 제시한다.

CORBA 환경에서 지속적으로 안정적인 객체 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법의 하나로 복제 객체 그룹을 사용하는 방법이 있다. 객체 서비스를 이용하기 위해 필요한 객체 그룹과의 통신은 다중 전송 프로토콜을 통하여 이루어진다. 그러나 기존의 ORB는 단일 전송 프로토콜인 TCP/IP를 이용하여 객체간의 통신이 이루어지므로 객체 그룹과의 통신에 있어서는 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 객체 그룹과의 그룹 통신을 지원하기 위해 ORB를 확장하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 ORB는 클라이언트에게 그룹 통신의 투명성을 제공함으로써 기존의 ORB 응용과 상호 연동되며, 그룹 통신을 원하는 클라이언트도 다중 전송 프로토콜에 독립적으로 구현될 수 있다.
