A comparative study on welfare and volunteer perception between social workers and volunteers (사회복지 기관종사자와 자원봉사자 간 복지인식 및 자원봉사인식 비교)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지실천 현장의 주요 공급자인 사회복지 기관종사자와 자원봉사자의 복지와 자원봉사활동에 대한 인식을 조사 분석함으로써 양자 간 상호 인식의 유사점과 차이점을 알아보는 것이 목적이다. 설문조사 기간은 2016년 5월 24일부터 5월 30일까지이며, 사회복지 기관종사자 179명, 자원봉사자 186명 등 365명을 조사한 설문지를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 양자 간 복지인식과 자원봉사인식에 있어서 일치하는 부분도 일부 있지만, 대부분 상당한 인식 격차가 존재하였다. 둘째, 양자는 서로 협력하고 연대해야 한다는 인식에 대한 양자 간의 높은 일치성은 서로 간에 더 활발한 교류와 합의의 가능성을 열어 놓고 있었다. 셋째, 양자 간의 복지인식과 자원봉사인식은 사회복지서비스를 제공할 때에 어떤 유형으로든 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 매개변수 역할을 할 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양자 간의 인식이 어떠한지에 따라 양자는 서로 영향을 받을 것으로 예측되었다. 다섯째, 양자 간 인식 결과들은 서로 존재하면서, 서로에 대한 관심이 미약했다고 할 수 있다.

제주도 내 관광객 증가에 따른 서비스업 종사자의 근골격계 질환 발생현황

  • 제주도 내 관광객수는 최근 5년간 꾸준히 증가했으며 2012년 12월을 기준으로 960만명을 돌파하였다. 서비스업의 전체 사업장 및 근로자 역시 최근 5년간 증가하였으며 서비스업 종사자의 경우 전체 근로자 173,996명의 47%를 차지하고 있다. 업무상질병자 중 근골격계질환자 수는 전체의 90%를 차지하고 있으며(2012년 12월 기준) 근로자의 신규유입이 적고 노령근로자가 많은 점을 감안하였을 때 업무상 질병 발생율은 향후 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 제주도 내 관광객 수 증가에 따른 서비스업 종사자의 근골격계질환 발생현황 분석으로 향후 제주도 내 발생되는 근골격계질환의 예방에 기여하고자 한다.

A Study on the Leadership of Team Leaders and the Organizational Commitment of the Followers in an Employment Service Agencies (고용서비스 기관에서의 팀장의 리더십과 구성원의 조직몰입에 관한 연구)

  • The roles of public and private employment service agencies have been considered crucially important due to the increasing interest of employment services and policies since the Korean Currency Crisis. Eventually, the roles of a manager and a follower of employment service agencies have been of greater importance. In this study, several means concerning the improvement in organizational performances are suggested by studying the leadership's influence of a team leader in employment service agency over the organizational commitment of the followers. In addition to this, influential factors exerted to the organizational performances in an employment service agency have been analysed by the justice awareness between the two groups - team leaders and followers. The analytic results have shown that the transactional leadership has nothing to do with the organizational commitment whereas the transformational leadership has the positive influence over the organizational commitment. However, the leadership of a leader surely influences both distributional and procedural justice. With these facts, it has been proven that these justice have also influenced on the organizational committment. Throughout the process, it has been identified that the distributional justice has more impact on the organizational commitment rather than on the procedural justice.

Survey on Perceptions Regarding the Reform of Professional Qualifications in Employment Services (고용서비스 관련 전문자격 개편에 대한 인식 조사)

  • Although jobs in the employment service sector have been continuously expanding over the past 20 years, many in the labor market point out that the signaling and selection functions of job counselor qualifications are deteriorating because job counseling and psychology were developed mainly in the early 2000s. Therefore, in this study, a survey was conducted on current employment service workers on the establishment and improvement of employment service professional qualifications. According to the data analysis, employment service workers lack the current level of competence compared to their importance in all their jobs, and there is a limit to taking charge of all the expanded employment service jobs such as corporate support, administrative management, and labor market program planning and execution as a single job counselor. As for the direction of reorganization of employment service-related qualifications in the future, more than half agreed to establish new qualifications. Similarly, more than half of the respondents wanted to strengthen the qualifications of existing job counselors related to employment services.

  • This research provides the point of view by operating SPSS(14.0) about effective management and marketing focusing on customer by comparing and analyzing the effect which affects loyalty for the dental clinic and the rapport occurring when the dental worker communicates affirmatively with customers. The data was gathered from 300 customers visiting to a private dental clinic through the self-administered questionnaire in Jinju, Gyeng-nam. The communication(.017) and value property(.006) of service provider affects the rapport significantly. Last, the trust(.000), value property(.023) and the rapport(.000) affect the loyalty-a result variable-significantly.

A Study on the Influence of Emotional Labor and Social Support on Airline Call Center Agent Burnout (항공사 콜센터 상담원의 감정노동과 사회적 지원이 소진에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • In the subject experiment of this paper, contrary to the existing thesis about the emotional labor of people in the face-to-face service industry, I have chosen call center agents as they are primary first point of contact with customers in the airline industry. The main purpose of this experiment is to understand the relationship in between workplace burnout and emotional labor. In this study, I have investigated the following concepts; the effect of mediation on emotional labor, the different levels of emotional labor, and recommendations for improvement of competitive power to the call center agent as a member of the organization. The main results of experiment are as follows. First, the emotional labor given by the airline call center agents affects the rate of burnout. Second, support from workplace superiors showed that mediation had an effect on the relationship between emotional labor and burnout, however support from co-workers had no effect whatsoever. It is hope that this paper would supply information to give a competitive edge for airline call centers and their agents.

Effects of Emotional Leadership on Turnover Intention of the Employees in Human Service Organizations: Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction and Multi-group Analysis according to Employment Type of Chief Executives (휴먼서비스조직의 감성리더십이 종사자의 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과와 최고관리자의 근무형태별 다집단분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction of human service employees on emotional leadership-turnover intention relationship. Additionally, this study examines chief executive's employment type differences on results of the structural relationship. To examine them, employees from 56 local healthy family support centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were surveyed and 295 of them were finally analyzed. The methodology adopted in this study is the structural equation modeling and multi-group analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, emotional leadership of supervisor has a significant influence on the job satisfaction. Secondly, it was found that emotional leadership and job satisfaction have a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Thirdly, job satisfaction works as a mediator between the emotional leadership and turnover intention. Finally, it was confirmed that emotional leadership is a signifiant factor for job satisfaction, and that the paths vary with job satisfaction according to employment type of chief executives. Based on the above findings, theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

Study of Correlations Resilience of the Beauty Industry Employees and Job Satisfaction and Happiness Index (미용종사자의 회복탄력성과 행복지수 및 직무만족도의 상관관계연구)

  • The beauty industry relies heavier upon the specialized labor of beauty industry employees than any other industry. Beauty industry employees directly meet their clients and are required to provide services with extremely delicate care. The sense of happiness of employees working at the interface of service provision matters most importantly for beauty industry growth. In this study, the correlation among beauty industry employees' resilience, happiness index and job satisfaction was tested under hypotheses. As a result, their resilience was found to have a significant effect on happiness index and job satisfaction; happiness index, on job satisfaction and resilience; and job satisfaction, on resilience and happiness index. Consequentially, it was found that when individual happiness increased, their job satisfaction moved up along with job performance. In this sense, for the further development of beauty industry, it is deemed necessary to consider methods to improve the sense of happiness of beauty industry employees.
