Information which port provide to users including shipping companies is essential information for their business performance. Thus, information service of several services which port provide to shipping company is also very important port-logistics service. However, despite of this importance, there have been little research related to port-logistics information service. The aim of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of information service for port logistics. To achieve this objective, evaluation criteria consisting of 16 items based on the previous research was established. And satisfaction index that can effectively show the current level of information service for port logistics was developed. The results of analysis showed that satisfaction index of information service provided by Busan port was 61.90. And from the data analysis, it was revealed that current level of information service in whole area was less than 63 points. It was implied that improvement for overall port-logistics information service was needed. Finally, from the follow-up research, it was found that information service provided by Busan port have weakness in the aspects of unification of information and celerity of information.

최근 웹서비스의 사용은 메시지 수준의 상호운용성 및 시스템 통합의 용이성으로 인해 빠르게 확장되고 있다. 웹서비스 기반 응용 또는 웹서비스는 다른 웹서비스를 선택하여 이용하게 된다. 이러한 웹서비스의 선택은 정적으로 이루어지므로 신규 웹서비스에 대한 생성 및 서비스에 대한 상태 변화가 지속적으로 이루어지는 환경에서 최적의 서비스 결정 및 선택은 전체 응용의 성능에 영향을 미치게 된다. 웹서비스 사용자 간의 신뢰성과 안정성을 제공하기 위해서는 품질 정보를 유지하기 위한 하부 구조에 대한 확장이 필요하며, 품질 정보가 추가된 웹서비스에 대한 정보에 대한 정의 및 수집이 이루어져야 한다. 이 논문에서는 웹서비스의 품질요소에 대한 정형화된 정의를 기술한다.

본 연구는 Critical Incident Technique(CIT)를 이용하여 음식점에서 서비스 실패를 야기하는 결정적인 사건과 서비스 실패/복구수준과의 관계를 고찰해 보았다. 이와 더불어 불만족한 고객을 만족한 고객으로 전환시키는 데에 중요한 역할을 하는 고객이 바라는 복구와 점포 개선사항을 추가로 제시함으로써 실용적인 마케팅 접근을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 고객 불만족 원인이 서비스상품의 결함에 대부분 기인한다는 Hoffman et al. (1995)과 Tax et al. (1998)의 결과와는 달리 서비스 실패를 일으키는 주원인은 서비스제공자에게 있다는 흥미로운 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 그 동안 국내의 많은 서비스관련 연구들이 서비스 만족과 불만족에 대해 양적 (quantitative)으로 접근한 것과는 달리 본 연구는 질적(qualitative) 접근을 시도하였다. 또한 본 연구는 CIT를 이용한 최초의 서비스 복구에 대한 연구이며, 기존의 연구들이 단순히 서비스 실패의 유형을 범주화하고 복구의 종류를 알아보는 것에 그치고 있는 데 반해 본 연구에서는 고객이 바라는 복구종류와 서비스 제공자의 개선 사항, 서비스 실패를 경험한 고객들의 구전활동에 관한 조사결과와 전략적 시사점도 함께 제시함으로써, 일선 관리자들이 본 연구의 결과를 기업의 마케팅전략 수립에 효과적으로 활용이 가능하다는 점에서 그 의의가 크다고 할 수 있다.

Recently, way of Electronic Commerce is changing with increment of Internet users. In the previous way of commerce, users used to search for information by themselves. However, for user's convience, it can be done for users from one site. Mobile in order to provide users with such service. By the mobile agent-based Electronic Commerce system, users can get information from one site, and service companies can provide various and useful information to users. This is very important for construction of reliable Electronic Commerce environment, However, in generally used mobile agent-based platforms, the user should know URL information. and it is based on search engines. And as user's requirement levels become higher, they want to be provided with integrated and summarized service. In this paper, we implement product-trading system by applying mobile agent concept in order to satisfy user's requirement of getting required information from one site with minimal mouse click. For implementing the product trading system, E-speak, which is a platform for E-Service, is used And contents are saved as XML documents and data are shared based on these documents.

Stable and reliable air traffic service is required for users (aircraft pilot, air traffic controller, airlines and public) through enhancing capability related to airport operation and continuously improving air navigation system. ASMS (air navigation service provider (ANSP) safety maturity survey) is to determine the level of management and safety requirement such as organization, risk, policy, process, training and environment in Air traffic service field. We designed and developed the survey (26 study areas of management part and 23 study areas of safety part) considering global best practices (Eurocontrol and FAA) and customizing domestic circumstances with quantitative level assessment regarding management and safety issue of Air navigation system. The survey enables the performance of Air navigation system to enhance and prevents from occurring accident or incident. Therefore, we provides best information with users as well as high quality Air traffic service.

The purpose of this study is to find out how much psychosocial factors affecting the intention to use mental health services and the characteristics of respondents in college students. Specifically, the influence of the level of knowledge about mental health, subjective norms, attitudes for seeking help, and social psychological stress levels on the respondents'intention to seek help is examined. As a result of the study, it was found that the subjective norms, social and psychological stress levels, and mental health students'intention to use mental health services were influenced by factors. It was found that subjective norms, psychosocial stress level, and attitude toward using mental health service were factors that influence the intention to use mental health service. The influence of these factors on help seeking intention was in the order of psychosocial stress level, help seeking attitude, and subjective norm. The study provided implications that were helpful in message development when executing mental health promotion and awareness campaigns by identifying predictive factors of the intention to use mental health services of college students.

This paper discusses QoS enhancement in the Best-effort services of the service plan provided by MPEG Media Transport (MMT) systems for video streaming applications. Among MMT services, i.e. per-flow, per-class, and best-effort services, the server does not provide guaranteed bandwidth for the best-effort service only. Therefore, in the best-effort services, a bandwidth access priority is defined for various services, where the lowest priority is assigned to the low-level video services. To alleviate the issue of bandwidth limitation in the best-effort services, this paper investigates transmission of low-resolution video with low bitrate and up-sampling. Our experimental results prove the superiority of the proposed method in terms of delivered video quality.

U-health care services have been attracted to effectively solve some problems in promoting health and preparing aging society. Although the recent U-health care services have been developed to treat diseases, it requires environment information related to health for preventing fundamental diseases and for promoting health. In this study, a U-health environment service that reflects context recognition information is proposed. The proposed service draws environment information using local weather and healthcare information in users' residential areas. In the context recognition based U-health environment services, various services are provided to users not only health, living weather based menu, and exercise services but user location based warning messages for dangerous regions and remote emergency services. That is, based on such context recognition, some events that are to be occurred to users are detected and then it will provide proper services. Thus, it improves the satisfaction of U-health services and its service qualities.

This paper presents the design and implementation of stream control mechanisms which are necessary for the development of an efficient streaming cache server. The streaming protocols used in our implementation are the RTSP/RTP/RTCP standards. The mechanisms support both the on-demand media caching and real-time media splitting applications. The core of the stream control includes the session management, which handles the RTSP/RTCP control session and the RTP transport session, and the cache block management which efficiently manages the RTP-based cache blocks stored in the cache server. The streaming cache server with the proposed stream control mechanism has successfully been implemented on a Linux platform and it works well with the Apple's QTSS server and the QuickTime player for both on-demand and splitting media services.

The interest in SLA in accordance with the development of IT outsourcing has increased due to the rapid development of information systems. Moreover, an awareness and necessity for the Information System Operating Audit has increased while an effective IT service management operations for information systems is needed desperately. However, information system operations and maintenance instructions of the National Information Society Agency operates due to the current information system operation, but the experience and the interpretation of the auditor determine the decision in the field. This paper introduces an operating audit model for the efficient management. This model is derived from the Korea Information Society Agency's operating instructions of the Information Systems Audit and their inspection services. The audit checklists were derived from the areas of service planning, service delivery, service support, and service management. Consequently, the operating audit model was proposed, and the suitability of this model was verified by experts' opinions on the survey.
