Distributed ledger technology, which is attracting attention as an emerging technology related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, is implemented as an open source based distributed ledger technology system and widely used for development with various applications (or services), but the security functions provided by the distributed general ledger system are very insufficient. This paper proposes security enhancements for distributed ledger technology systems based on open source. To do so, potential security threats that may occur under running an open source based distributed ledger technology systems are identified and security functional requirements against the security threats identified are provided by analyzing legislation and security certification criteria (ISMS-P). In addition, it proposes a method to implement the security functions required for an open source based distributed ledger technology systems through analysis of security functional components of Common Criteria (CC), an international standard.

In March 2017, the State of New York became the first state to implement regulation specific to cybersecurity for financial institutions. Unlike previous regulations regarding information security, it has set a minimum requirements to establish cybersecurity program based on risk assessment results, protect Nonpublic Information, designate of CISO, and report to regulatory entity. This paper presents a need for a new cybersecurity policy in Korea by examining newly adopted cybersecurity regulation in the United States. Finally, the paper identify policy suggestions based on the United States's approach as they have successfully implemented the program.

The smart factory is an important axis of the 4th industrial revolution. Smart factory is a system that induces the maximum efficiency and effectiveness of production using the IoT and intelligent sensing systems. The product lifecycle management technique is a method that can actively reflect the consumer's requirements in the smart factory and manage the entire process from the consumer to the post management. There have been many studies on product lifecycle management, but studies on how to organize product lifecycle management knowledge domains in preparation for the era of the 4th industrial revolution were insufficient. This study analyzed the opinions of a group of experts preparing for the 4th industrial revolution in terms of product lifecycle management. The impact of the 4th industrial revolution on the detailed knowledge areas of product lifecycle management was investigated. The changes in product lifecycle management were summarized using a qualitative data analysis technique for a group of experts. Based on the opinions of experts, the product lifecycle management, which consists of a total of 30 detailed knowledge areas, was prepared to supplement or prepare for the 4th industrial revolution. This study investigates changes in product lifecycle management in preparation for the 4th industrial revolution in the knowledge domain of the existing defined product life cycle management. In future research, it is necessary to redefine the knowledge domain of product life cycle management suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution and investigate the perception of experts. Considering the social culture and technological change factors of the 4th industrial revolution, the scope and scope of product life cycle management can be newly defined.

Recently, the need for accessing information from anywhere at any time has been a driving force for a variety of mobile applications. As the number of mobile applications increases rapidly, there has been a growing demand for the use of Service Oriented Architectures(SOA) for various applications. Mobile based SOA offers a systematic way to classify and assess technical realizations of business processes. But mobile has severly restricted range of utilizing services in computing environment and more, a mobile computer is envisioned to be equipped with more powerful capabilities, including the storage of a small database, the capacity of data processing, a narrow user input and small size of display. This paper present mobile adaption method based on SOA to overcome mobile restriction. To improve mobile efficient we analyzing mobile application requirement writing service specification, optimizing design, providing extended use case specification which test use case testing and testing service test case which derived from service specification. We discuss an mobile application testing that uses a SOA as a model for deploying discovering, specifying, integrating, implementing, testing, and invoking services. Such a service use case specification and testing technique including some idea could help the mobile application to develop cost efficient and dependable mobile services.

A new online routing algerian is proposed in this paper, which use the interference-prediction to solve the network congestion originated from extension of Internet scope and increasing amount of traffic. The end-to-end QoS has to be guaranteed in order to satisfy service level agreements (SLAs) in the integrated networks of next generation. For this purpose, bandwidth is allocated dynamically and effectively, moreover the path selection algorithm is required while considering the network performance. The proposed algorithm predicts the level of how much the amount of current demand interferes the future potential traffic, and then minimizes it. The proposed algorithm considers the bandwidth on demand, link state, and the information about ingress-egress pairs to maximize the network performance and to prevent the waste of the limited resources. In addition, the interference-prediction supports the bandwidth guarantee in dynamic network to accept more requests. In the result, the proposed algorithm performs the effective admission control and QoS routing. In this paper, we analyze the required conditions of routing algorithms, the aspect of recent research, and the representative algorithms to propose the optimized path selection algorithm adequate to Internet franc engineering. Based on these results, we analyze the problems of existing algorithms and propose our algorithm. The simulation shows improved performance by comparing with other algorithms and analyzing them.

With the advent of Big data era unleashed by tremendous increase of structured and unstructured data, a library needs an effective method to store, manage and preserve various information resources. Also, needs of collaboration of libraries are continuously increased in digital environment. As an effective method to handle the changes and challenges in libraries, interest on cloud computing is growing more and more. This study aims to propose a method to introduce cloud computing in libraries. To achieve the goals, this study performed the literature review to analyze problems of existing library systems. Also, this study proposed considerations, expectations, service scenario, phased strategy to introduce cloud computing in libraries. Based on the results extracted from cases that libraries have introduced cloud computing-based systems, this study proposed introduction strategy and specific applying areas in library works as considered features of cloud computing models. The proposed phased strategy and service scenario may reduce time and effort in the process of introduction of cloud computing and maximize the effect of cloud computing.

Through this study, the following proposals were made to secure the operability of local governments' records management systems (RMSs). First, for the stable operation and maintenance of RMS, establishing a noninterruptible system with regular operation support is necessary. Second, improving the maintenance quality above a certain level by establishing an integrated RMS maintenance system is imperative. Third, systematically managing the RMS infrastructure compatibility list should be vital to provide clear standards for maintaining local governments' RMS structure.

초고속 인터넷 서비스의 확대에 따라 이를 교육에 직 간접적으로 응용하기 위한 노력이 지속적으로 진행되어 왔다. 특히 웹 기반의 가상강의 저작도구를 통한 웹 코스웨어는 원거리 학습자들의 학습 욕구를 자기 주도적인 학습을 통해 가능케 했고 기존의 텍스트, 사운드를 통한 가상강의에서 동영상이 가미된 주문형 교육 서비스(EOD: Education On Demand)가 가능해졌다. 그러나 이를 이용하는 학습자는 전체적인 모듈의 이해를 통해 수업이 진행됨에 따라 학습과정에서는 질의응답을 튜터를 통해 웹 캐스팅이 이루어졌다. 따라서, 질의응답은 텍스트 형식의 E-mail, 채팅, 게시판, 방명록을 통해 이루어지므로 학습자가 요구한 질의 내용을 잘못 이해하고 튜터가 학습 과정에서의 피드백을 제공하지 못함으로써 개인 학습의 동기부여가 감소됨에 따라 흥미를 잃게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 멀티 캐스팅 기법을 통해 교육용 서버를 이용한 학습지원도구를 분석, 설계한다. 가상강의는 기본적인 컨텐츠를 제시하고 그를 통해 수업이 진행되는 과정에서의 질의응답을 일대다(One-To-Many)의 멀티 캐스팅 서비스를 튜터가 지정한 교육용 서버를 통해 텍스트 형식이 아닌 강의자료로 쓰인 문서 파일에 직접 작성하여 전송하게 된다. 따라서 튜터는 메일링 서비스를 통해 질문사항을 자신의 폴더 서비스로 확인하고 즉시 학습자에게 피드백을 제공함으로써 튜터와 학습자들간의 커뮤니케이션이 활발히 이루어지며, 상호작용의 증가를 통해 웹 기반의 컨퍼런싱(WBC: Web Based Conferencing)을 가질 수 있게 된다.rver는 Client가 요청한 Content(services)를 전달 해 주는 컨텐트 전달 모듈(Content Deliver Module)과 서버 Phonebook 엑세스 모들(Server Phonebook Access Module)로 구성되어 있다.외 보다 높았다(I/O ratio 2.5). BTEX의 상대적 함량도 실내가 실외보다 높아 실내에도 발생원이 있음을 암시하고 있다. 자료 분석결과 유치원 실내의 벤젠은 실외로부터 유입되고 있었고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에서도 발생하고 있었다. 정량한 8개 화합물 각각과 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 스피어만 상관계수는 벤젠을 제외하고는 모두 유의하였다. 이중 톨루엔과 크실렌은 총 휘발성 유기화합물과 좋은 상관성 (톨루엔 0.76, 크실렌, 0.87)을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 톨루엔과 크실렌이 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 좋은 지표를 사용될 있고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌 등 많은 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생원은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에도 있음을 나타내고 있다.>10)의 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 얻었다. 결론: $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ 핵반응을 이용하여 친전자성 방사성동위원소 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 생산하였다. 표적 챔버는 알루미늄으로 제작하였으며 본 연구에서 연구된 $[^{18}F]F_2$가스는 친핵성 치환반응으로 방사성동위원소를 도입하기 어려운 다양한 방사성의 약품개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.었으나 움직임 보정 후 영상을 이용하여 비교한 경우, 결합능 변화

KOIN (Korean medicine 人, http://www.koin.re.kr) is a Korean medicine knowledge portal developed for users who are interested in Korean medicine to share relevant information. The purpose of the present study is to seek methods for advancing the quality of the contents and services of KOIN to secure future users of the portal services before fully initiating the KOIN service. The crowd testing method was applied to test the functionality and usability of the current KOIN service, and domestic and international websites providing similar services were investigated and analyzed. About 150 errors were found in this functional testing procedure, but the identified functional problems were all corrected. An average score of 3.33 was calculated in the usability test, in which the reliability and the playfulness showed the highest and lowest score, respectively. We in this paper surveyed the 15 relevant websites with respect to KOIN in the traditional medicine and the modern medicine fields. The strengths and weaknesses of similar websites were analyzed to improve the KOIN services. In particular, it is shown that the evidence-based Korean medicine knowledge is KOIN's biggest strength. Users' needs and demand for the KOIN services will be continuously gathered to provide the Korean medicine knowledge services that the users require.

For people with physical or sensory limitations, broadcasting is the main means of information acquisition and leisure. Recently, changes in the media environment, such as convergence of broadcasting and communication, digital mobile conversion of broadcasting, and active media usage behavior of users, make broadcasting accessibility of the disabled difficult, and as a result, the information gap between the disabled and the non-disabled is increasing. A notice on broadcasting rights for the disabled was enacted in consequence of the amendment of the Broadcasting Law in July 2011 and the web accessibility guideline became more effective with the amendment of the National Informatization Act in 2013 so that legal basis for the right of media access for the disabled was established. However, media services for them are still lacking quantitatively and qualitatively. In this study, we describe the present status of the audio description service for the visually impaired, and analyze the results of the questionnaire survey on the usage status, satisfaction and improvement requirements of the audio description service for 100 visually impaired people.
