When using Medical Information Retrieval services, a typical retrieval method is to use the Anatomic Therapyutic Chemical Classification (ATC) code. Traditional ATC code-based medical information retrieval is very useful for single ingredient product retrieval with single ingredient. However, in the case of complex, retrieval errors often occur. The cause of this problem is that ATC code-based retrieval proceeds by pattern matching ATC code.In this work, we design the mapping scheme based on ATC code by analyzing the requirement scenarios for retrieval based on main ingredient in ATC code-based retrieval. the mapping scheme based on ATC is a schema that stores the ATC code of the complex and all the ATC code of the single agent included in the complex. ATC code-based retrieval using this schema retrieves a complex as ingredient of a single ingredient product, thus having higher accuracy than existing methods. the mapping scheme based on ATC is expected to increase the efficiency of doctors' prescription of patients and increase the accuracy of drug safety use services.

With the development of cloud computing technology, container technology that provides services based on a virtual environment is also developing. Container orchestration technology is a key element for cloud services, and it has become an important core technology for building, deploying, and testing large-scale containers with automation. Originally designed by Google and now managed by the Linux Foundation, Kubernetes is one of the container orchestrations and has become the de facto standard. However, despite the increasing use of Kubernetes in container orchestration, the number of incidents due to security vulnerabilities is also increasing. Therefore, in this paper, we study the vulnerabilities of Kubernetes and propose a security policy that can consider security from the initial development or design stage through threat analysis. In particular, we intend to present a specific security guide by classifying security threats by applying STRIDE threat modeling.

Voice of the customer(VOC) is a term used in business and information technology(IT) to describe the process of capturing a customer's requirements in enterprises or various organizations. Recently, in order to satisfy customer's needs, enterprises try to utilize VOC at recurrence prevention of problems and their improvement activities, planning and development of product/service by processing, storing, and analyzing VOC. Until now, VOC management systems are introduced around service industries such as hotel business and insurance/financial business, etc. This paper proposes an integrated management scheme of VOC which are captured by various communication channels and describes a case of implementing an integrated VOC management system on the basis of the proposed scheme for the large-scale manufacturing company. By the implemented system, VOC are stored and utilized as the important knowledge assets of enterprises.

The purpose of this research is to explore young adults (YA)' perceptions, use, and needs of public libraries, as well as to find out how to make effective YA sections within public libraries. Two public libraries with separate YA sections were selected and a total of 126 YA users participated in the survey. The survey showed 86.5% of participants used the YA section and the main reasons for use were reading for leisure, study area use, and seeking information for school assignments. 64.8% of participants agreed that separate YA sections are needed at public libraries. The areas most in need of improvement were expansion of seats of YA section, lack of digital devices, and expansion of group study and meeting spaces. This research highlights for space composition policy as YA's needs, creating a balanced environment for physical facilities, and YA oriented service. As well, a need for improved opening hours, and expansion of multi-use spaces for seats of the YA section.

The purpose of this study is to provide successive online community operational model in response to the world wide open access movement which supports the broadest possible access to published research and other scholarly writings. This study is divided into four areas in a large. First, this study reviewed general community, online community and open access movement. Second, wellknown online scholarly community, i.e., KISTI Society, BRIC, DSpace were analyzed precisely focusing on the administrative and functional factors to find key to success. Third, based on the above two studies, major functions of community services were identified. For this work, community service functions and participation will were asked to the researchers registered in Korea Research Foundation. According to the results of the above works, this study presents the important functions of online community services as follows: management function of research results, posting function of issue reports, and provision function of integrated information on research proposal should be provided preferentially to researchers aged 30s and 40s.

The geospatial information industry has the advantage of being able to converge with other industries to create new value. Therefore, efforts are underway to promote the growth of this dwindling national industry by endorsing policies and initiatives to promote its convergence with other industries. In this study, feedback was collected from experts in various fields through three rounds of polls using the Delphi method. The poll results were used to investigate the causes of hindrance to the growth of the geospatial information industry and to build a comprehensive solution to this problem. As a result, 27 strategies were constructed based on the users' requirements related to policy, data and service, including the demands for establishing public polling methods, enhancing data quality and advertisement. Since the coefficient of variance fell between 0.11 and 0.20 in the importance evaluation, an amicable consensus was reached between the experts. Considering that the convergence of industries is achieved through the integration of various types of technology and information, it is important to consider the requirements of users in different industries. In this respect, the results of this study will serve as a useful base for constructing mid-to-long term road maps to promote the development of the geospatial information industry.

Nautical Publications is a special purpose book, or a specially compiled database, that is issued officially by or on the authority of a Government, authorized Hydrographic Office and is designed to meet the requirements of marine navigation such as SOLAS and PSC. Nautical publications include List of Lights, Sailing directions. The SNPWG(Standardization Nautical Publications Working Group) from the IHO is working to implement in computer systems all those elements of interest for Hydrography and Navigation Concerning nautical publications' digitization process, the SNPWG has defined three types of nautical publications: Type 1 : Hard copy(NP1), Type 2 : Digital version, A slight modification of type 1(NP2), Type 3 : Digital version for ECDIS(NP3). Nautical Publications is essential with nautical charts as reference information to navigate. Development of digital nautical publications is needed for liaison with the chart production system, up-to-dateness of hydrographic information, improvement of service. But, Korean status is positioned in NP1. In our study, we surveyed the present status of nautical publications for development strategy of digital nautical publications. We build database of south coast of sailing direction, develop a manager program, convert the contents to KML( Keyhole Markup Language), develop a user program.

IMT-2000 appeared in order to satisfy the desires of the uses who wish to supply through wireless most of the services being provided through wire, such as Internet services and multimedia high-speed data information. However, during global roaming, the signal data and the user data get transmitted through the networks of other users. Also, it is judged that with the provision of high speed data communication the amount of data communication necessary for confidentiality protection will increase. It is planned that the recent IMT-2000 Project will begin its commercial service in 2002. From this viewpoint, wireless contents, due to their special characteristics, are greatly exposed to illegal actions by third persons. As a result, it can be said that security and certification issues in the mobile telecommunication environment are indispensable matters. For this purpose, it is intended that in this thesis through an analysis of the existent IMT-2000 certification method, a more safe and efficient authentication method is presented and, at the same time, a security protocol necessary in the provision of wireless contents is designed.

As the use of SNS becomes more active, many people are posting their thoughts about specific events in their SNS in the form of text. As a result, SNS is used in various fields such as finance and distribution to conduct service satisfaction surveys and consumer monitoring. However, in the transportation area, there are not enough cases to utilize unstructured data analysis such as emotional analysis. In this study, we developed an emotional analysis methodology that can be used in transportation by using highway VOC data, which is atypical data collected by Korea Expressway Corporation. The developed methodology consists of morpheme analysis, emotional dictionary construction, and emotional discrimination of the collected unstructured data. The developed methodology was verified using highway related tweet data. As a result of the analysis, it can be guessed that many information and information about the construction and the accident were related to the highway during the analysis period. Also, it seems that users complain about the delay caused by construction and accident.
