A multi-channel CNN based online review helpfulness prediction model (Multi-channel CNN 기반 온라인 리뷰 유용성 예측 모델 개발에 관한 연구)

  • Online reviews play an essential role in the consumer's purchasing decision-making process, and thus, providing helpful and reliable reviews is essential to consumers. Previous online review helpfulness prediction studies mainly predicted review helpfulness based on the consistency of text and rating information of online reviews. However, there is a limitation in that representation capacity or review text and rating interaction. We propose a CNN-RHP model that effectively learns the interaction between review text and rating information to improve the limitations of previous studies. Multi-channel CNNs were applied to extract the semantic representation of the review text. We also converted rating into independent high-dimensional embedding vectors representing the same dimension as the text vector. The consistency between the review text and the rating information is learned based on element-wise operations between the review text and the star rating vector. To evaluate the performance of the proposed CNN-RHP model in this study, we used online reviews collected from Amazom.com. Experimental results show that the CNN-RHP model indicates excellent performance compared to several benchmark models. The results of this study can provide practical implications when providing services related to review helpfulness on online e-commerce platforms.

  • In the 4th Industrial age, mobile games are a highly competitive but highly profitable industry, with hundreds of games per day. To produce a successful mobile game, it is necessary to understand the mobile environment and consumers in the mobile era, and a study that can provide implications for the importance of various factors is needed. The purpose of this study is to explore the in- and out-of-game factors that influence the success of mobile games and to examine the relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result, the game platform's system quality and service quality had a positive effect on the evaluation, and the price policy did not have a significant effect on the evaluation. Also in the flow factor, goal and interaction (relationship) had a positive effect on the flow, and skill or challenge did not have a significant effect. The effects of flow and platform evaluation on customer loyalty were all positively affected. First. Companies must derive customer opinions and actions about the game through continuous interaction with customers. Second, if the game gives customers the proper goals and functions to enable the interaction between users, more successful games can be developed.

The Effect of E-WOM Quality of Dessert Cafe on Perceived Value and Visit Intention (디저트 카페의 온라인 구전 품질이 지각된 가치와 방문의도에 미치는 영향)

  • With the rapid development of mobile communication tools, customers are using SNS as a major information tool. SNS can provide information to a small number of customers as well as people around them, with information about a product or service that a small number of customers know through experience. With these characteristics, dessert cafes are being used as a major marketing tool for online websites and mobile phones using SNS. Therefore, in this study, theoretical considerations about e-WOM quality, perceived value, and visit intention were performed. The effect of e-WOM quality of dessert cafe on perceived value was analyzed and the effect of perceived value on visit intention was analyzed. Based on these results, I would like to suggest theoretical implications and practical implications for online marketing of dessert cafes. This study was conducted to survey the customers who have visited dessert cafe through oral communication within the last 6 months. The survey was conducted from September 4, 2018 to September 18, 2018, and was used for the analysis of 317 additional items. The research hypotheses between the e-WOM quality of the dessert cafe and the utilitarian value, hedonic value, and visiting intention were used the structural equation model(SEM). First, neutrality and interactivity have a significant effect on utilitarian value, but consensus and vividness have not significant effect. Second, It was found that the consensus, vividness, and neutrality had a significant effect on the hedonic value but interactivity was not found to have a significant effect. Third, hedonic value has a significant effect on visit intention, but utilitarian value has not significant effect. As a result, online e-WOM quality management is important.

  • The OSGi service platform has several characteristics as in the followings. First, the service is deployed in the form of self-installable component called service bundle. Second, the service is dynamic according to its life-cycle and has interactions with other services. Third, the system resources of a home gateway are restricted. Due to these characteristics of a home gateway, there are a lot of rooms for malicious services can be Installed, and further, the nature of service can be changed. It is possible for those service bundles to influence badly on service gateways and users. However, there is no service bundle authentication mechanism considering those characteristics for the home gateway In this paper, we propose a service bundle authentication mechanism considering those characteristics for the home gateway environment. We design the mechanism for sharing a key which transports a service bundle safely in bootstrapping step that recognize and initialize equipments. And we propose the service bundle authentication mechanism based on MAC that use a shared secret created in bootstrapping step. Also we verify the safety of key sharing mechanism and service bundle authentication mechanism using a BAN Logic. This service bundle authentication mechanism Is more efficient than PKI-based service bundle authentication mechanism or RSH protocol in the service platform which has restricted resources such as storage spaces and operations.

  • The sensor network for the health care application service has the man or movable object as the main sensing object. In order to support inter-node interaction by the movement of such sensing objects, the node's dynamic function modification, dynamic self-configuration and energy efficiency must be considered. In this paper, the Agilla model which supports the dynamic function modification through the agent migration between nodes and LEACH protocol which guarantees the dynamic self-configuration and energy efficiency through the configuration of inter-node hierarchical cluster configuration are analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis, the Mobility Agent Middleware which supports the dynamic function modification between nodes is designed, and LEACH_Mobile protocol which guarantees the node nobility as the weakness of the existing LEACH protocol is suggested. Also, the routing module which supports the LEACH_Mobile protocol is designed and the interface for conjunction with Mobility Agent Middleware is designed. Then, it is definitely increase performance which un mobility node of transfer data rate through LEACH_Mobile protocol of simulation result.

  • A Small-Sat Power System Design and Development should be depend on space environment such as solar wind with Electromagnetic field by hurdle of techniques. It is surmount solution of trend that will unitize and converge with power module in these days. The level of modularize means that applying Universal Middleware for payload power module requirements. The scope of target system is a main power provider module and operational subunit that can be implemented with the final power module distribution loads to consume for continuous process. A Universal Middleware strengthen to build power module from satellite power system should be accuracy and consuming data. A Power Service Module and dynamic system drive interactive management between power distribution and consumer module by Range Control. Consequently, suggesting evaluation, unexpecting payload system power consumer that makes fine variable resources in the development design process and efficiency.

  • Robot design serves as the crucial link between a human and a robot, the cutting edge technology. The importance of the robot design certainly will be more emphasized when the consumer robot market matures. For coexistence of a human and a robot, human friendly interface design and robot design with consideration of human interaction need to be developed. This research extracts series of functions in need which are consisted of series of case studies for planning and designing of 'A Shopping Support Robot'. The plan for the robot is carried out according to HRI aspects of Design and the designing process fellows. Definite results are derived by the application of series of HRI aspects such as gestures, expressions and sound. In order to verify the effectiveness of application of HRI aspects, this research suggests unified interaction that is consisted of motion-capture, animation, brain waves and sound between a human and a robot.

  • The objective of this study was to explain structural relations among perceived justice of service recovery, customer's emotion and satisfaction in the airline service sector. For this purpose, using a sample of 272 airline service customers who experienced complaints with airline service, we investigate the effects of the dimensions of perceived justice on the emotions triggered by service recovery. In this study, 4 hypotheses based on literature reviews were employed. The data and hypotheses were examined using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) by AMOS. The main findings are as follows. Firstly, procedural justice has an effect on both positive and negative emotions. Secondly, both interaction justice and distributive justice have effects on positive emotion but not on negative emotion. Lastly, only positive emotion has influence on recovery satisfaction.

  • 가입자가 B-ISDN(Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network) 서비스에 대한 shb은 수준의 품질 및 안정적인 서비스 제공을 요구함에 따라, 이러한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) 교환기에 대한 신뢰성 설계의 중요성은 증가하 고 있다. 교환기의 중요한 신뢰성 성능 척도 중의 하나인 연결 절단율 (Cutoff connection rate)은 총 연결시간 동안 절단된 연결수로 정의되며, 연결 절단은 호 설정 (Call setup) 단 계를 지나 서비스 중인 연결이 사용자의 요구가 아닌 시스템의 고장으로 종료될 때 발생한 다. 연결 절단율 추정 문제는 기존의 신뢰도 또는 가용도 예측을 위한 시뮬레이션과는 달리 시스템 구성 유니트들의 고장율, 수리율, 그리고 요구된 연결의 트래픽 특성 부분이 혼합된 문제이다. 따라서, B-ISDN 서비스의 중요한 특징인 다양한 트래픽 특성과 시스템의 구성 (Configuration)을 고려하여 연결 절단율을 해석적인 방법을 통하여 추정하는 데네는 어려 움이 있으며 시뮬레이션에 의한 방법이 적절하다. 본 고에서는 B-ISDN 서비스의 트래픽 특 성과 ATM 교환기의 시스템 구성 및 신뢰도 데이터로부터 시스템의 연결 절단율을 추정하 기 위한 시뮬레이터의 기능 및 구조, 시뮬레이션 수행 결과 등을 제시한다. 시뮬레이터는 AweSim 시뮬레이션과 CUser Written Code를 사용하여 개발하였다. 시뮬레이터의 구성 모듈은 크게 호 도착 모듈, 연결 제어 및 자원 할당 모듈, 유니트 고장 및 수리 모듈, 통계 량 수집 모듈 등으로 구성된다. 개발된 시뮬레이터는 B-ISDN 트래픽 파라메터와 연결 절단 율의 상호 관계 규명 및 시스템 설계 대안 (Design alternatives)에 대한 비교/평가에 활용 된다., 수중생물의 경우는 특히 수온, 수량 영양원등이다.(중략). 본 연구의 접근방법으로는 ASRS의 개념적인 Reference Model을 수립하고 이 Reference Model에 대한 Formal Model로 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification)을 이용하여 시스템을 Modeling하였다. 이의 Computer Simulation을 위하여 DEVS형식론 환경에서의 Simulation Language인 DEVSim ++ⓒ를 이용하여 시스템을 구현하였다.. 실형 결과로는 먼저 선형 상미분방정식의 예로 mass-damper-spring system, 비선형 상미분방정식의 예로는 van der Pol 방정식, 연립 상미분방정식의 예로는 mixing tank problem 등을 보였으며, 그의 공학에서 일어나는 여러 가지 문제들도 다루었다.화물에 대한 방어력이 증가되어 나타난 결과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(minimal $X^{0}$ elements)로 가정한다. 즉, [+wh] 의미의 겹의문사는 동일한 구성요 소를 지닌 병렬적 합성어([$[W1]_{XO-}$ $[W1]_{XO}$ ]$_{XO}$

A Case Study on Exploring Service Examples of Domestic and International Art Content Platform (국내외 아트 콘텐츠 플랫폼의 서비스 사례 고찰)

  • Since the COVID-19 pandemic, art content platforms have evolved into content venues for the holistic experience of art, which is distinct from offline experiences, and possesses unique characteristics that are no longer just auxiliary means of information delivery. The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of platform development for art content in order to revitalize art experiences in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution by analyzing functional utility cases of art content platform services both domestically and abroad. To achieve this, factors for analyzing the functional utility of art content platforms were extracted through literature research. Then, the functions and services of domestic and foreign art content platforms were categorized into three groups, and based on the analysis factors of 'interaction', 'reliability', 'convenience', and 'diversity' extracted from the literature, the development direction of art content platforms was examined through a service and function analysis. The significance of this study is that it analyzed the overall user experience online and the development direction of art content platforms through functional utility analysis. Through this, it aims to provide implications by analyzing the various utilization possibilities of art content platforms and the perspective of users who experience art in the media environment.
