  • Lifeline service disruptions can have significant impacts on local community in the aftermath natural disaster. Although effective restoration strategies with accurate damage assessment are required, the internal complexity of lifeline networks and their interdependency makes the understanding restoration process of lifeline systems a difficult issue. Additionally, the limitations of previous research relating the influence assessment of lifeline to community disaster resilience, highlight the need for understanding of lifeline networks. Therefore, this paper presents an agent-based model to discover emergent behavior and evaluate the interdependency and resiliency in lifeline networks. This research will provide basic guideline of resource allocation in order to mitigate cascading failures of the post disaster restoration processes.

  • 최근 초고속 인터넷의 보급과 웰빙 복지사회 성숙은 기존 헬스케어 서비스의 컴퓨팅 환경을 통합 분산 환경에서 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 분산객체그룹 프레임워크를 적용하여 각종 센서와 장치 그리고 이를 지원하는 응용들을 그룹화 하여 헬스케어 홈 서비스를 제공하는 환경을 제안한다. 이를 위해 하위계층인 물리계층의 각종 센서 및 장치들과 상위 계층인 헬스케어 홈 서비스 응용간의 상호작용을 정의하였다. 그리고 헬스케어 홈 서비스 지원 시뮬레이터 환경에서 시뮬레이터를 구현 및 시연하여 객체그룹 프레임워크의 수행성을 검증하고, 보다 효과적인 헬스케어 홈 서비스 지원 수행환경을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Virtual Reality의 많은 응용 분야 중 중요한 한가지는 collaboration 분야이다. collaboration이란 거리적으로 떨어져 있는 사람들이 네트워크를 통해 상호 작용하고 공동의 작업을 할수 있게 해 주는 것으로, 시스템은 사용자의 의지를 있는 그대로 표출할 수 있도록 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공해 주어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하여 네트워크상의 사용자들이 collaboration work을 수행할 수 있게 해주는 시스템인 Webber에 대해서 설명한다. Webber는 서버/클라이언트 구조를 기반으로 구현되었고, 네트워크로 연결된 사용자들이 가상의 환경에서 키보드, 마우스, 펜 입력 장치 또는 마이크를 사용하여 의사소통을 할 수 있는 환경을 제공한다. Webber는 시스템에서 제공되는 서비스를 담당하는 Service-PUP(Processing Unit Plug-in)이라는 서비스 블럭(Service Block과 이들PUP들을 관리하고 이들간의 통신을 담당하는 Framework로 구성되어 있다. 각 ,Service-Pup들은 하나의 기계에 다중 프로세스로 구축되거나 네트워크로 연결된 서로 다른 기계에 분산될 수 있고, 이들 PUP의 독립성으로 인해 서비스의 유지 보수, 새로운 서비스의 추가 삭제가 간편하다.

An Analysis of Spatial Accessibility to Public Healthcare Services in Rural Areas (농촌지역 공공 보건서비스에 대한 공간적 접근성 분석)

  • The issue of spatial equity in public healthcare services is an important issue in rural areas with lower healthcare resources. This study investigates spatial accessibility to public healthcare services by public transport, focusing on bus travel in Yeoju-gun, Gyeonggi-do. We comprehensively analyzed the spatial patterns of accessibility using the measures based on spatial interaction, and compared them with the accessibility patterns by car travel. As a result of analysis, the spatial disparity between the central part of Yeoju-gun (lower accessibility) and its peripheries (higher accessibility) was identified. More specifically, the area and population of lower accessibility areas are greater than those of higher accessibility areas, and the difference in the accessibility values between higher and lower accessible areas is considerably large. Moreover, the accessibility patterns appears somewhat different according to two different travel modes. In particular, about 20% of the entire area presented the opposite patterns between two travel modes. Interestingly, less populated peripheral areas are more included in higher accessible areas by car.

  • 전자상거래 환경에서 기업들은 고객들과 자신의 시스템을 통합하여 확장하려고 노력하고 있다. 이러한 통합은 반드시 상호작용성 측면에서 고려되어야 만다. 즉 XML을 이용한 웹 서비스 측면에서 메세징 서비스가 적용되어야만 의미 시는 솔루션을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 P2P 네트워크 영역과 같은 분산 컴퓨팅 문제를 해결할 수 있는 JXTA 기법을 활용하여 효율적인 메세징이 가능한 전자상거래 프레임워크를 제안한다. 특히 규칙 기반 메세징 기법을 이용하여 변화에 적절히 대응할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 제시하는 프레임워크에서는 현재 인터넷 비즈니스 관련 업계 표준으로 각광받고 있는 ebXML과의 연계방안을 즉시한다.

The Effect of Online Community's Interactivity, Reward, Commitment and Loyalty on Purchase Intention in Portal Sites (포털사이트에서 온라인 커뮤니티의 상호작용성, 보상, 몰입과 충성도가 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research studied the interactions of online communities, reward, commitment and loyalty to purchase intention in portal sites based on relevant theories. Data were collected from the users who had purchase experiences in potal sites to analyze the effects of interactions and loyalty. An empirical analysis regarding the hypothesized structural equation model was performed using SPSS 10.0 and PLS Graph 3.0. As the result, the interactivity of communities was found significant to commitment and loyalty, the reward of community was shown to significantly influence commitment, but not loyalty. And the commitment and loyalty of community were shown to have much effects on purchase intention. Finally, trust on portal sites were found to have an interaction effect on purchase intention.

  • 현재 인터넷상에서 서비스되고 있는 컨텐츠는 업그레이드되어 3차원 가상기법인 Web 3D 기술을 적용한 사실적이며 현실감 있는 환경에서 상호작용이 가능한 컨텐츠로 전환되고 있다. 이에 Web 3D의 시장에 많은 저작도구들이 개발되고 활용되고 있다. VRML를 기반으로 하는 표준 기술과 특정분야에 활용될 수 있게 개발된 비표준 기술들로 발전하고 있는 환경에서 Web 3D 컨텐츠 구축을 위한 저작도구의 분석은 필연적이라 생각된다. Web 3D 저작도구의 기본 기능과 확장성, 호환성, 적용분야를 비교 분석하여 각 활용분야와 체형에 맞는 저작도구의 선택을 통한 컨텐츠 제작 효율의 극대화를 제안한다.

Reliability and Validity of Korean Version of the Nurse-Patient Interaction Scale (한국판 간호사-환자 상호작용 측정도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도 검증)

  • This study examined the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Nurse-Patient Interaction Scale (K-NPIS) for the elderly, at long-term care hospitals in Korea. The original NPIS was developed to identify important characteristics of elderly patient experiences regarding nurse-patient interactions in nursing homes. Totally, 202 hospitalized elderly patients at 4 long-term hospitals in Jinju-si, Suncheon-si, and Namwon-si, were enrolled in the study and completed the questionnaire. For internal consistency, Cronbach's α of K-NPIS was 0.96 after item analysis. K-NPIS was validated using the confirmatory factor analysis and content validity. The content validity score was more than 0.80, establishing the appropriateness and readiness of the tool through group discussions between clinical experts and elderly patients. The K-NPIS is a 10-point scale comprising 12 questions. K-NPIS scores between different residential groups were significantly different, and showed no ceiling or floor effect. The internal consistency reliability, construct validity, and discriminative validity of K-NPIS was adequate. However, criterion validity requires further examination. Our findings suggest that K-NPIS serves as an appropriate measure of nurse-patient interaction when applying the nursing care intervention for elderly.

A Study on the Perceived Language and Non-verbal Communication and Lapport and Customer Satisfaction of Hospital Users : Focused on the Control Effect of Service Authenticity (병원이용객이 지각한 언어·비언어커뮤니케이션과 라포, 고객만족에 관한 연구 : 서비스진정성 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study is a descriptive survey using a self-reported survey method to understand the effect of language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers on customer satisfaction through Lapport and to determine the degree of impact on Lapport by adjusting perceived service authenticity. The data collection period was from April 5 to April 30, 2021. Using the convenience sampling method, data were collected from users of medical institutions located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 306 valid questionnaires were used as statistical analysis data. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistics version 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs through a coding process. In the results of this study, it was found that the language and non-verbal communication of medical service providers influenced customer satisfaction through Lapport, and the perceived service authenticity in the relationship between each variable acts as a moderating effect. Considering that the language and non-verbal factors of the medical service provider are important in the interaction between the medical service provider and the hospital user, the medical service provider should take full account of the language and non-verbal factors and help the medical institution communicate with the hospital user.

  • This study was conducted to develop a multiple-item scale for measuring the food service quality in the restaurant industry. For developing the scale, Kelly Repertory Grid Methods were conducted. Collected data of food service quality were analyzed with the reliability analysis and the factor analysis of SPSS 12.0 and the 3rd-order confirmatory factor analysis of LISREL 8.70. The food service quality model of this study is conceptually based on the Brady and Cronin(2001)'s hierarchical approach to the service quality model. The hierarchical model of the food service quality which comprises three constructs of the physical environment quality, the interaction quality and the food quality as a primary dimension. The hierarchical approaches to the food service quality help overcome the limitations of the SERVQUAL model for which some arguments have been made that it lacks a clear division between the dimensions and its subsequent overlapping between them.
