웹서비스(Web service)는 네트워크 상에서 서로 다른 종류의 컴퓨터들 간에 상호작용을 지원하는 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 현재 웹서비스 표준들은 주로 서비스의 기능적인 요소들에 대한 내용에 집중되어 있어서 웹서비스의 QoS와 같은 서비스의 비기능적인 속성들을 표현하는 것은 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 보다 신속하고 효율적인 웹서비스 합성을 위해 계층적인 브로커링 방식을 사용하여 웹서비스 합성을 위한 기법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 복잡한 응용을 지원하기 위한 웹서비스의 구조가 계층적인 구조를 갖는다고 가정하고 웹서비스들을 지원하기 위하여 계층적인 브로커 구조를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 계층적인 브로커들은 웹서비스의 QoS와 합성을 지원하기 위해서 브로커 시스템 내에 QoS 상태 정보와 합성 정보를 유지한다. 제안기법에서는 이러한 구조와 이러한 정보를 통해 웹서비스 QoS 요청에 대하여 효율적으로 처리할 수 있다.

정보기술의 발전은 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 학습자와 전문가의 상호작용을 이루어주는 온라인 기반 교육서비스인 이러닝을 대학도서관에서 이용자에게 온라인 서비스로 제공하기 시작했다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학도서관에서 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠의 현황을 설립유형, 지역별, 규모별로 구분하여 비교 분석하는 것이다. 이를 통해 오늘날 대학도서관에서 중점적으로 제공하는 이러닝 콘텐츠를 파악하여 향후 이용자의 대학도서관 이러닝 콘텐츠 선호도와 만족도 등의 연구에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

현재 잘 갖추어진 정보통신 인프라에서 이동통신사들이 제공하는 서비스들이 각기 다른 무선 마크업 언어를 사용하고 있어 하나의 컨텐츠를 제공하기 위해서는 각 이동통신사별로 별도의 추가 개발이 이루어져야 하는 등 서비스 발전에 장애 요인이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 국내외 무선 인터넷의 현실을 고려하여 무선 인터넷 컨텐츠의 생산성 향상 또는 서비스의 질적 향상을 위하여 유무선 인터넷 컨텐츠들을 이동 단말기들에 적합하도록 변환 작성하여 전송해주는 프럭시(proxy)를 개발하였다. 본 연구의 특징은 metaXML로 정의된 중간 언어를 채택하여 서로 다른 마크업 언어로 작성된 컨텐츠들을 효과적으로 변환할 수 있다.

The objectives of this study are to suggest useful directions for promotion of SNS tourism information service to the service providers through investigating the effect relationship between SNS tourism information service quality and the information sharing intention. To achieve the objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on SNS tourism information service quality and information sharing intention were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the service users about the services was conducted. The findings showed that the 'easy acquisition' and 'interactivity' factors of SNS tourism information service quality have an effect on the information sharing intention. Accordingly, the service providers are required to enhance the service quality related to the information acquisition and interaction between users.

본 연구에서는 2개의 사례지구에 대한 설문조사를 통해 서비스평가 구조모형을 개발하였다. 모형의 가설로서 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석 등을 통해 구성된 '질적서비스에 대한 인식', '이동성에 대한 인식 '환승에 대한 인식', '경제성에 대한 인식'이란 인지서비스(Perceived service)를 나타내는 4개의 잠재변수는 '개인속성'과 '교통특성'이란 잠재변수의 영향을 받으며, 상호 구조적인 관계를 가지고 전반적인 만족도로 대표되는 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미친다고 가정한다. 모형추정결과, 기초적합지수(GFI)가 상인·월성 0.864, 지산·범물 0.807로 나타났고, 조정 적합지수 (AGFI)는 상인·월성 0.823. 지산·범물 0.759로 나타나 적합성은 대체로 양호하다고 할 수 있다. 또한 두 지역 모두에 있어서 잠재변수 간이나 잠재변수와 관측변수간의 인과계수의 유의성도 2, 3개의 인과계수를 제외하면 모두 5% 유의수준에서 유의한 것으로 나타나 전체적으로 모형이 타당하다고 판단된다. 상인·월성의 경우, 운전기사에 대한 인식치가 '서비스평가'에 미치는 영향력이 가장 크며, 요금수준과 더불어 직접적으로 '서비스평가'에 영향을 미치고 있다 기타 편리성, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성이 중요한 원인으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 지산·범물의 경우, 쾌적성, 시설 및 운영성, 편리성이 '서비스평가'에 직접적으로 큰 영향력을 미치고 있다. 특히 이러한 '질적서비스에 대한 인식'은 버스의 현행 요금수준과 대기시간에, 그리고 유의성이 높다고 할 수 없지만 이용자의 연령과 버스이용빈도에 영향을 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined the SNS Factors and user awareness evaluate the relationship affect the degree of acceptance SNS. Additionally, the effect on the SNS uses the social media attributes and user relationship was confirmed what the critical factors applied. Through literature analysis, SNS characteristic factors were selected to interactivity and exchange views and usability, and relationship factors were selected the flow and attachment orientation. And these factors and verified the effect on the SNS also acceptable. It was accomplished by a regression analysis to achieve the purpose of research. results were as follows. First, the interactivity and exchange of ideas and useful characteristics had a significant impact on the SNS acceptance. Second, SNS relationship characteristic of flow and attached propensity has had a significant impact on the SNS acceptance. Third, SNS relationship factors are more influential than the SNS features a great degree of acceptance. These results will provide suggestions for necessary to have any experience as well as SNS should emphasize what characteristics you want the communicator to accommodate the height of SNS also allows the use of SNS users.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of service value in the effect of service fairness on service quality and structural causal relationship between service quality and reuse intention of domestic airlines. The impact between the variables was analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 based on a survey of 320 airline users. The results are as follow. First, all the three factors of airline service fairness had a significant effect on service quality. Second, out of the three service fairness factors, distribution fairness and interactivity, had a positive effect on reuse intention. On the contrary, interactive fairness had no significant effect on reuse intention. Third, airline service quality had a significant effect on reuse intention. Finally, there was a moderating effect of value orientation in the relationship between service fairness and service quality.

The purpose of this study is to design a service encounter of a duty free shop using a blueprinting method. This case study analyzed differences between city-based and airport-based duty free shop and proposed a flow chart based on administration blueprinting of the duty free shop in South Korea. The paper presented process criteria based on administrative procedures of customers in city-based and airport-based duty free shop. The results of the study provided the cause of failure with waiting point of customer and customer service and suggested management plan to solve failure. Also, the study addressed more customer-oriented service delivery processes to improve service quality and customer satisfaction through waiting and failure points.

Users in ubiquitous computing environment can easily access and use a multitude of devices and services anywhere and anytime. The key technology to realize this scenario is the method to intuitively provide proper user interfaces for each device and service. Previous attempts simply provided a designated user interface for each device and service or provided an abstract user interface to control common functions of different services. To select a target appliance, either user directly specified the target device or depended on sensors such as RFID tags and readers limiting the applicable scenarios. In this paper, we present UbiController which uniquely uses camera on the mobile device to recognize markers of appliances to acquire user interface for controlling task. UbiController aims to provide automatic discovery of multiple services in the smart home environment, support traditional GUI and novel camera-based recognition method as well as intuitive interaction methods for users. In this paper, we show experiments on the performance of UbiController's discovery and recognition methods and user feedback on interaction methods from a user study.

There are growing demands for improving the patient safety and the effectiveness of medical services through device connectivity and interoperability. However, integration through networking might greatly increase the complexity of the system if it is not properly designed, jeopardizing patient safety. In this paper, we codify safe medical device interaction patterns, and exploit them for the low complexity design and safety analysis of networked supervisory medical systems. We implement the proposed approach as a plug-in of Architecture Analysis and Description Language (AADL). Our implementation enables the modeling and safety analysis of medical devices and their interactions before actual development.
