본 논문은 융합 서비스 환경을 위한 차세대 공통 플랫폼 운영 환경에서 다양한 융합 서비스들의 지원을 위한 플랫폼 호스팅 서비스를 제공하기 위해 적합한 과금 관리 체계를 융합 서비스에 맞는 과금 모델을 통해 제시한다. 향후 차세대 네트워크 환경에서의 융합 서비스 개발 촉진을 위해 필수적인 기술인 공통 기반 플랫폼 서비스 제공 기술의 도입을 위한 주요 기반 기술인 과금 관리 기능을 위한 과금 모델을 제시한다. 서비스 플랫폼의 변화와 산업의 특징들을 주시하여 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 확인하고, 융합 서비스 플랫폼을 구성하기 위한 요구 기능을 확인한다. 이를 바탕으로 서비스별 과금 모델 적용을 도출/분류하고 과금 모델을 각종 서비스에 적용하는 방안에 관하여 연구하였다.

Recently, interesting of U-city with ubiquitous computing technologies has increased and u-city services can improve people's quality of life. Among the u-city services, traffice service is actively developed in our lives. In this paper, we propose the business model and business model process in u-intelligence traffic service. To propose the research purpose, we examined the prior business model and investigated u-intelligence traffic information and control services. And also, we draw scenario and used it to identify business model. To efficiently understand proposed business model, we built business model process of u-intelligence traffic information and control services. The results of study, we draw 4 representative U-intelligence traffic information and control service. Based on representative services, we proposed business model and business model process with stakeholder, benefiter and value model. This study concludes with implications of the study results as well as limitations and future research directions.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 서비스간의 변환을 통하여 유비쿼터스 서비스 통합 및 제어를 위한 유비쿼터스 홈(u-Home) 서비스 통합 모델을 제시하고 있으며, 이러한 유비쿼터스 서비스간의 변환은 SOA(Service-oriented architecture)을 기반으로 하는 서비스 변환 게이트웨이 엔진을 이용하여 이루어진다. 이 SOA기반의 서비스 변환 게이트웨이 엔진을 이용한 u-Home 서비스 통합 모델은 유비쿼터스 서비스들을 웹 서비스 형태의 서비스로 변환하고, 이를 이용해 유비쿼터스 서비스들을 일괄되게 제어할 수 있게 하여, u-Home 내에서의 유비쿼터스 서비스 통합을 이루도록 하기 위한 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델이다.

본 논문에서는 OSGi서비스 프레임워크 환경에서 서비스의 접근 통제 기법을 구현할 수 있는 정형화된 보안 모델을 제시하고 있다. OSSEM(OSGi Service Security Extension Model)이라고 하는 이 보안 모델은 위임, 허가, 거부의 3가지 권한 엔트리를 정의하여 동적으로 설치되는 번들에서 독립적인 보안 정책의 설정을 지원하며, 다른 번들의 정책과 결합될 때 안전한 서비스의 수행을 보장한다. 이 모델은 유연성있는 보안 정책의 설정의 가능하고 OSGi 서비스 프레임워크 환경에서 기존의 Java 2 보안 아키텍처와 쉽게 통합이 가능하므로 번들과 서비스에 대한 접근 통제 뿐만 아니라 OSG 내부 자원의 접관 통제 방안으로도 확장할 수 있다.

This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.

This study was performed to derive a modern service management model reflecting the philosophy of the new business administration. Service management as the modern business administration should be faithful to the spirit of modernity. In addition, service management must be faithful to the essence of service in service economy era. And since modern management is to manage organizations those are the central organizations of human society, it must be managed according to the common principles of the world. Management that satisfies these three management philosophy conditions is defined as modern service management. In this study, we analyzed that the existing service management framework does not meet these standards of modern management and derived an improved modern service management model. The modern service management model must be a management model that reflects the essence of intangible goods called service, it must be a management framework that reflects the modern spirit, and it must be a management model that reflects the common principles of the world required by the central organization of the modern economic society. Therefore, this study analyzed the modern spirit in addition to the service essence and the common principle of the world analyzed in the previous study, and presented a modern service management model with these three requirements. Also, examples of modern service management were presented. This study is a conceptual model, and analytical research is needed to demonstrate that this management model can consistently produce excellent management performance by strengthening empirical studies in the future.

한국의 경제가 저출산, 고령화사회의 진전으로 미래에 대한 불확실성 상태에 빠져들고 있다. 그러나 이러한 위기는 새로운 비즈니스 모델의 창출을 필요로 하는 기회가 될 수 있다. 따라서 미래성장엔진으로서 지향을 위한 새로운 사회 서비스 시장의 비즈니스 모델을 준비할 필요성이 있다. 사회서비스 비즈니스 모델은 참여인력 확보와 교육을 통한 양성, 보급을 바탕으로 하는데, 사회에 활성화 되어 있는 인터넷정보기술에 대한 응용방안과 효과를 본 연구를 통해 규명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 국내외 사회서비스 정책을 비교분석하고 연구의 필요성을 효율적으로 이끌어 내기 위해 다음의 연구문제를 설정하였다. 1. 국내 사회서비스 정책은 외국 사회서비스 정책과 비교할 때 어떤 차이가 있는가? 2. 사회 서비스 사업모델과 접목할 수 있는 적합한 정보기술과 접목방안은 어떤 것이 있는가? 3. 정보기술을 접목한 사회 서비스 사업모델의 효과 및 개선방안은 어떠한가? 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과를 가지고 사회 서비스 포털 구성안과 비즈니스 연결 방안을 제시함으로서 정부의 사회 서비스 민영화 방안과 민수사업 활성화, 일자리 확대 목표의 초석이 되는 연구가 되고자 한다.

유전 위험 사정과 상담서비스가 임상실무에 널리 적용되어 감에 따라, 다양한 비용효율 면에서 다양한 상담서비스 모델을 사정하고, 대상자의 임상 요구와 건강문제를 해결하는데 어떤 모델이 유용한 지 확인할 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 114건의 현장 관찰과 문헌고찰을 통하여 3가지 유전상담 모형을 분석하였다. 유전의학 전문가 모델, 유전상담사 모델, 임상연구전문가 모델을 중심으로 각 모델의 구조, 전문가의 역할 및 기능, 목표, 물리적 세팅, 교육도구 등을 분석하였다. 각 모형 안에서 환자에게 기대되는 결과 면에서 질적 서비스가 보장되는지 확인하기 위하여 이론적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 각 모형의 상담 전, 중, 후 환자 만족, 지식 변화, 상담 효과 및 커뮤니케이션 효과 등을 분석하였지만, 결론적으로 상담서비스가 이루어지고 있는 기관의 구조를 충분히 고려하지 않은 상태에서 최상의 서비스 모델을 제시하기 어려울 것임을 논의하였다.

The objective of this study is to develop the theoretical model of the telecommunication system service availability from the user perspective. We assume non-homogeneous Poisson process for the call arrival process and continuous time Markov chain for the system state. The proposed model effectively describes the user model of the user-perceived service reliability by including the time-varying call arrival rate. We also include the operational failure state where the user cannot receive any service even though the system is functioning.

공공기관에서 VoIP 서비스를 적용한 멀티미디어 서비스 제공을 채택하면서 신호 프로토콜로서 SIP, H.323, MGCP 또는 megaco/H.248 등을 사용하고 차세대 인터넷인 IPv6 채택으로 기존 IPv4와 IPv6 연동 등 상호운용에 문제가 있이 이를 해결하기 위하여 2005년 VoIPv6 참조모델을 제정하고 이를 공공기관에서 사용하도록 권고하였다. 이 참조모델은 인터넷 전화 중심의 인터넷 서비스였으며 이번 VoIPv6 참조모델 개정안은 새로운 응용 서비스 추가와 기존 모델에서 점검하지 못한 사항 등을 보완하였다. 본 원고에서는 VoIPv6 개정모델에서 포함하고 있는 영상전화 서비스 제공방안, 보안 정도에 따라 무선 IP 전화기 활용방안, 영상방송, 영상감시 등을 소개하고 있다. 본 원고에서 권고하는 참조모델은 향후 공공기관에서 VoIPv6 기반의 통신서비스 구축에 참조모델로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
