서비스 제공자와 서비스 이용자 간의 서비스 품질에 관한 인식 차이 연구 - 대학 행정 서비스 중심으로

  • 캠퍼스 중심의 정규 대학 연구가 급격히 감소될 것으로 예상되면서 대학도 매우 치열한 경쟁 체계를 벗어 날 수 없게 되었다. 이에 다양한 매체를 적용하는 학습방법과 학생의 개념을 다양화하려는 대학들의 노력이 강화됨에 따라 대학 서비스의 핵심인 교육서비스와 행정서비스에 대한 품질 향상은 매우 중요한 과제가 되었다. 본 연구는 대학 서비스의 핵심 중 하나인 행정 서비스를 중심으로 서비스 제공자가 인식한 서비스 품질과 서비스 이용자가 인식한 서비스 품질의 수준이 직무 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 분석하였다 또한 서비스 제공자가 인식하는 서비스 제공 품질과 서비스 이용자가 인식한 서비스 사용 품질에 관한 두 인식의 차이를 고찰하였다.

웹캠에 의한 무선원격 모니터링이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공의 수단으로 활 용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 웹캠에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, 웹캠에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 웹캠 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 웹캠 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 이동성 및 휴대성, 편의성, 가시성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도가 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 서비스 품질 구성요인들을 고객이 인식함에 있어서 고객성향 중에서 디지털 기기 숙련도가 서비스 품질 인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 그 외 인구통계학적 변인과 서비스 품질 구성요인들은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었는바, 이러한 결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다.

A Study on the Evaluation and Improvement of Staff Services Quality in Academic Library (대학도서관의 인적 서비스 품질에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to analyze the gap between university students' cognitions and expectations on users' cognitions about dimensions of library staff service quality and the reason of gap. The results showed that the overal service didn't reach the users' minimum expectation. Among the every item of service quality, the greatest expectation service was the quick delivery of non home library materials and staff's politeness. The most great was in-depth subject services and friendly encounter. The staff service quality gave the library satisfaction; in-depth subject services, exact understanding of user needs and politeness. The great gaps were caused to the lack of willingness to answer question, the lack of communication, and the lack of user care etc.

  • Library and information service (LIS) of academic libraries plays an important role in the education and research activities of universities. Such importance of LIS facilitated much research that defines the quality factors constituting LIS and identifies the importance of them. The previous literature, however, has some limitations. The limitations arise from the interrelationship among the quality factors and the perception gap between users and providers on LIS quality factors. Despite the understanding of the interrelationship and the perception gap, LIS studies to deal with both dimesions synthetically are sparse. Therefore, this paper defines the interrelationship among LIS quality factors as a network model, then identifies the perception gap on LIS quality factors by exploiting the analytic network process. As an early stage study, this paper contributes to helping the quality improvement of acedemic LIS by considering the interrelationship among LIS quality factors and the perception gap on the LIS quality factors between LIS users and providers.

Effect of Web-services' Technological Interactivity on User-generated Contents' Perceived Efficiency and Quality (웹서비스의 기술적 상호작용성이 사용자 콘텐츠 생산 효율성과 품질 인식에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • One of the key factors for success in fostering web-service is the supply of user-generated contents(UGCs). Technological interactivity is an environmental factor which stimulates user-content interaction, and reflects the system's capability for supporting various interactions that are allowed by a medium. The present study uses a structural equation model to investigate the influence of three components of technological interactivity-user control, synchronicity, and responsiveness-on web-services' perceived content performance. The results show that web-services' user control and synchronicity exhibited a positive relationship with the perceived efficiency of content generation; further, perceived efficiency boosts perceptions of content quality, which means that the user control and synchronicity of a web-service also have an indirect effect on perceived content quality. Additionally, responsiveness has a positive effect on perceived content quality. These findings are important for marketers and operators seeking to make their web-service successful.

A Study on Users' Perception of Specialized Services through Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries (공공도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 통한 특화서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 연구)

  • This study was intended to confirm the perception of the users for the public libraries specialized service through the difference in library service quality according to the availability of specialized services by utilizing 'LibQUAL+' that is a service quality assessment tool. As a results, there is difference in the minimum and perceived levels between libraries that provide assessment result specialized services for service levels and those that did not. And there was no difference in the expected level. The degree of service showed generally higher user perception in the Adequacy Gap and Superiority Gap than libraries that do not offer specialized services. Therefore, the users of public libraries recognize that libraries that offer specialized services are better served than libraries that do not.

Effects of Perceived Quality of TikTok on User Satisfaction and Continuance Intention: and the Role of Commercial Viability (틱톡(TikTok) 서비스에 대한 품질 인식이 이용자 만족과 지속 사용 의도에 미치는 영향과 상업성 인식의 효과)

  • This study examined how the quality of TikTok service affects user satisfaction and continuance intention. This study classified the quality of Tiktok service as service quality, information quality, and system quality, and examined the effect of each dimension on user satisfaction and continuous intention. In addition, the role of perceived commercial viability was also examined. In this study, we conduced an online survey on 237 Chinese TikTok users and analyzed the data with the SEM and a moderated regression analysis. Results are as follows. First, information quality and system quality are positively associated with user satisfaction. Second, information quality is positively associated with continuance intention. Third, user satisfaction fully mediates system quality and continuance intention, and it partially mediates information quality and continuance intention. Fourth, although user satisfaction is positively associated with continuance intention, commercial viability does not function as a moderating variable.

Exploring Differences of Customers' Perceptions toward Mobile Services (모바일 서비스에 대한 이용자의 품질인식 차이에 관한 연구 : 한국과 미국 이용자를 중심으로)

  • Because the mobile services is composed of heterogeneous attributes, it is hard to find out customer's potential needs and more difficult to analyze customer's satisfaction factors toward mobile services. Therefore, this study approached this issue from a new viewpoint and applied Kano Model in analyzing customer's satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors toward mobile services. By using Kano Model, it tried to find out how differently customers perceive the mobile services. Firstly, we found out perception gaps of Korean and American customers toward mobile services. While Korean customers perceived most mobile services as indifferent service attributes, American customers perceived them as attractive service attributes. We could find main reasons of these perception differences from different national backgrounds and adoption rates of smart phones between two countries. Secondly, based on TRI scores, we categorized subjects into four groups and named as Pioneers, Explorers, Skeptics and Laggards. And then we examined the perception differences to mobile services among four groups. We found that there were no significant perception differences among four groups.

Understanding the Perceptions and Service Quality of Korean Foods : A Comparative Cross-cultural Study of International Tourists Visiting Korea (한국음식에 대한 인식과 서비스품질의 차이 : 방한 외국인 관광객 비교문화연구)

  • This study examines international tourists 'perceived images and service quality of Korean foods. A survey was conducted to international tourists(Chinese, Japanese, American) visiting Korea. The results of study show that there is a significant difference in several attributes of Korean traditional foods as perceived by international tourists along their nationality. Particularly, American tourists tend to highly evaluate Korean foods as ones good for health. The perceived attractiveness of Korean foods in terms of color and shape is higher for Chinese and Americans than Japanese. A distinct difference is also found in the importance and performance attributes of perceived quality of Korean foods by the nationality of tourists. The results of IPA for the perceived quality of Korean traditional foods show that the restaurant facility and atmosphere are identified as the ones that need to be improved across all the tourists.

  • This study presents how the recognition of nail care shop's SNS information and nail care service's quality affects to customer's satisfaction, with 257 women who is aged between 20 and 50, with survey. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information is comprised with understanding, utilization, and loyalty. The recognition of nail care service's quality is comprised with external service, internal service, and the service attitude of employee. All the factors are verified with feasibility study and reliability test. The information about nail care service can be found at the internet and SNS most. The recognition of nail care shop's SNS information has positive effect with the satisfaction of SNS, and the recognition of nail care shop's quality has positive relationship with the satisfaction of nail care service. The various utilization of SNS service with systemic service attitude of employee can lead to positive effect of promoting a nail care shop.
