This study examines the effect of customer experience management capability of a bank and job satisfaction and customer orientation of the frontline employee in bank. The proposed research model and developed hypotheses were tested using structural equations modeling based on data collected from 321 employees working in banks. The results of the study confirm the positive effects of employee training, employee empowerment, employee evaluation, cross functional work of customer experience management capability is job satisfaction and customer orientation. But channel integration is not supported job satisfaction and customer orientation. Performance management influenced customer orientation through job satisfaction. The study provides On a theoretical level valuable insights into the customer experience management competency at the organizational unit and but there is also a limitation that firms the is limited.

Recently, Web services based service-oriented architecture is widely used to integrate effectively various applications distributed on the networks. In the service-oriented architecture BPEL as a standard modeling language for the business processes provides the way to integrate various services provided by applications. Over the past few years, some types of studies have been made on testing compatibility of services and on discriminating and tracing of the business processes in the services composition. Now a lot of studies about the services composition with BPEL are going on. However there were few efforts to solve the problems caused by the services composition. Especially, there is no effort to evaluate whether a composite service is reliable and whether it is robust against to exceptional situations. In this paper, we suggest a test framework and a testing method for robustness of the composite service written in WS-BPEL. For this, firstly we extract some information from the BPEL process and the participant services. Next, with the extracted information we construct the virtual testing environment that generates various faults and exceptional cases which may be raised within the real services. Finally the testing work for robustness of a composite service is performed on the test framework.

There are technological, operational and environmental constraints at tactical edge, which are disconnected operation, intermittent connectivity, and limited bandwidth (DIL), size, weight and power (SWaP) limitations, ad-hoc and mobile network, and so on. To overcome these limitations and constraints, we use service-oriented architecture (SOA) based technologies. In our research, we propose a hierarchical mission service model that supports service-oriented mission planning and execution in order for a commander to operate various SW required for mission in battlefield environment. We will also implement development tools that utilize the workflow technology and semantic capability-based recommendation and apply them to combat mission scenarios to demonstrate effectiveness.

Recently, service-oriented systems have been issued by their properties of reducing software development time and effort by reusing functional service units. The reusability of services can effectively promote through loose coupling between services and loose coupling between services depends on component-based system. That is, the component-based system is designed by grouping the tightly coupled classes of the object-oriented system and the service-oriented system is designed by the component-based system. Therefore, to design the component-based system and service-oriented system efficiently, a metric to measure the coupling between classes accurately needs. In this paper, we propose a coupling metric between classes applying a structural property, a dynamic property, and the normalized value by 0-1. We prove the theoretical soundness of the proposed metric by the axioms of briand et al, and suggest the accuracy and practicality through a case study. We suggest the evaluation results of the proposed metric through a comparison with the conventional metrics.

최근 네트워크 구조 및 시스템은 다양한 서비스의 시기 적절한 적용을 위해 개방형구조의 모습을 지향하고 있다. 개방형 네트워크 구조는 제3의 서비스 개발자들의 시장 참여를 유도하고 경쟁을 유발시켜 서비스 품질을 개선하고 시스템을 효율적으로 유지, 관리 할 수 있도록 만들어 준다. Mobile IP가 단말의 macro mobility를 지원하기 위한 프로토콜의 특성상 단말이 이동할 때 발생하는 등록 절차에 따른 지연으로 인한 패킷 손실에 대한 문제점을 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점은 향후 이동 망에서 늘어나는 실시간 데이터 전송 품질을 저하시킨다. 핸드오프 지연을 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 방법들이 제안되어 왔으며 표준화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 네트워크 모델에서 micro mobility를 지원하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 각 이동 망을 구성하는 서브 시스템의 역할 및 특징에 대해 설명한다.

최근 사물인터넷이 빠른 속도로 발전할 것으로 예측됨에 따라서, 서비스들은 사용자들에게 제공되기 위해서 작은 디바이스부터 거대한 디바이스들간의 임베디드 디바이스의 발전과 센서 허브와 같은 보조 프로세서의 발전을 통해, 서로 연결되고 있으며, 사용자들을 위해 지금보다 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 맞춤형 사물인터넷 서비스를 제공하기 위한 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 효과적인 서비스 구축을 위한 기법들로 하위 디바이스 계층의 수준과 상위 어플리케이션 계층의 수준을 서로 구분 지을 수 있도록 서비스 지향형 컴퓨팅 방식을 사용하는 여러 계층 구성의 계층적 추상화 접근 방법이 소개되고 있지만, 사용자들에게 더 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 구축하는 것은 여전히 다양한 이슈가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 객체의 단방향 그래프 구성 기법을 적용하여, 효과적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 사물인터넷 서비스 구성을 위하여 서비스 오브젝트를 단방향 그래프 자료구조로 구성한 새로운 형태의 IoT 미들웨어 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 새로 제안된 미들웨어 구조상에서의 사용자의 사용 시나리오 및 시스템 성능상의 이점을 분산 시뮬레이션을 통하여 증명한다.

The AIN(Advanced Intelligent Network) employs the Intelligent Network Application Protocol(INAP) which is transparent to services and low layer telecommunication networks. In this paper, we introduce the standard structure of INAP, which has flexible structure for easy expansion as AIN evolves, and we propose a structure of INAP by defining its functional elements. Also we design, analyze the INAP for AAB(Automatic Alternative Billing) service, which is one of the target services of IN CS-1 using object-oriented methodology. We use OMT method which is modified by ObjectGEODE in the analysis phase and SDL language for design. Furthermore we simulate the INAP system to prove that the system has been correctly built and supplies the service correctly for which it was designed.

This paper introduces the development of an integrated design system using Service-Oriented Architecture. The system is proposed and being developed based on several advanced technologies, such as multi-agents, Internet/web Service, workflow, database and is aiming to provide the successful fulfill our target of integrating personnel, design activities and engineering resources along a predefined engineering design project (workflow) during product development process. By using SOA concept, the system tries to separates the engineering process into the engineering knowledge and the usage of engineering tool. Consequently, the computing resources in organization can be fully utilized and thus the cost can be reduced. The system is being designed and developed on the base of JADE (Java Agent DEvelopment Framework).

This paper attempts to analyze how the psychological factors would have an effect on the user's intention to make use of the mobile care via smart-phone, identifying the relationships among individual motivation propensity that consists of prevention propensity and promotion propensity, perceived usefulness and ease of use, perceived cost, behavioral use attitude and use intention based on technology acceptance model, and verifying them empirically through the structural equation modeling. The findings are as the followings. First, prevention motivation propensity affects positively on usefulness of smart-phone for mobile care service, but there are no significant indications that it affects on the ease of use and perceived cost. Second, promotion propensity affects positively on perceived ease of use and perceived cost of smart-phone for mobile care service, but there is no significant indication that it affects on perceived usefulness. Third, perceived usefulness and ease of use, and perceived cost affects positively on the use attitude. In sum, this paper confirms that the prevention propensity and promotion propensity might be used as antecedent variables for developing new smart-phone services of mobile care.

This study aims to verify the structural relationship among service orientation, employees' satisfaction and business performance primarily on the International Freight Forwarders. For carrying out the study, literature survey relating to service orientation, satisfaction and performance along with empirical analysis was carried out. Results of analyses were found to be as follows: first, International Freight Forwarder's service orientation has had influence on employees' satisfaction second, employees' satisfaction in the freight forwarding companies has had influence on financial performance.
