As one of the most traffic devices, bus has played a great role in Korea for the last years. However, a great many peoples in big cities have continually decreased with the increase of private car ownership. It causes lower quality of bus service and unstability of operation in many bus companies. In the several local government, the operation system of bus was changed to Bus Quasi-Public Operating System. The aim of this study is to assess the effects and to suggest improvement strategies of Bus QPOS. According to the results of the analysis, Bus QPOS has brought various positive effects, but it has occurred negative effects, especially a much increase of government subsidies to bus company. To resolve a negative effects, government should examine the whole condition of bus operations. This study suggests strategies to improve Bus QPOS, which is including transparency of management, fair assessment system, standard cost system for bus operations.
According to the recent advancement of mobile computing technology and the hardware technology, the mobile device has rapidly come into wide use.'rho data in the central management server needs to confirm to that in mobile devices in order for the mobile device users to access the needed data regardless of time and place. This is called Data Synchronization. Currently, major mobile device manufacturing companies provide the data synchronization solutions, but these solutions are not compatible with other mobile devices/other applied services. In order to solve this problem, OMA(Open Mobile Alliance), mainly composed of mobile telecommunication companies, has suggested using the SyncML(Synchronization Markup Language) data synchronization method. This is an attempt to make a public standard. In this paper, the data synchronization client that synchronizes the PIMS (Personal Information Management System) data in mobile devices like PDA is developed, complying with the SyncML standard requirements.

As seen in recent cases of hacking in financial services, attackers are attempting to hacking trustee with poor security management, rather than directly hacking a financial company. As a result, the consignor is strengthening the security check and control of the trustee, but small trustee has difficulties to invest in information security with the lack of computer facilities and the excessive cost of security equipment. In this paper I investigate the vulnerability of personal information processing life cycle standards in order to enhance the security of small consignee that receive personal information form the credit card company. To solve the vulnerability the company should use litigation management system constructed on cloud computing service and install VPN to secure confidentiality and intergrity in data transfer section. Also, to enhance the security of users, it is suggested to protect personal credit information by installing PC firewall and output security on user PC.

The concept of 'Edu-Tech', which is rapidly reorganized around e-Learning, has been spreading along with the development of intelligent information technology according to the fourth industrial revolution such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), BigData. Currently, leading companies are conducting online education services, but real-time two-way communication is difficult. In addition, in the case of off-line class, there are many students, and not only the time is limited, but also they often miss the opportunities to ask questions. In order to solve these problems, this paper develops a real - time interactive question and answer management system that can freely questions both on - line and off - line by combining the benefits of offline instant answers and the advantages of online openness. The developed system is a real-time personalized education system that enables the respondent to check the situation of the questioner in real time and provide a customized answer according to the inquirer's request. In addition, by measuring and managing the system usage time in seconds, the questioner and the respondent can efficiently utilize the system.
Today, each company focuses on maximizing customer satisfaction by providing the best service. This study examined the effect of coffee shop on customer satisfaction. In addition, we examined the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention and word of mouth. The results of this study are as follows: First, in order to investigate the satisfaction of customers using coffee specialty shops, data were gathered through questionnaires and 142 customers were analyzed using statistical analysis, It is important to have a positive image of the company and to influence the decision to repurchase, and should not overlook the role of generating new customers through word of mouth. Second, customers tend to be price-oriented, practical and reasonable. To meet these customers' needs, it is important to attract a large number of products at the same time to attract customers.

As the music streaming service and the Hi-Fi market grow, various audio devices are being released. As a result, consumers have a wider range of product choices, but it has become more difficult to find products that match their musical tastes. In this study, we proposed a system that extracts the vocal component from the user's preferred sound source and recommends the most suitable audio device to the user based on this information. To achieve this, first, the original sound source was separated using Python's Spleeter Library, the vocal sound source was extracted, and the result of collecting frequency band data of manufacturers' audio devices was shown in a grid graph. The Matching Gap Index (MGI) was proposed as an indicator for comparing the frequency band of the extracted vocal sound source and the measurement data of the frequency band of the audio devices. Based on the calculated MGI value, the audio device with the highest similarity with the user's preference is recommended. The recommendation results were verified using equalizer data for each genre provided by sound professional companies.

Since the Promotion Committee was established on March 25, 2021, urging the enactment of the Detective Business Act, many opinions and attention from all walks of life have been gathered. The Detective Business system, which is also one of the presidential pledges of the current 19th President Moon Jae In, is expected to be significant in that it can promote the development of a welfare state as well as efficient parts such as meeting the demand for security reinforcement services, improving the judicial system, and enhancing internationalization. In accordance with the consensus of the nine judges of the Constitutional Court that the lower part of Article 40 of the "Act on the Use and Protection of Credit Information" which prohibits the use of similar names such as investigating the general life of certain people does not violate the Constitution, detective work became possible regardless of the general life investigation. In particular, the detective job officially appeared on August 5, 2020, and it will be able to provide effective work services to the public by competing with prosecutors, police, and lawyers who have occupied exclusive positions in the field of a criminal investigations. However, although the role of detectives is gradually expanding and society is rapidly changing, illegal activities are prevalent throughout society, and more than 1,600 companies are currently operating suspiciously using the only name of "detectives", but the police are virtually letting go of the situation saying that they are "unauthorized.", and the damage is only going to the people, so at this point, the most worrisome thing is the absence of the law. Meanwhile, amid concerns over institutions overseeing illegal activities caused by the emergence of the detective industry, private security and detectives are similar to each other as in the United States, and it is expected to be able to gain public trust by entrusting the police in charge of managing and supervising private security companies. Therefore, at this time when most OECD countries except Korea legislate the Detective Business Act, prematurely allowing only the detective industry without enacting industry-related laws and systems can further fuel social confusion and hinder the detective industry along with the new fourth industry.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction and customer satisfaction on switching barrier and customer loyalty. Survey questionnaires were distributed to business owners in Seoul that are using electronic security system and the total of 500 copies were used as research data except 60 copies with insufficient responses. The results are as follow. First, as for the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction on electronic security customer satisfaction, it indicates that the higher electronic security service quality satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on electronic security customer satisfaction. Second, as for the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction on switching cost, it indicates that the higher electronic security service quality satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on switching cost. As for the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction on human relations, it indicates that the higher electronic security service quality satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on human relations. It indicates that the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction on alternative attraction was not meaningful. Third, as for the effects of electronic security customer satisfaction on switching cost, it indicates that the higher electronic security customer satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on switching cost. As for the effects of electronic security customer satisfaction on human relations, it indicates that the higher electronic security customer satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on human relations. But, it indicates that the effects of electronic security customer satisfaction on alternative attraction was not meaningful. Fourth, As for the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction and electronic security customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, it indicates that the higher electronic security service quality satisfaction achieves, the more it has positive effects on customer loyalty. As for the effects of switching cost on customer loyalty, it indicates that the higher switching cost achieves, the more it has positive effects on customer loyalty. As for the effects of alternative attraction on customer loyalty, it indicates that there is no meaningful relation between alternative attraction and customer loyalty. But, effects of human relations on customer loyalty, it indicates that there is no meaningful relation between human relations and customer loyalty. Based on the above results, it is noticeable that in the effects of electronic security service quality satisfaction and electronic security customer satisfaction on switching barrier, all of them had meaningful effects except for alternative attractiveness. This signifies that switching barrier factor can increase when the service quality of electronic security and customer satisfaction increase. In other words, it can be said that increased awareness of electronic security service quality satisfaction and electronic security customer satisfaction by electronic security users can lead to high customer loyalty by establishing switching barrier through such increased awareness.
The purpose of this study is to present an alternative improving the efficient and reasonable of the physical distribution system management is influenced by many factors. Therefore, the study depends on the documentary method and survey method to achieve the purpose of this study. The major components of a physical distribution system are refers to as elements, include warehouse·storage system, transportation system, inventory system, physical distribution information system. The factors used in this study are ① factor of product(quality·A/S·added value of product·adaption of product·technical competitive power to other enterprises), ② factor of market(market channel·kinds of customer·physical distribution share), ③ factor of warehouse·storage(warehouse design·size·direction·storage ability·warehouse quality), ④ factor of transportation(promptness·reliability·responsibility·kinds of transportation·cooperation united transportation system·national transportation network), ⑤ factor of packaging (packaging design·material·educating program·pollution degree measure program), ⑥ factor of inventory(ordinary inventory criterion·consistence for inventories record), ⑦ factor of unloaded(unloaded machine·having machine ratio), ⑧ factor of information system (physical distribution quantity analysis·usable computer part), ⑨ factor of physical distribution cost(sales ratio to product) ⑩ factor of physical distribution system(physical distribution center etc). The implication of this study can be summarized as follows: ① In firms that have not adopted a systems integrative approach, physical distribution is a fragmented and often uncoordinated set of activities spread throughout various functions with function having its own set of priorities and measurements. ② The physical distribution is recognized as more an important strategic factor than a simple cost reduction factor, ③ It can be used a strategic competition tool to enterprise.
This study was designed to obtain basic data for the globalization of Korean food and the expansion of food exports through contract foodservices. A survey of dietary habits and attitudes toward school foodservices was given to students in three American international schools served by a domestic contract foodservice management company located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The results showed an average of three meals taken daily 3.39 times for male students and 2.95 times for female students and the time required for a meal was about 24~26 minutes. The average breakfast frequency was 5.10 times(4.59 times for male students and 5.35 times for female students) and many students reported skipping breakfast due to a lack of time. The average weekly frequency of dining out was 1.78 times(2.15 times for male students and 1.60 times for female students). In all schools, irrespective of gender and grade, students responded that a desire for snacking was 'why they want to have cookies', and snacking hours were frequently listed as 'between noon and evening'. Many also responded that an unbalanced diet is the reason some snacks are 'not to their taste'. Overall, students were highly satisfied with the foodservice menu, although there was a significant difference in what was considered proper food temperature, proper food seasoning, suitable amounts of food, and freshness of food. Male and female students were specifically highly satisfied with the 'freshness of food materials' and 'variety of menu' respectively. Overall, all students were highly satisfied with the foodservice, including the 'cleanliness of tables and trays'.
