오픈 사이언스를 위한 국내 학술논문 Fulltext XML 구축 및 비텍스트 DOI 등록 관리

  • 최근 학술정보서비스는 논문의 메타정보 중심에서 논문 원문의 전문정보(Full-text)로 구축 및 서비스 범위가 확장되고 있다. 학술지 논문의 전문정보를 기술하기 위해 해외출판사들을 중심으로 다양한 XML 양식이 개발되었으나, 2012년에 국제표준으로 제정된 JATS(Journal article tag suite)가 국내에서 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 국내 과학기술분야 정보서비스의 대표기관인 KISTI는 2014년부터 JATS 기반으로 학술논문 XML을 구축하여 서비스하고 있다. 아울러 KISTI는 2007년부터 국내 학술논문의 국제적 유통 활성화를 위하여 논문에 DOI를 부여하고 CrossRef에 기탁해오고 있다. 향후, KISTI가 주관하는 Korea DOI Center를 통해 논문 DOI 뿐만 아니라 논문의 비텍스트(표, 그림)정보까지 모두 DOI를 부여하고 서비스에 반영할 계획이다. 이를 위해, 현재까지 구축된 JATS XML에 대한 구성요소를 분석하고 비텍스트정보의 DOI 등록방법 및 활용방안에 대해 살펴본다.

  • In this research, we study on the servitization of manufacturing firms. We review literature on the servitization based on business ecosystem and internalization with extended servitization framework. We develop and suggest a conceptual framework to understand the servitization. This conceptual framework includes four parts: service competitive strategy(Porter Michael, 1980), product-service-knowledge system(PSKS), value chain, and servitization configuration. To confirm the applicability of this model, six cases are employed.

  • 산업의 융합화 추세는 IT서비스 산업이 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 PSS(Product Service System) 구현에 많은 노력을 요구하는 동인으로 작용하고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화(product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화(service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업(IT Service manufacturing)에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 기법들(PSS, NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process tool을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 tool은 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Researches in the services field have evolved tremendously in the last 20 years. However, researches in service innovation still follows the traditional approaches of product quality improvements. The current research reviews the relevant literature from the past, and analyzes limitations each research possess, thus suggest a service innovation framework. Also, we have developed a diagnostic tool that measures the level of service innovation driven from actual cases. The current research suggests a new road map to organizations that pursue service innovation as well as a new research direction to the researchers in the field of service innovation.

  • Service science has emerged as the key factor in developed economies as it becomes the main driver of productivity and economic growth. MICE industry has also opened up new revenues through improved services and new services which is a more attractive strategy for success. The importance of adoption of service science has recently emerged in MICE industry. However it has not been provided a detail action plan it is needed positive interesting and common endeavor of academy, industry, and government sector. In this context, we analyzed the major issues in adoption of service science in the MICE industry and developed the paradigm model by ground theory approach and proposed a roles of MICE service provider, mediator and consumer for service science adoption which have not been treated as a research topic in the domestic MICE areas sofar.

Service Identification for Service Science (서비스 사이언스를 위한 서비스의 식별)

  • Currently, the world has experienced a mass exodus of workforce from the manufacturing industry to service related industry. In addition, the changes of industry structure toward service industry have been gradually accelerated. We have felt that it is time to conduct researches about IT service systematizing and discovering the essence of service itself with scientific and synthetic ways based on Service Science. For Service Science researchers, service identification is regarded as a difficult activity when they contact it for the first time and they want to apply it real environment. In reality, there exist mismatches between business and IT service to identify service since service is identified from the business point of view in Service Science area and it is identified from the technical point of view in IT service area. In this paper, we have conducted researches about service identification placed on the first priority and regarded as difficult area in service-oriented business area. To lessen aforementioned difficulties, we propose procedures and methods for extracting and identifying service in the viewpoint of business process. We conducted case study and comparison with existing researches to verify the applicability and the excellence of our proposal.

  • e-R&D means conducting research and development with network or computer software in cyber space. Given the rapid technology paradigm shift and diversified customer needs, companies face the problem of new product and service innovation. This paper introduces the strategic view for e-R&D status, case examples, and e-R&D service. We state e-R&D adoption stages for strengthening the industry competitiveness and IT service utilization.

  • Korean wedding service market is composed of various interlinked service elements that must be carefully managed in detail. This thesis introduces a new IT based business model which has been operating in this complex wedding service market for the past ten years. By introducing how each business model has been applied to Service Science, it will set a good example for the subsequent research in the similar fields by providing business's actual operation model and examples. Furthermore, this thesis will contribute to the development of both new study of Service Science and a new business model by illustrating how they beneficially affected each other and advanced as a result of applying outcomes of each business model to the development of the current business model.

  • 본 논문은 검색 증강 생성 기법과 ChatGPT 를 결합한 사용자 맞춤 정책 추천 서비스인 ChatPub 을 소개한다. ChatPub 은 대한민국 청년을 대상으로 최소한의 개인 정보를 제공받아 적합한 정책을 추천해 주는 웹 서비스다. 정책 정보 사이트를 실시간으로 반영하는 데이터베이스를 참조함으로써 최신 정책 정보를 반영할 수 있으며, 사용자 친화적인 채팅 인터페이스를 통해 원하는 정책 정보에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다. 본 서비스를 통해 청년 정책의 접근성을 높이고 다양한 혜택을 쉽게 알림으로써 더 많은 기회를 제공할 수 있다.

Exploring Future Signals for Mobile Payment Services - A Case of Chinese Market - (모바일 결제 서비스에 대한 미래신호 예측 - 중국시장을 대상으로 -)

  • The objective of this study is to explore future issues that Chinese users, who have the highest mobile payment service usage rate in the world, will be most interested in. For this purpose, after collecting text data from a Chinese SNS site, it classifies major keywords into 4 types of future signals by using Keyword Emergence Map (KEM) and Keyword Issue Map (KIM). Furthermore, to understand the four types of signals in detail, it performs the qualitative analysis on text related to each signal keyword. As a result, it finds that the strong signal, which is rapidly growing in keyword appearance frequency during this research period, includes the keywords related to the daily life of Chinese people, such as buses, subways, and household account books. Additionally, it find that the signal that appears frequently now, but with a low increase rate, includes various services that can replace cash payment, such as hongbao (cash payment) and bank cards. The weak signal and latent signal, which appear less often than other two signals, includes the keywords related to promotion events or changes in service regulations. Its result shows that the mobile payment services greatly have changed user's daily life beyond providing convenience. Furthermore, it shows that, in the Chinese market, in which card payment is not common, the mobile payment services have the great potential to completely replace cash payment.
