A Cloud Workflow Model Based on the Information Control Net (정보제어넷 기반 클라우드 워크플로우 모델)

  • This paper proposes a cloud workflow model theoretically supported by the information control net modeling methodology as a cloud workflow modeling methodology that is mandatory in implementing realtime enterprise workflow management systems running with cloud computing environments. The eventual goal of the cloud workflow model proposed in this paper is to support those cloud workflow architectures reflecting the types of cloud deployment models such as private, community, public, and hybrid cloud deployment models. Moreover, the proposed model is a mathematical graph model that is extended from the information control net modeling methodology used in conventional enterprise workflow modeling, and it aims to theoretically couple this methodology with the cloud deployment models. Finally, this paper tries to verify the feasibility of the proposed model by building a possible cloud workflow architecture and its cloud workflow services on a realtime enterpeise cloud workflow management system.

  • According to the economic advancement, the position of service industry in GDP has increased. Development of service industry has solved the employment issue and derived the activation of the internal market. It has contributed to demand creation in health care, education, and culture, enhancing competition of the manufacturing industry and entire economic development. By the development of information communication technologies, improvement of the quality of life from those, and changes in the competitive environment, customers, from businesses and public agencies, or the customer's needs are increasing. In these circumstances, companies are operating non-face-to-face contact call center for the purpose to communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, attract and retain new customers. In this study, to improve the performance of the non-face-to-face contact call center, this study tried to derive the call center's 'Service Process Modeling' and future policy assignment by analyzing the problem from the research of the service and process summary, performance evaluation, call center evaluation and etc.

  • The traditional a roaches to software development, such as XP, UP, CBD and other CASE tools, are useful for constructing various software components. However, they are not designed to face the challenges of open environments that focus on service. The Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA) is a component architecture that interconnects an application's different functional units, called services. SOA provides a good way to integrate the business process through well-defined interfaces and contracts between business services. In this paper, we propose a method of business process modeling based on SOA with a P2P approach. Also, A P2P business process modeling system is presented. This, results in admitting the reality of enterprise that changes on the basis of services, and suggests more efficient and visual direction for the process integration between enterprises.

  • The inner space of building is increasingly becoming complex as urban activities increase in variety, and the actual space size also increases. This trend necessitate the utilization of three dimensional position information within the inner space of buildings. Standard GIS web service technology and visualization technology are applied to 3D inner space building data to share these information for better decision making in building related applications such as fire evacuation, facilities management and market analysis. This study aims to effectively model and visualize the three dimensional space of building interiors in the GIS aspect, and to be able to share the information through standard GIS web service. The various elements of inner model was assigned and stored into pre-designed spatial database tables respectively. GIS web server was then configured to service the database which was populated with 3D inner model data. On the client side, 3D visualization modules was developed using a 3D graphic rendering S/W engine.

Modeling Domestic Transportation Sector Using Global Change Assessment Model (GCAM을 이용한 국내 수송부문 모델링)

  • In this study, we discuss the modeling of domestic transport sector using GCAM(Global Change Assessment Model). The GCAM is one of integrated assessment models widely used in internationally modeling community, and applied for the evaluation of IPCC 5th Report. Nevertheless, it is noted that there are a considerable number of problems in its application to domestic transport sector. First, the base year information of GCAM for detailed transportation service demand is found not consistent with national statistics. Second, the transportation sector simulation results do not properly reflect the past trends of service demand. Thus, the base year service demand is carefully matched with the detailed national statistics. In addition, the existing models were checked and modified so that the simulation results of service demand can accurately reflect past trends of national statistics. As a result, it is reported in detail how the current GCAM simulation results are corrected and how the trend of past transportation sector service demands is properly reflected. This study is expected to be useful as a basic tool for future scenario analysis for transportation policy, technology evaluation and greenhouse gas reduction measures.

A Exploratory Analysis on Knowledge Structure of Untact Research (언택트 연구의 지식구조에 대한 탐색적 분석)

  • This study aimed to identify the knowledge structure of researches on 'untact' and derived implications for directions for the studies using text mining. The study included network analysis and topic modelling of keywords and abstracts from 171 thesis published until October 2020. Centrality analysis showed that 'untact' studies had been focused on service, usage, consumption, technology and online. From the topic modelling, 6 topics such as 'COVID-19 and socio-technological change', 'needs and utilization of education contents', 'technology and service for user convenience', 'product marketing and sales', 'service design of the company', 'influence factors of usage and consumption' were extracted. Keywords that connect each topic were technology, service, usage, consumption, needs and factor. Exploratory analysis of 'untact' researches using text mining provides useful results for development of 'untact' studies.

Correction of Geometric Distortion of Internet Aerial Imagery and Photo-Realistic 3D Building Modeling (인터넷 항공영상의 왜곡보정과 실감적 3차원 건물 모델링)

  • Many internet portals provide maps with spatial information services. Recently, various images including aerial, satellite, street view, and photo-realistic 3D city models are provided as well as maps. This study suggested a method for geometric correction of the panoramic aerial images in the internet portal and 3D building modeling using information which is available in the internet. The key of this study is to obtain all necessary data easily from internet without restrictions. Practically, the ground control coordinates could be available from geo-referenced internet maps, and stereo pairs of the aerial images and close-range photographs for photo-realistic object modeling are provided by the internet service. However, the ground control points are not suitable for accurate mapping. RMSE of the plotting was about 9 meters and reduced upto 4 meters after coordinate transformation. The proposed methods would be applicable to various applications of photo-realistic object modeling which do not require high accuracy.

  • 상위 $20\%$의 우량고객이 기업수익의 $80\%$를 기여한다는 파레토 법칙을 인용하지 않더라도 고객이 원하는 상품과 서비스를 지속적으로 제공함으로써 고객과의 지속적인 관계를 통한 고객과의 지속적인 관계유지, 특히 우량고객의 확보, 유지는 기업의 수익증대에 깊은 관계가 있으며 결국 기업의 생존을 가늠하는 길이 될 것이다. 최근에는 금융권간 업무영역이 무너지면서 모든 금융기관들은 우수고객 확보를 위해 영업력을 집중시키고 있다. 특히 수익기여도가 높은 우수고객에 대해서는 차별적인 우대서비스를 명시적으로 규정하고 우량고객 확보를 위한 생존을 건 경쟁이 벌어지고 있다. 따라서 우량고객은 자료를 통한 객관적이고 합리적 기준에 의해 확보되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 방법론으로서 데이터베이스 모델링을 제시하며, 그 효과를 측정하도록 하고, 고객 속성에 따른 고객세분화에 이용될 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • In this paper, we propose techniques for hazard analysis of curved road based on USN. The techniques consist of models and algorithms. Models of curved road, road direction, sensor, vehicle and hazard are proposed. To analyze hazard in curved road and give warning to corresponding vehicle in realtime multi-level algorithms are proposed. An application program implements the models and algorithms to simulate proposed techniques with real-time visualization.

  • 유비쿼터스 시스템은 개인화 서비스를 위한 사용자 모델링이 필요하다. 사용자 모델링은 더 정확한 컨텍스트 모델을 만들기 위한 중요한 단계이다. 본 논문에서는 컨텍스트 모델을 기반으로 사용자에게 적당한 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방법을 연구한다. 이를 위해서 우리는 개념 의존(conceptual dependency)을 이용한 온톨로지 기반 컨텍스트 모델링 방법을 제안한다. 이 모델은 관찰된 사용자 행동을 모델링한다. 우리는 사용자 행동을 모델링하기 위해서 개념 의존 이론을 기반으로 컨텍스트 온톨로지를 설계한다. 컨텍스트 모델러는 사용자 행동을 모니터하고 행동을 표현하기 위해 온톨로지 인스턴스를 생성한다. 더 정확한 행동 표현을 위해 본 연구에서는 시간 개념(temporal concept)을 기반으로 시간 추론을 사용하여 컨텍스트 모델을 구축한다. 생성된 시간 컨텍스트 모델은 온톨로지 추론을 이용하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅을 위한 상위 컨텍스트의 추론이 가능하다.
