Sentiment represents one's own state through the process of change to stimulus, and emotion represents a simple psychological state felt for a certain phenomenon. These two terms tend to be used interchangeably, but their meaning and usage are different. In this study, we try to find out how it affects the helpfulness of reviews by classifying sentiment and emotion through online reviews written by online consumers after purchasing and using various products and services. Recently, online reviews have become a very important factor for businesses and consumers. Helpful reviews play a key role in the decision-making process of potential customers and can be assessed through review helpfulness. The helpfulness of reviews is becoming increasingly important in practice as it is utilized in marketing strategies in business as well as in purchasing decision-making issues of consumers. And academically, the importance of research to find the factors influencing the helpfulness of reviews is growing. In this study, Yelp.com secured reviews on restaurants and conducted a study on how the sentiment and emotion of online reviews affect the helpfulness of reviews. Based on the prior research, a research model including sentiment and emotions for online reviews was built, and text mining analyzes how the sentiment and emotion of online reviews affect the helpfulness of online reviews, and the difference in the effects on emotions It was verified. The results showed that negative sentiment and emotion had a greater effect on review helpfulness, which was consistent with the negative bias theory.

This study was performed in order to provide suggestions on how to strengthen librarian competency by evaluating and analyzing the competency value of librarians as information professions. First, the study divided the common competency value of librarians as human capital of libraries into skills, knowledge, behavior and attitude, and analyzed each area of competency value for librarians of the A-library. As a result, the average of the 'librarian's behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarian's skill' area and the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Second, in terms of 'librarian's skill', A-library librarians' competence values were high in the order of 'communication', 'leadership', 'technology' and in the terms of 'librarian's knowledge' ones were high in the order of 'law and policy', 'marketing', 'learning and growth' and 'finance and accounting'. In addition, in areas of 'librarian's behavior and attitude', the factors were high in the order of 'ethics and values', 'interpersonal relationships' and 'customer service'. Third, the analysis of whether the average difference exists depending on the characteristics of A-library librarians on their evaluation of the competency value shows that only the 'working period' factor in the total competency value and the two factors 'age' and 'working period' were statistically significant in the 'librarian's knowledge' area. Forth, as a result of a regression analysis to identify the characteristics of A-library librarians and their impact on competency value, only the 'final education' factor was statistically significant for the competency value of the 'librarian's skill' area. Fifth, in the survey on problems and desirable improvement measures in increasing the competency value of librarians, the proportion of presenting problems and improvement plan in systemic aspects such as the 'librarian qualification system' and 'librarian training system' was high.
The Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongsangmando(BuUlGyeong) megacity aims to grow into the second metropolitan area by strengthening the growth and connectivity of the southeast region in Korea. In order to analyze the linkage between port logistics and regional economic development, this study focused on the economic community of BuUlGyeong. The findings are as follows. First, it was found that vessel entry and departure had a positive (+) significant effect on cargo volume. Second, the cargo volume was found to have a preemptive effect on the vessel entry and exit ports and the composite index. Third, the composite Index was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on cargo volume. From the results of the variance decomposition, it can be confirmed that the composite index has a weak impact on ship entry/exit and cargo volume. Based on the above findings, some policy implications are derived. First, regional governments in BuUlGyeong should provide incentives to revitalize the maritime economy such as the expansion of maritime port infrastructure and encouraging investment. Second, since an increase in cargo transport volume at major national ports linked to the BuUlGyeong region has a positive (+) effect on economy. Therefore it is necessary to expand actively port marketing and regular service for the country and ports. Third, investments should be made continuously to expand the marine port infrastructure such as the expansion of facilities so that global shipping companies can continue to call megacities in BuUlGyeong ports for super-large ships and cruises.
This study investigates the strategies that are important for selecting shuttle carriers and logistics warehouses. In container transportation, competitive pricing has become an order qualifier due to the establishment of the standard freight rate system. As a result of this study, it can be seen that both logistics warehouses and shuttle carriers place greater importance on the partnerships with companies and employee education. Besides those two factors, the punctuality of delivery is found to be important for the quality of transportation. Therefore, companies must continue to increase their competitiveness. As customer service of the shuttle carrier, resolving the loss or damage and claim handling part is evaluated more importantly in the logistics warehouse than the ablity to resolve unexpected event. The future strategy should focus on resolving the loss/damage and claim handling factors so that companies can be competitve in the future. Based on research results, logistics warehouses and shuttle carriers can establish different marketing strategies to maintain a firm position on the market by securing competitive advantage within port hinterland.

This study identifies the relationship between selection value, existence value, heritage value, pride, and show on satisfaction, and suggests cultural marketing and cultural policy suggestions for Jikji cultural assets to activate Jikji as tourism cultural assets. Was intended. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, Jikji cultural property officials should develop tourism products that can mix Jikji cultural properties with the image and attractiveness of Jikji cultural properties. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to education and public relations by city and county in providing local information, prices, and services for tourists to increase the satisfaction of tourists. Second, Jikji cultural property officials should suggest ways to create differentiating elements from tourism of other cultural properties. By emphasizing the existence, the existence value of Jikji cultural property should be increased. Third, Jikji cultural property officials should emphasize that Jikji tourism is more valuable as cultural heritage than now, and develop unique killer contents that can be boasted to others in tourism and present it to tourists. Fourth, Jikji cultural property officials should prepare a plan for local residents to recognize how excellent cultural heritage is. It should also be recognized that Jikji cultural property has high added value as a tourist factor. Lastly, Jikji cultural property officials should promote various jikji projects to local residents and tourists to increase their pride and awareness that Jikji cultural property exists in a certain area.

The purpose of the project is to identify the relationship between the sub-factors of SNS information characteristics (information quality, information reliability) and the impact of immersion on social capital (connected capital) on word of mouth intention, and to present measures to revitalize the tourism industry using the results obtained. The study conducted empirical analysis on 326 adults aged 19 and older. The results of the study are as follows: First, it has been confirmed that the sub-factors of SNS utilization (information quality, information reliability) have a positive effect on immersion. Second, immersion has been verified to have a significant influence relationship on the degree of word of mouth intention. Third, it was analyzed that social capital has positive interrelationships with immersion and word of mouth intention. Based on these findings, social network services (SNS) in the tourism industry can be used as basic data to attract potential tourism customers in the future by providing efficient information on tourism products by utilizing social network services (SNS) in the development of tourism contents and marketing strategies, and it is meaningful in that it is intended to help the tourism industry in practice.

With the emergence of various media types due to the development of Internet technology, advertisers have difficulty choosing media suitable for corporate advertising strategies. There are challenging to effectively reflect consumer contextual information when advertising media is selected based on traditional marketing strategies. Thus, a recommender system is needed to analyze consumers' past data and provide advertisers with personalized media based on the information consumers needs. Since the traditional recommender system provides recommendation services based on quantitative preference information, there is difficult to reflect various contextual information. This study proposes a methodology that uses deep learning to recommend personalized media to advertisers using consumer contextual information such as consumers' media viewing time, residence area, age, and gender. This study builds a recommender system using media & consumer research data provided by the Korea Broadcasting Advertising Promotion Corporation. Additionally, we evaluate the recommendation performance compared with several benchmark models. As a result of the experiment, we confirmed that the recommendation model reflecting the consumer's contextual information showed higher accuracy than the benchmark model. We expect to contribute to helping advertisers make effective decisions when selecting customized media based on various contextual information of consumers.

This study analyzed what consumer characteristics affect the experience of using overseas direct purchase at a time when the overseas direct purchase market is rapidly increasing and consumers' interest in overseas direct purchase is increasing accordingly. For the study, personal data from the 2022 Korea Media Panel Survey were used, and data from 6,734 people who responded "yes" or "no" to whether or not to use overseas direct purchase among 9,941 total respondents were used for analysis. In addition, three variables (demographic, media utilization status, values and lifestyle) were selected among the items of the Korea Media Panel Survey. First, general characteristics were analyzed fo 6,734 people, then, Chi-square test and t-test were performed for comparative analysis between each variable according to the use of overseas direct purchase. Finally, logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the factors affecting overseas direct purchase. As a result of the analysis, 4 out of 5 demographic variables, 2 out of 3 media utilization variables, and 3 out of 7 values and lifestyle variables were derived as decisive factors for using overseas direct purchase. These results can be used to establish marketing strategies that can increase the use of consumers through domestic shopping malls, such as providing differentiated services for the sale of overseas direct shopping products on domestic shopping sites.
This study analyzed the recent trends in the sports environment to which big data and AI technologies, which are representative technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and approached them from the perspective of convergence of big data and AI technologies in the sports field. And the results are as follows. First, it is being used for player and game data analysis and team strategy establishment and operation. Second, by combining big data collected using GPS, wearable equipment, and IoT with artificial intelligence technology, scientific physical training for each player is possible through user individual motion analysis, which helps to improve performance and efficiently manage injuries. Third, with the introduction of an AI-based judgment system, it is being used for judge judgment. Fourth, it is leading the change in marketing and game broadcasting services. The technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution is bringing innovative changes to all industries, and the sports field is also in the process. The combination of big data and AI is expected to play an important role as a key technology in the rapidly changing future in a sports environment where scientific analysis and training determine victory or defeat.

Online shopping has transformed and rapidly grown the entire market at the forefront of wholesale and retail services as an effective solution to issues such as digital transformation and social distancing policy (COVID-19 pandemic). Small business owners, who form the majority at the center of the online shopping industry, are constantly collecting policy changes and market trend information to overcome these problems and use them for marketing and other sales activities in order to overcome these problems and continue to grow. Objective and refined information that is more closely related to the business is also needed. Therefore, in this paper, through the collection and analysis of big data information, which is the core technology of digital transformation, key variables are set in product classification, sales trends, consumer preferences, and review information of online shopping malls, and a method of using them for competitor comparison analysis and business sustainability evaluation has been prepared and we would like to propose it as a service. If small and medium-sized businesses can benchmark competitors or excellent businesses based on big data and identify market trends and consumer tendencies, they will clearly recognize their level and position in business and voluntarily strive to secure higher competitiveness. In addition, if the sustainable growth of the online shopping mall operator can be confirmed as an indicator, more efficient policy establishment and risk management can be expected because it has an improved measurement method.
