  • This study examined the effect of beauty service location characteristics and service quality on customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and analyzed the gender control effect of location characteristics and service quality in the relationship with customer satisfaction. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed and analysis was conducted to investigate how location characteristics and service quality in beauty service encounters effects customer satisfaction. The results of this study are as follows. First, visibility, which is a location characteristic, was found to have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, professionalism and convenience, which are service qualities, were found to have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant effect on the intention to revisit. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the gender control effect in the relationship between location characteristics and service quality with customer satisfaction, the gender control effect was found in all factors.

  • Using mobile bookstore application is increasing in accordance with the proliferation of internet and mobile devices. In this circumstances, the purpose of this study is to explore the factors regarding to mobile bookstore application quality evaluation are effecting to customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Thus information, transaction, design, communication, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety are set as a quality evaluation factor. And it is analyzed the effect of these factors to customer satisfaction and reuse intention with path analysis method. As the result, transaction, ubiquitous access, personalization, safety factors effected customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction effected reuse intention. These results show that user mainly access mobile bookstore application for purchasing book. Thus it is important for mobile bookstore operator to keep the application accessed anytime, and serve personalized information, and simplify transaction process, and intensify security for protecting personal or transaction information.

  • This study focus on analyzing the factors which influence the customer satisfaction of food delivery application and its degree of the influence on the quality satisfaction both with Korean and Chinese customers. For this purpose, the model of hypothetical structure was established through the mobile internet service quality measurement was called as MOBISQUAL. As a result, the Korean customers was confirmed that the fulfillment and playfulness as the subdimension of outcome quality both have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. And the Chinese customer was confirmed that the playfulness of outcome quality, personalization of contextual interaction, design, ease of use and security of servicescape quality affected customer satisfaction positively.

  • Men's beauty experts are engaged in the beauty area, which has been recognized as a woman's entirety due to changes in the society in which the standards of the occupational groups according to sex are collapsed. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategic implications for attracting male beauty workers to male beauty practitioners through the influence of the service quality of male sales workers of cosmetics road shop among the growing beauty industry and increasing male beauty practitioners. I want to provide you with basic data. As a result, the service quality of male sales personnel of cosmetics road shop had a positive effect on the purchasing intention. As a result, male sales workers of cosmetics road shop seemed to have a well - It is necessary to provide continuous product education and education to provide prompt and accurate service.

  • AII IP망으로써의 성격을 지닌 차세대 인터넷망의 구축은 앞으로 다양한 서비스의 제공은 물론, 새로운 접속 기술의 개발을 앞당기게 될 것이다. 앞으로 제공될 서비스들은 시간에 민감하고, 대용량의 대역폭을 요구할 뿐만 아니라, 이동 중에도 적합한 서비스 품질(QoS Qualify of Service)의 보장을 요구한다. 현재, 호스트가 이동 중에 접점을 변경할 경우, 서비스의 무결절성을 보장해 주기 위해 가장 활발하게 연구가 진행되고 있는 protocol은 MIPv6(Mobile IPv6)이다. 그러나 MIPv6는 Best Effort 패킷 전송을 위해 디자인 되어 있기 때문에 QoS 보장 부분이 미약하다. 따라서 QoS 보장을 위해 IntServ에서 QoS 지원을 위해 구현된 시그널링 프로토콜인 RSVP(Resource Reservation)와의 연동에 관한 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 access망에서 MIPv6와 RSVP를 기반으로 MN(mobile node)에게 서비스를 제공 해줄 수 있는 여러 AR(Access Router)들로부터 정보를 받아 저장하고 가장 적합한 AR을 찾는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통해 라우터의 가용 자원에 따라 MN이 접점을 이동한 경우 적절한 AR로 빠른 핸드오프가 가능하여 핸드오프 시 발생되는 지연 시간(latency)을 감소 시켜 줄 수 있다.

Today, we are dealing with whole new, 'cerebral approach,' to concept and design with this new approach, design and function are very much dependant upon planning, sales, promotion, and the formative technique of the design industry. Due to the 20th centuries dominant philosophy of functionalism, production intended to standardize the individual's purchasing choice. Aesthetic, or philosophic qualities played a second fiddle to the functional bias of a product, With production, Marketing, and research and development are integrated into the management process. This translates as good which include efficiency, quality, durability, and credibility an trademark and style. There is a definite 'post-modernist' movement and style in 21st century. Every possibility is available as the old boundaries of the 20th century are laid aside. There is a new, transformative quality to the current paradigm of design. The old "should" and "should not" of design no longerapplies. The integrated rative of design solves the usual disparity between aesthetic qualities and production. Design and profirability need not be stranger to one another. It can differentiate the image perceived of both enterprises and consumers by making use of integrated goods services. With an integrated system. both producers and designers win. While design gets full access to design in turn. All consumers make decisions based upon the evaluation of quality, service, and image ; even though it may not be a conscious decision to do so. Consumers are fully integrated human beings ; therefore producers who apply the new, integrated paradigmatic approach to concept, design, and production will reap the harvest of making a true relationship with individual buyer.

  • In this paper, a new routing protocol is proposed to manage selfish nodes which make a strategic choice to maximize only their own profits. To provide incentives to nodes on the path, VCG mechanism is introduced. Therefore, based on the collaborative actions among nodes, the entire network performance can be improved. With a simulation study, the proposed scheme can approximate an optimized solution while ensuring a well-balanced network performance under widely diverse network environments.

  • Environment is an important factor in city life. Environmental elements are a subject that must be discussed in the smart city plan, but there is still a lack of information and data sharing in the urban environment, so improvements are needed. As part of the intelligent of Nanjing, this research has made in-depth investigation into the construction and service demand of environmental information, and has carried out the research on the design and construction of intelligent information platform that conforms to Nanjing intelligent city planning, improves environmental quality and provides environmental information service. The visualization of information is also studied. The result is an important module in the construction of intelligent city in Nanjing.

  • Five cultural websites are evaluated on their content, interface, design. system, and service elements. The Culture Portal of Korea, Korea Culture Content, Culture Arts, Korea National Heritage Online, and Culture Heritage Information Center are chosen for this study. Most websites do not have a purpose or target audience. Their focuses are not on the content they provide but on the function of interfaces and interface design. However, interfaces do not function well for users to quickly access information they want. Suggestions are made to facilitate a system's search function and interactive users' feedback.

  • This study was intended to conduct a prospective study on the P2P Car-sharing service, which will be established as a new business model in the future, by identifying consumers' intention to accept the technology for the P2P-based Car-sharing service that will be introduced and spread in earnest in the future. The main results are as follows. First, the quality characteristics of the P2P Car-sharing service all have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use of users, and among the quality characteristics, the service characteristics have a relatively strong effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, respectively. Second, both perceived usefulness and ease of use had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on users' intention to use P2P Car-sharing service, and ease of use was more dependent on intention to use P2P Car-sharing service. Third, the ease of use of the P2P Car-sharing service had a strong positive(+) effect on their perceived usefulness. As a result of this study, the most important factor to consider in establishing a P2P-based Car-sharing platform is to be constructed in the form of a universal design that prioritizes user convenience rather than usefulness and various functions of the service. It was suggested that UX design should be made, considering the surrounding clues, which are service environment elements.
