미래 선도형 에코 성형 시스템 관련 기술의 동향 - 서보모터 구동형 초정밀 에코 성형시스템의 개발 현황

  • 현재 전세계적으로 에너지 절감과 지구환경 보호를 위한 이산화탄소 가스 배출의 저감하는 피할 수 없는 생산제조산업 분야의 높은 장벽으로 다가서고 있다. 공작 기계류의 진보는 날이 갈수록 거듭되어 다양한 기술의 융복화 등 궁극적인 첨단 고도화에 이르고 있으나, 이와 같은 문제점들을 기본적으로 안고 있는 것은 사실이다. 그 대응 방안으로는 소성 성형 방식으로의 가능한 한 대체화가 될 수 있으며, 또한 기존에는 스프링 백 등의 고연성 등으로 인하여 성형이 곤란하여 기피하던 난성형재도 보다 경량화 등의 추세에 대응하기 위하여 불가피하게 사용되기 위해서도 획기적인 소성 성형 시스템을 필요로 한다. 이와 같은 차원에서 최근에 에코 융합화를 모색하는 새로운 서보모터 구동형 프레스 시스템의 도입이 적극적으로 이뤄지고 있으나 국내의 경우에는 국산화 개발이 늦어져 고부가가치 제품에 대한 기술종속성이 우려되고 있다. 최근 한국기계연구원을 중심으로 산학연 컨소시엄 형태로 산업원천기술개발사업의 일환인 지식기반 자율제어형 초정밀 디지털 서보프레스 시스템 개발에 관한 연구가 진행중이며, 기술선도국의 보유 기술 수위를 넘은 에코/정보/지식 융합화 모델을 궁국적으로 개발하고자 한다. 본문에서는 이에 대한 현재까지의 개발 진행 내용을 정리하여 간단히 요약하여 나타내었다.

Development of Fuzzy Inference Engine for Servo Control Using $\alpha$-level Set Decomposition ($\alpha$ -레벨집합 분해에 의한 서보제어용 퍼지 추론 연산회로의 개발)

  • As the fuzzy control is applied to servo system, the hardware implementation of the fuzzy information systems requires the high speed operations, short real time control and the small size systems. The aims of this study is to develop hardware of the fuzzy information systems to be apply to servo system. In this paper, we propose a calculation method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control based on $\alpha$ -level set decomposition of fuzzy sets by quantize $\alpha$ -cuts. This method can be easily implemented with analog hardware. The influence of quantization Bevels of $\alpha$-cuts on output from fuzzy inference engine is investigated. It is concluded that 4 quantization levels give sufficient result for fuzzy control performance of dc servo system. The hardware implementation of proposed operation method and of the defuzzification by gravity center method which is directly converted to PWM actuating signal is also presented. It is verified useful with experiment for dc servo system.

  • This paper presents an implementation of digital servo speed control system of SPMSM(Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) for industrial application with Direct Torque Control(DTC) using TMS320F2812 DSP. Although, the vector control scheme is adapted in many industrial servo system, but the DSP calculation ratio is increased by reference frame transformation and SVPWM of vector control. Therefore, this paper investigate the possibility of DTC scheme for industrial servo drive system instead of vector control scheme. DSP calculation ratio is compared between vector control and DTC algorithm in addition to the characteristic of speed control response. The suggested SPMSM control system shows the possibility of DTC scheme for industrial servo motor drive system instead of a vector control algorithm.

  • Metal Powder Metallurgy is a manufacturing technology that makes unique model parts or a certain type of product by using a hardening phenomenon when a powder of metal or metal oxide is put it into a mold and compression-molded by a press and then heated and sintered at a high temperature. Powder metallurgical press equipment is mainly used to make the parts of automobile, electronic parts and so on, and most of them are manufactured using precise servo motor. The intelligent precision servo control powder molding press system which is designed and implemented in this paper has advantages of lowering the price and maintaining the precision by using the mechanical camshaft for the upper ram part and precisely controlling the lower ram part using the high precision servo system. In addition, OPC-based monitoring and process data collection systems are designed and implemented to provide scalability that can be applied to smart manufacturing management systems that utilize Big Data in the future.

  • 본 논문은 3S Look-up table을 이용한 직류서보 전동기 시스템의 퍼지 PID제어의 한 기법을 제안한다. 이러한 제어기법은 재래식 조정기법인 ITAE table을 이용하여 제어기의 변수를 1차 조정한 다음 퍼지제어 행렬을 사용하여 작은 이득갑의 변화를 자동 결정함으로서 전동기 속도제어 시스템의 정상상태오차와 과도응답 특성을 향상 시킬 수 있었다. 또한 이러한 시스템은 마이크로프로세서를 이용함으로서 쉽게 실현할 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, a Fuzzy control approach of disturbance added servo system using MWT(modified windowing technique) was proposed. Because conventional windowing techniques adjust stepwisely a series of scale factors, even small disturbances make system unstable. But the proposed MWT adjusts exponentially. Therefore a servo system which applied this technique had coped excellenlty with internal and external disturbances, and also had decreased substantially steady-state deviation.

  • The development of a prototype for a Bridge Transported Servo Manipulator (BTSM) system operating in a hot cell is introduced. Mechanical master-slave manipulators (MSMs) which are mounted on the hot cell wall cannot access all the areas for the equipment maintenance due to their reach limitation. The BTSM has been developed to overcome the limitation of access that is a drawback of the MSMs for the equipment maintenance. Wire driven mechanisms have been adopted to increase the handling capacity to weight. This system can be a useful reference for designing other devices in the nuclear industry.

  • This paper presents a new approach to the problem based on neural network methods. Instead of using general controllers, neural networks PID control are used to control AC servo motor. The most popular and widely used control method in servo system control loops is PID type. PID controller has the features of simple structure, stability and reliability. But it has limitations in complex system control and can not remain above virtues under the conditions of parameters uncertain and environment uncertainties. AC servo motor controller is designed for drive of the cartesian coordinate type for machine tools.

  • A pneumatic servo system requiring a fine gap control in a photo-electric sensor which is used for a LCD array detection device is introduced. The gap controlled by the pneumatic servo system remains within around 50~80 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, and the system possesses an effect to eliminate undesirable particles on the LCD plate by blowing air out. The air flow rate is initially controlled by a servo valve and expanded by a booster valve, thus the controlled air pressure contributes to maintaining an appropriate gap between the LCD plate and photo-electric sensor An air floating plate of two degrees of freedom is designed and fabricated, and a fine tilting motion control is also implemented by assigning different gap commands. The pressure control and direct gap control are proposed, and each performance is verified experimentally.
