An Analysis on the Characteristics of Barrier Free Certifications in Elementary School (초등학교시설 장애물 없는 생활환경 인증 실태분석 연구)

  • The purpose s of this study is to verify the status of barrier-free certification in an elementary school. To achieve this, the architectural characteristics of an elementary school and proposed opinions about the process of barrier-free certification were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: (1) barrier-free certification in an elementary school is valid for inclusive education and accessibility for students with disabilities. (2) Regarding the school district and safe accessibility for the school, it is necessary to minimize the differences in land levels around the school. (3) Considering the opinions on intermediate facilities from the road to the main entrance, it is necessary to set the finish level of the first floor and to minimize the establishment of ramp or steps to prevent the backflow of rainfall.

Importance of objectives of Housing unit in Home Economics by three systems of action of Home Economics teachers in middle school (중학교 가정과 교사가 인식하는 주생활 영역의 세 행동체계별 목표 중요도)

  • The purpose of this research was to develop objectives of Housing contents in Technology$\cdot$Home Economics by three systems of action and to find out the importance of the objectives of the teachers have taught the class. The 303 teachers from 183 middle schools replied the mail questionnaire during September, 2003. The data were analyzed by SPSS/win. The 21 objectives for each system of action were developed based on the textbooks, teachers guides, and other related references. The importance of the objectives related to communicative system of action was the highest, respectively followed by the ones related to technical and emancipatory systems of action. Indoor Environment & Equipment was more likely to be important than Maintenance & Repairs as the objectives related to communicative system of action, while Usage of Living Space was less likely to be important than the other two sub-units. The importance of the objectives was somewhat differed by the general characteristics of the teachers. The older are the more important the objectives related to technical system of action. Female, Home Economics teachers, who learned philosophy of Home Economics were more likely to think than others objectives related to communicative and emancipatory systems of action to be important. This research showed the teachers' perspectives of the objectives of Housing contents were not the same among respondents and generally supported the previous results from other contents of Home Economics.

  • 야영은 자연과의 밀착된 접촉으로 건전한 야영생활을 경험할 수 있으며, 교육적인 목적을 이룰 수 있다. 또한 우호적인 인간관계를 맺고 자연환경교육뿐만 아니라 신체를 단련할 수 있는 자연친화적 활동이다. 그러나 국립공원 내 야영장은 시설의 문제, 이용자들의 행태와 인식의 변화, 관리부족 등의 문제점이 있는 상태이다. 이에 본고에서는 야영장 활성화 방안을 제안하였으며, 이에 따라 향후 흥미로운 환경교육의 장으로써 그 역할이 기대된다.

  • This paper is to examine relative explaining power of socio-demographic variables, life style variables, environmental education, and environmental consciousness on the environmental behavior of housewives. Major results were as follows : As for life style, there different types such as socio-oriented, spare-life, fashion-oriented were examined. Spare-life style was most pervasive on Seoulite housewives. And spare-life style was emerged when housewives ages were old, education level was low, household income was low, hose type was Life-style were most influencing variables on environmental behavior. And environmental education was more powerful variables than environmental consciousness.

  • 한국건설생활환경시험연구원(이하 KCL)은 건축자재, 토목 관련 제품, 생활환경, 물류, 의료기기 등에 대한 시험 평가 인증과 교육 컨설팅, 연구개발 등을 효율적으로 수행하고 있으며, 국내 산업의 기술 고도화와 소비자 보호, 국가경쟁력 제고를 위해 설립된 시험인증 기관이다. KCL은 특히 2010년 7월 8일 한국건자재시험연구원과 한국생활환경시험연구원이 통합 출범한 이후 더욱 풍부한 경험과 노하우를 축적하게 되었고 전문인력과 첨단 인프라를 갖추게 되었다. 현재 약 500여 명의 전문요원이 국내외 20개 사업장에서 일하고 있다. The analyses of duplicated contents of 'Consumer Life' area in Technology & Home Economics and other subject textbooks for middle and high school students (중·고등학교 기술·가정 교과서와 타 교과 교과서의 '소비생활' 영역 중복 내용 분석)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze the duplicated contents of 'Consumer life' area of Technology & Home Economics and other subject textbooks for the middle and high school students. It focused on textbooks compiled following the 2009 revised curriculum. To achieve the purposes of this study, "Technology & Home Economics I II", "Social studies I II", and "Ethics I II"textbooks for middle school and "Technology & Home Economics", "Social studies", and "Life & Ethics" textbooks for high school were analyzed based on the criteria for analyses of 'Consumer life' area. The results were as follows. First, the analysis of duplicated contents in Technology & Home Economics and other subjects (Ethics, Social studies) for middle school revealed that Technology & Home Economics textbook had the most proportion of 'Consumer Life' area, followed by Social studies and Ethics. The duplicated content elements in Technology & Home Economics, Ethics, and Social studies textbooks for middle school were 'consumer decision making', 'consumer information', 'economic impact of consumption', 'food life and sustainability', and 'consumption and sustainability'. Secondly, as a result of the content analysis of textbooks for high school Technology & Home Economics, Social studies, and Life & Ethics according to the criteria of analysis, it was found that Technology & Home Economics textbook had the most proportion of 'Consumer Life' area, followed by Life & Ethics and Social studies. The "content elements" 'food life management and consumption environment', 'desire of consumption', 'economic impact of consumption', 'changing factors and characteristics of consumer culture', and 'consumption and sustainability' were commonly found in all three textbooks. In this way, the 'Consumer life' area of Technology & Home Economics is thought to play a central role in teaching the 'Consumer Life' area because of its strength that contains detailed contents about consumer life for adolescent consumers who will apply it to everyday life. Based on the result of this research, it is needed to consider articulation of 'Consumer life' area of secondary schools for the future curriculum development of Technology & Home Economics to reduce the duplicated contents and to help the adolescents develop the ability to solve consumption problems they may encounter in real life and grow up to be rational adult consumers.

  • 본 논문에서는 유아들이 일상생활 속의 환경에 대한 내면화 과정을 통하여 환경보전에 대한 인식과 태도를 형성하고 환경보호를 위한 지식과 기능을 습득하며 환경보호 행동을 실천할 수 있도록 도와주는 환경교육용 3D애니메이션 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 수질오염과 공기오염을 주제로 한 3D애니메이션을 통하여 사전조사와 사후조사를 통하여 유아들의 이해도가 각각 11.25%와 28.75%가 향상되었다.
