NGIS 2단계사업(2001년${\sim}$2005년)은 국가공간자료기반 확충, 지리정보의 전 국민 유통 및 활용, GIS 산업육성 등의 목표를 가지고 추진되고 있다. 민간부분의 GIS 산업을 육성하기 위해서는 다양한 컨텐츠의 개발과 생활지리정보의 서비스 방향을 설정하고 법 제도적으로 지원할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 생활지리정보의 개념을 설정하고 국내외 생활지리정보관련 사이트를 조사 분석하여 향후 민간부분의 생활지리정보서비스 방향을 설정하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 기존의 인터넷 사이트를 조사하여 생활지리정보 항목을 11개로 분류하였으며, 공공부분에서는 중앙정부(건설교통부)와 지자체의 생활지리정보 현황을 분석하고 민간부분에서는 생활지리정보관련 36개 사이트를 조사 분석하였다. 또한 국외 사례는 미국, 일본, 영국, 스코틀랜드, 호주의 17개 사이트를 대상으로 생활지리정보현황을 분석하였다. 국내외 생활지리정보 서비스분석결과 국내의 경우는 도로/교통, 건강/의료 서비스가 우세한 반면 국외사례에서는 도로/교통뿐만 아니라 문화/관광 서비스가 상당히 많이 제공되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생활지리정보서비스의 방향은 공공부문에서는 기 구축된 업무시스템을 민원을 중심으로 웹서비스를 통해 생활지리정보의 형태로 구현되어야 하고 민간부분의 생활지리정보는 기술부분과 컨텐츠부분으로 나누어 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

개인 환경 서비스는 휴대폰에 개인이 선호하는 생활정보 프로파일을 미리 설정하면, 휴대폰과 생활기기에 장착된 WPAN 장치와 이동통신망, 인터넷망, 서비스 서버 등이 연동되어, 지능적으로 생활환경을 구축하는 서비스이다. 본 논문에서는 개인 환경 서비스의 상세 서비스 내용과 사업모델에 대한 연구 결과가 기술되었다.

본 논문에서는 우리가 사는 동네의 안전현황에 대하여 국민안전처가 제공하는 생활안전 지도서비스를 통해 혹시 모를 사고와 범죄 예방은 물론, 신속한 대응을 해야 하나, 각종 서비스는 부처별로 재난안전정보를 개별 분산적 관리한 탓에 국민에게 생활주변의 다양한 안전정보를 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 현재 생활안전지도 서비스에 대한 실태를 살펴보고 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다.

This study introduces a study on the adjustment methods of the Life Safety Index. The Life Safety Index is a service provided by the Life Safety Prevention Service System. It comprehensively evaluates individuals' levels of safety in their daily lives, continually monitors their safety status, and presents a comprehensive index to prevent safety accidents in advance. Previous studies have developed the Life Safety Index using evaluation criteria (items) for assessing life safety prevention services, incorporating both the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale techniques. In this study, we build upon this existing Life Safety Index and explore methods for applying adjustment factors based on individuals' characteristics to enhance its accuracy and customization. We develop adjustment factors using existing national statistics to provide personalized services tailored to individual profiles. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for providing customized services by applying adjustment factors to the Life Safety Index, contributing to the development and application of life safety index adjustment methodologies.

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship among the quality of service, the satisfaction of service and the satisfaction of life in public security of Police. This research made by Final Judgment based on Seoul Citizens living in Seoul as a focus group, total number of citizens for final analysis is 491. The research consists of 60 questionnaires shows frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression, path analysis by SPSSWIN 18.0 and reaches the following. The reliability of the survey showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of over 0.607. results; First, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service. Second, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of life. Third, the satisfaction of service in public security in fluences the satisfaction of life. Fourth, the quality of service in public security of Police in fluences the satisfaction of service in public security and the satisfaction of life directly and indirectly.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate how the employee benefits be related to the employees' organizational commitments through life satisfaction. There are four types of employee benefits: holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future, and insurance supports for medical care. The results show that 3 types of benefits(holidays, family-friendly benefits, financial supports for future) are significantly associated with life satisfaction. Holidays and family-friendly benefits are positively related to employees' organizational commitments, too. The findings further reveal that life satisfaction is full mediating factor between financial supports for future and organizational commitment. In case of holidays, family-friendly benefits, life satisfaction is partially mediated to organizational commitment. Findings are discussed in terms of the importance of life satisfaction through employee benefits.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the needs and complaints of the victims through the service design methodology and provide customized living services in indoor temporary residential facilities that can improve them. Method: The paper proceeded on the double diamond process. In the discovery phase, prior research analysis and surveys identified the needs and complaints of the victims. In the definition phase, persona and scenario were used to further clarify the problems of living service for indoor temporary residential facilities. In the development phase, wrote a service blueprint and found a section where problems occur during the service delivery process. In the delivery phase, compared the improved service with the existing service and proposed improvement plan. Result: Proposed service solutions that can improve privacy guarantee service, senior care service, and meal and laundry service problems. Conclusion: The proposed improvements are considered to provide improved living services in indoor temporary residential facilities.

SNS (Social Network Service) has evolved to life-friendly service with the combination of local services. Unlike exsiting mobile services, life-friendly service is expected to be personalized with gathering of local information, location information and social network service information. In the process of gathering various kinds of information, Big-data technology and Cloud technology is needed. The effective algorithem has researched for this already, however the privacy protection model hasn't researched enough in life-friendly service or big-data using circumstance. In this paper, the privacy issue is dealt with in terms of 'Structure hole', and the privacy issue comes from big-data technology of life-friendly service.

ICT와 다른 기술의 융합이 가속화되면서 주력 산업을 비롯하여 제조업과 서비스 산업에서 IT를 활용한 가시적 성과가 창출되고 있는 추세이다. ICT 융합은 기술발전, 국가 정책 수요증대, 일반 국민의 니즈 확산을 기반으로 안전, 건강, 교육, 복지, 환경 등 인간생활과 밀착된 분야로 외연이 확대되고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 생활밀착형 ICT 융합 서비스의 국내외 추진 동향을 살펴보고 공간 환경별 다양한 서비스 유형과 종류를 도출하며 향후 서비스 활성화를 위한 R&D 방향을 제언하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to identify living behavioral patterns in of single or couple elderly households in residential environment, to find out ubiquitous home services for the elders, and finally to suggest the ubiquitous home services according to each household's type. For this study, literature review, field works for ubiquitous home services for the elders, and in-depth interview and observation by 74 elderly participants were conducted. The major findings of the study were as follows: single or spouse elderly households were classified into 8 types according to the combination of their household types, income level, and health status. Among 8 types, 2 types were excluded for final analysis due to small sample size. Living behavioral characteristics of 6 types were analyzed and the behavioral pattern of each type was drawn. Based on this behavioral pattern of each type, ubiquitous home services which meet the needs of each type were suggested. The implications and limitations of this study were also discussed and the suggestions for further studies were recommended.
