Evaluation Scheme for EcoMobility Policy Based on Multi-criteria Decision Making, AHP and ANP (AHP와 ANP 중심의 다기준 의사결정 기반 생태교통정책 평가체계에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, policy evaluation scheme was established to encourage the efficient implementation of EcoMobility which has been expanding gradually all around the world. A total of eight evaluation goals and 22 evaluation items are reviewed and suggested based on the three major evaluation categories of "Basic elements for EcoMobility", "Land use and transport system for EcoMobility", and "Implications and impact of EcoMobility". The results of this study are as follows: the result of AHP analysis which reflects only the hierarchical structure shows a high priority in "Elements for EcoMobility promotion", "Eco-fiendly transport infrastructure", and "Safety in transport". While in result of ANP which considered the elements' dependencies, "Eco-fiendly transport Services", "Welfare in transport", and "Environment by transport" have high weights and importances. In conclusion, this study would be useful to make reasonable judgment based on the analysis results of the two techniques in order to ensure reliability in evaluation of EcoMobility policy. Furthermore we have confirmed appropriate evaluation technique between AHP and ANP which is better to reflect the features of EcoMobility.

A Study on the Change of Traffic Accidents Around the Pedestrian Priority Zone (보행자 우선도로 개선 사업으로 인한 교통사고 변화에 대한 연구)

  • We are implementing pedestrian priority zone policy to certain districts to reduce greenhouse gas and to develop eco-friendly city which has more focus on pedestrians' walking environment. This policy has contributed to citizens' satisfaction level with improved public transportation service as well as more spacious streets for walk. Despite highly positive influence of pedestrian priority zone policy to the walking environment, we need to anticipate the impact of this to traffic environment as it may have bad effect to the overall traffic flow around the zone where the policy is implemented. This research has analyzed the change of characteristics of traffic accidents around the eco-traffic area of Hang-Gung dong, Suwon city, to understand impact of the pedestrian priority zone policy to the traffic surroundings, with pre-post analysis methodology. As a result, number of accidents related to pedestrians showed decrease as pedestrian priority zone is designed operated with focus to pedestrians. But accidents related illegal U-turn and violation of the traffic signal showed (significant) increase as there was a restriction of turns and decrease of overall traffic speed. To prevent the accidents above, we need to notice drivers to pay special attention before the pedestrian priority zone event, and information from this research should be given to the drivers through safety signs and mobile application at the place near to the event.

Development of Transportation Indicators for Green Growth Based on a Questionnaire Survey for Transportation Experts (녹색성장 교통부문 지표개발 교통 전문가 설문조사결과 분석)

  • In this study, the indicators for evaluating the level of green growth in transportation are proposed. The authors reviewed the existing philosophies such as sustainable development and eco-efficiency and explained the differences between the philosophies and green growth. The planning hierarchy and indicator framework are proposed and the idea of indicators is also introduced. In order to decide the weighting value for objectives and targets, a questionnaire survey for transportation experts was conducted. The survey results show that low-carbon/environmentally-friendly development is the most important objective. In addition, the results reveal that transportation experts do not fully understand the concept of green growth and cannot differentiate the concept of green growth from that of sustainable development and eco-efficiency.

  • The purpose of this study was to propose a measure for eco-cultural regeneration by a detailed examination of closed down schools, old defective residences, deteriorated industrial facilities and space no long in use located throughout Ijak-do. The reserch method utilized a selection of the major elements from the eco-cultural regeneration element of island regions and a measure for application and regeneration on the deteriorated facilities of Ijak-do was proposed.

  • 수도권의 도시화 과정은 서울로의 교통 접근성의 변화에 따라 급속하게 확산되었고, 현재도 진행 중이다. 도시화 과정 속에 인구 교외화, 주택 수의 증가, 도심용지 토지이용 증대, 토지가격의 증가 등의 다양한 공간적 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 급속한 도시화의 과정 속에 국토의 난개발이 이루어졌고 자연생태 파괴, 주택부족 및 교통 문제, 토지 투기 등의 사회적 문제를 야기했다. 본 연구에서는 도시화 현황을 살펴보고 교통접근성의 변화에 따른 주변 토지이용 변화의 상관성을 분석하였다 상관성 분석 결과를 토대로 멀티 에이전트 시스템(MAS)을 이용하여 교통접근성과 토지이용 에이전트 간 상호작용의 관점에서 시뮬레이션 하였다. 그래서 교통접근성의 변화로 인한 주변 토지 이용 변화를 공간적으로 예측하려고 한다. 도시화 현황을 살펴보기 위해서 지적도 자료를 이용하여 미시적인 경관 분석을 실시한 후 교통접근성의 변화에 따른 주변 토지이용 변화의 상관성을 분석하기 위해 교통자료와 토지이용 자료를 GIS분석 및 통계 분석하였다. 그리고 상관성 분석 결과를 멀티 에이전트 시스템 전용 플랫폼에 적용하여 시뮬레이션 분석을 하였다.
