  • The activity conducted throughout the life cycle of any facility generate an enormous quantity of data that needs to be stored, retrieved, communicated, and used by all parties involved. Advanced in technology have increased the opportunities for gathering, providing access to exchanging, and archiving all of this information for future reference. Considering that classification system of construction material is reviewed international exchange of information by the ISO standard, it is consist of classification form of construction process. As a result, this study analyzed to OmniClass Table-22(Master Format-20(4) for the purpose of gaining a the international standard and electronic information, and compared to OmniClass Table-23 ${\cdot}$ 35 ${\cdot}$ 41(UniClass, EPIC) for the expansion and standardization. Furthermore, it is tried to integrate with UN/SPSC attribute code for the establishing of application and international exchange.

  • The presented study was based on the notions that 1)the age-separated perspective would not be functional for post modern society which characterized by a diversity of life styles and 2)effects of wage peak system have been investigated mainly through managemental efficiency with quantitative analysis. In those notions, this study aimed to investigate effects of wage peak system based on age integration perspective with a qualitative method. Deep case study were executed with four workers who fully understand regarding wage peak system. Results showed that three sub categories were drawn in the meaning focused on issues of wage peak system; uneasy attention on workers who applied for wage peak system; pro and con of wage peak system for aged workers; achieving age integrated environment through mutual understanding.

  • Prior to the establishment of 'Employment-Related Big Data Center (tentative name)' to support the development of customized employment services. This Paper examines the current status and limitation of employment-related data in korea. Then, the implications were derived through foreign employment-related big data construction cases. Through the above analysis, I proposed measures to build and utilize employment-related big data at the individual level, focusing on the Transitional Labour Markets theory that emphasizes the implementation of individual labor force states. Finally, we presented future challenges such as massive maintenance of employment-related DB, increased representation of big data to be built around employment insurance DB, and increased reliability of DB presented.

  • Academic research of the elderly psychology flourishes in an aging society. The basic concern of both psycho-gerontology dealing with psychological processes of aging and geronto-psychology dealing with psychology of the elderly is with the maintenance of high quality of life and well-being. Given this context, the present study examined research trends of 91 depression and suicide studies and 31 aging and successful aging studies, and compared the trends with those identified in studies published within the first 30 years. It was found that a majority of studies are concerned with the direct or mediating effects of depression on suicide and everyday life, risk factors influencing depression, perceptions of aging and factors influencing those perceptions, and successful aging and factors influencing successful aging. Further, the number of studies of these topics is greater than that of studies published within the first 30 years. The findings were discussed in the context of heightening the quality of life of the older adults.

  • Intangible Culture Heritage can show its face only by representation of people in no form. Accordingly, if there are not people who represent Intangible Culture Heritage or records which is about Intangible Culture Heritage, we can see its appearance any more. Now on, Intangible Culture Heritage preservation policy of Korea is incomplete, so polices that Intangible Culture Heritage keeps on its values permanently, are essential. This study starting from these critical mind, suggests documentation method of Gangneung Danoje. This study designs documentation plans of Intangible Culture Heritage considering whore its whole lifecyle that produced, keened, used, preserved. To document the Gangneung Danoje, the target of documentation is selected and divided as ceremony, transmit from generation to generation, related data. the ceremony and transmit from generation to generation of Gangneung Danoje are recognized by building the business process, so records that produces whenever business act produce, subjects who produce the records, the spot where records are produced. A related data is not the target of documentation produced as continual business, but something to worthy of keeping as records is selected. Through investigation of the ceremony, transmit from generation to generation, and related data, this study selects objects to documentation and suggests method of documentation and subjects who document records.

  • The purpose of this study is to learn about the meaning and factors of gambling in one's life. Thus, it is to develop contents that help gamblers improve their quality of life by broadening their understanding of gambling. To this end, data from women who had experienced gambling and also quit gambling were collected and analyzed. What are the factors that deter gambling and gambling and what is the dynamics that lead to life? The research approach is a technical case study. The story and context of her life were in mind. The results of the matrix analysis were derived from 15 subcategories and 8 upper categories. The result was to adapt and cope within the mental and economic deficits and to survive survival. The researcher suggested that content development is necessary. It is necessary to develop counseling contents that can heal their pain, stress, and heartache and to help one parent's family's economic survival. It also suggested that the development of capacity-enhancing contents such as technical training to cope with social structural changes is necessary.

  • The study aims to analyse Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system in terms of caring justice on the premise that elder care should be included in discussions and policies of care. Caring justice means an ideal of equal sharing duties and rights of care by all citizens. Four dimensions of caring justice(decommodification, defamilialization, degenderization and elderly participation and power) were established for the analysis. The results of the analysis were presented that Korean Long-Term Care Insurance system was maintained by commodificated and gendered care services attempting defamilialization with the exclusion of elderly beneficiaries, which represented typical caring injustice. Policy suggestions were made to realize caring justice: improving the status of caring labour by achieving proper service price and public employment, reorganization of life cycle based caring system integrating children, disabled adults and elders, and developing user-centered long-term care system to guarantee participation and choice of people in caring relationships.

  • This study examined the historical changes of and dietitians' needs for the Life Cycle-based Dietary Guidelines for Koreans. Content analysis of relevant documents, a survey of 307 dietitians, and in-depth interviews with eight dietitians were conducted. The dietary guidelines published between 2003 and 2004 included one set of common guidelines and several sets of dietary action guides corresponding to six target groups: pregnant and lactating women, infants and toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. The guidelines were revised between 2008 and 2011 and consisted of six sets of guidelines for the target groups without common guidelines. The dietitians considered five or six as appropriate numbers of guidelines for each group. Needs for separate guidelines for women of child-bearing age and male workers were reported. The dietitians preferred one set of common guidelines with specific action guides for each target group and wanted easier and more specific messages to be included in the new guidelines. It is suggested that the Life Cycle-based Dietary Guidelines for Koreans should be revised to reflect such dietitians' needs.

  • This paper aims to introduce the case of operating electronic document system and record management system as one system called i-Works at Korea Midland Power Company. i-Works combines intelligent services, such as artificial intelligence and a chatbot, as a supplementary tool for record management. As such, the preparation process and progress direction for the development of the record management system is introduced, an in-depth review of real-time transfer and utilization of the functional classification system to enhance the utilization of the current records is presented, and new technologies, such as artificial intelligence for an efficient management of the increasing number of electronic records, are established.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel method for converting the existing 2D processes in the design and construction phase of civil engineering, to the future BIM-based processes. First, we compare and analyze the actual application processes of the outputs of the existing 2D method and the outputs of the 3D BIM method, for the whole process of BIM design of earthworks and road structures and integrated utilization of quantity, process(4D) and construction cost(5D), in view of life-cycle. The proposed method acquire the outputs of the design phase integrating IFC international common standard file information and CBS/OBS/WBS standard classification scheme information, and acquire the outputs of the construction stage by using an integrated utilization module for quantity, process(4D) and construction cost(5D). Ultimately, we intend to commercialize the step by step technologies for BIM design and construction in civil engineering by using the proposed method.
