본고는 일본에서 소비자들의 신뢰확보를 위해 계란의 생산이력시스템 도입이 요구되어짐에 따라 지난해 말(2004년 11월 30일) 일본의 (사)식품수급연구센터에서 계란생산 이력시스템 도입을 위한 가이드라인을 발표한바 있다. 본가이드라인은 정부, 학계, 업계, 생산자단체, 조합 등 9명으로 구성된 위원회에서 2004년 7월 21일부터 4차례에 걸친 협의회를 거친 결과 도출한 내용이다. 따라서 본 내용을 국내에 소개하여 양계(계란)산업에 도움을 주고자 축산연구소 영양생리과 황보종 박사가 수집, 번역한 원문내용을 게재한 것이다.

최근 한 호주 및 한 캐나다, 한 뉴질랜드 등 축산강국인 영연방 3개국과의 FTA가 추진되고 있으며, 주로 축산품목을 중심으로 개방이 확대됨에 따라 축산업의 큰 피해가 예상되고 있다. 이에 정부에서는 영연방 3국 FTA가 농축산 분야에 미질 영향에 대한 분석을 진행하고 있으며, 생산자단체 등과의 워크숍을 통해 대책을 마련 중에 있다. 이와 관련 본회에서는 육계산업의 실효성 있는 대책마련을 위해 다음과 같은 사향을 정부에 건의했다(본고의 내용은 본회 건의사항으로 추후 변경될 수 있으며 정부에서 마련 중인 대책안과는 무관함).

This study examines the foundations of contract farming, the extent of corporate vertical coordination, and farmer's land use in regards to the contract farming between discount store and watermelon farmers in Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. In the above case, contract farming is led by the group of producers. As the corporate's role is limited due to the specification of watermelon breed, contract farming takes the form of procurement contract with restrained levels of corporate vertical coordination. Thus, it has become common for contract farmers to freely enter and leave contracts and sign contracts with multiple clients. Furthermore, farmers participate in contract farming by using contract breeds in existing crop rotation systems. Through this process, watermelon farming is undergoing a process of diversification via the spread of contract varieties in this region.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the ecosystem structure underlying the development of artificial intelligence technology and related industries. In addition, the research on the AI business ecosystem based on AI technology and the ways to activate them was discussed. Ecosystems play a role in organically connecting producers, consumers, and decomposers. In the AI ecosystem, we classified the AI service producers, producers of AI services using the produced services, and data and related infrastructure services that are the basis of AI services. Stakeholders in the AI business ecosystem are the government and various private organizations that have a direct or indirect influence on AI service production, consumption, and operation. In Korea, in particular, the government plays a role as the most influential stakeholders. For example, the company contributes to the increase of producers, which are related to human resource development, and plays a catalyst role in the increase of services produced by R & D funding. In this study, the policy for revitalizing the AI business ecosystem includes (1) securing the environment for increasing producers, (2) spreading AI awareness among consumers, (3) securing data exchange and supply infrastructure, and (4) supporting services and related laws. Secure the system. This study is meaningful in that it contributes to and contributes to the construction of domestic AI-based environment and related research.

A source of records is critical and highly valuable for records management. The compositions and functions of an administrative organization, which is the source of public records, are changing according to its frequent reorganizations. In particular, changes in local governments are frequent, and the possibility of change increases over time. The processing department is responsible for various records management tasks as the source and producer of records; however, its scope of qualifications is unclear. As such, this study aims to clarify these sources of records and suggest ways to improve their management. For the objective, this study selected D regional local government and analyzed the forms and frequency of its administrative organizational changes. In particular, the processing department's modified organizational functions and compositions due to reorganizations were also examined. Through the analysis, problems concerning records sources that could arise from changes in the administrative organization and processing department were identified, and improvement plans for records management were suggested.

산지생태축산은 환경 친화적인 순환형의 생산방식으로 안전하고 맛있는 유기식품 등 많은 장점이 있어, 과소화, 황폐화가 진행되는 중산간지역을 활성화시키기 위한 기폭제로서 많은 기대를 받고 있다. 그러나 앞에서 기술한 바와 같이 기술적 문제에 더해 사회적, 경제적인 많은 저해 요인이 산지생태축산의 보급과 정착을 방해하고 있다. 이와 같은 과제를 극복하기 위해서는 생산자 혹은 관계단체의 노력에는 한계가 있으니 국가와 지역행정의 지원이 강화되어야 하는 것은 물론 지역주민과 소비자를 끌어들인 종합적인 지원책에 대해 검토할 필요가 있다. 산지생태축산은 21세기의 한국축산에 확고한 지위를 차지한 농법으로 중산간지역 농업의 견인차가 될 농법이다. 산지생태축산을 활성화 하기 위해서는 실효성 있는 지원책을 과감히 강구하며 다양한 제약을 극복할 방안 역시 선구적으로 마련해야 한다. 기존의 제도가 시대적으로 뒤쳐진다는 결함이 있었다면 이것을 감수해가면서 극복하는 것이 아니라 제도 개선을 하는 일이 더 중요하다. 국가나 도단위의 지역은 종래의 발상을 넘은 지역의 대처에 제동을 거는 일 없이 오히려 선구적인 시읍면의 활동을 전력으로 지원하는 자세를 가져야 한다. 그래야만 새로운 식품 농업 농촌을 고려한 창조적 농정의 실현으로 진정한 6차산업을 구현할 수 있다.

This study explores the development process of an farmers' group in Asan City that now plays an important role in the development of organic farming of the region. While increase in income in general may be one of main purposes making farmers join or form a group, the farmers group in Asan, instead, has tried to form a cooperative of local organic farmers. In doing so, they experienced a lot of difficulties and leant by trial and error. As a result, the farmers' group has recently developed in terms of business and organisational growth. The growth is not merely due to the growth of organic food markets but also due to the strong internal ties and trust that made possible to expand into food processing as well as to do social and cultural activities fur the rural residents. It implies that trust and cooperative identity between farmers should be the most important thing to be locally embedded farmers groups in a specific region.
