In order to improve manufacturing performance by flexibilities, type of strategies, types of information with manufacturing companies in Korea. This study is based on the situation theory. The variables of flexibility were applied with 'product flexibility' and 'mix flexibility'. 'low-cost strategy' and 'differentiation strategy' were applied at strategy types. Financial information and non-financial information, information attributes are applied at. At this study, product flexibility is significantly influenced the differentiation strategy. Mix flexibility is significantly influenced the low cost strategy. Only the low-cost strategy significantly affected on financial information and non-financial information. financial information and non-financial information were significantly influenced on Productive performance. To achieve the purpose of this study, Structural Equation Model (SEM) has been applied.

최근 제조업체들은 고객의 다양한 요구와 제품의 Life Cycle 단축에 따른 제조환경의 변화 에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 변화에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 수단으로 효율성과 유연성이 크게 부각된 유연생산시스템(FMS)의 역할은 대단히 크다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유연생산시스템을 평가하고 모델링하는 도구인 Petri net 모델링 기법을 이용하여 효율성이 뛰어난 흐름생산방식을 적용한 복잡한 유연생산 시스템의 통제시스템 모델 설정과 시스템정지(deadlock) 예방에 대한 분석을 하였으며, AGVs의 셀이동 생산시스템을 제어할수 있는 FMS의 계층적 TPN 모델링을 구축하였다.

Taking 195 Korean businesses and sorting them out according to the unit types, this study looks into how flexibility strategy in labor market, which consists of numerical flexibility and functional flexibility, takes effect on the organization's outcome variable, which in turn consists of productivity, labor-management cooperation, and job security. In addition, the present study analyzes the role of labor union's moderating effect on the relationship among labor market flexibility, labor-management cooperation, and job security. It is found out as a result that numerical flexibility has no meaningful relation with productivity, labor-management cooperation, and job security, while functional flexibility has a considerably positive relation with them. This result confirms the importance of functional flexibility of business strategy in labor market. The West has continuously insisted the importance of functional flexibility, pointing out problems of numerical flexibility. On the other hand, considering that this study has confirmed functional flexibility's meaningful relation, while it has not found out numerical flexibility's negative relation, it is necessary to study further on the relationship between these two kinds of flexibility. The result of analysis on the role of union power's moderating effect confirms only the union power's interaction effect in the relation between numerical flexibility and labor-management cooperation. The possibility of union's opportunistic behavior can be detected in this result.

본 논문에서는 사무 간접부서의 효율성 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 먼저 도요다 경쟁력의 원천인 유연생산 시스템의 아이디어를 응용하고자 하였다. 도요타의 유연생산시스템을 살펴보고, 프로세스 분석을 위해서 SIPOC 분석 기법을 살펴보았다. 도요타의 유연생산 방식을 사무 부서에 적용을 시도하였다. 실제 현장에 적용하여 효과를 보았다. 본 개선 기법은 인적 물적 제약이 많은 중소기업 및 공공부문의 경영혁신 방안으로 효과가 있을 것으로 제안한다.

급변하는 시장환경으로 인한 제조의 복잡성과 동적 특성의 증대로 인해 기업은 재공품의 감소, 납기일 준수를 위한 기술적 방법의 개발과 조화의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 이에 기존에 사용하고 있는 MRP, JIT의 생산계획 및 통제 방식은 적용하는 데 있어 단점을 지니고 있다. 이에 최근 각광 받고 있는 TOC의 DBR 방식을 이해하고 기존 생산시스템(MRP, JIT)의 단점을 극복하고 동적인 생산환경에서도 효율적으로 생산 가능한 유연한 생산 스케줄링 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 개발된 생산 스케줄링 모델은 동적인 제조환경에서 효율적이고 유연한 생산 계획 및 통제 시스템이 될 것이며, 비용절감과 함께 기업의 생산성을 향상시킬 것이다. 또한, 이런 유연 생산 스케줄링을 증명하기 위해 프로토타입을 통해 그 효과를 증명하여 보기로 한다.

The purpose of this study empirically verified impact of strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier and strategic and operational integration between first-tier supplier and their buyer on operation performance. In order to achieve our goal, we tested reliability, validity and path coefficient using structural equation modeling-partial least square (SEM-PLS) over 284 first-tier manufacturing suppliers data that Korea Productivity Center (KPC) surveyed in 2013. This study results indicated that operational integration between first-tier supplier and their supplier or buyer has positive impact on production process flexibility. Meanwhile, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and buyer has positive impact on production flexibility. On the other hand, strategic integration between first-tier supplier and supplier has negative impact on production flexibility. And production process flexibility has positive impact on production flexibility. By empirically testing to departmentalize level and scope of supply chain integration, this study has academic and managerial implications from first-tier perspective on.

The foremost aim of the paper is to evaluate the flexibility and stability of the Korean labor market through a cross-country comparison with OECD countries. Evaluating by the OECD Employment Protection Legislation Index, the flexibility of permanent job layoff in Korea is close to the average of OECD countries. Employment of temporary workers appears to be relatively flexible allowing for effective indicators such as the proportion of temporary workers among paid employees. As regards security, the levels of job security, income security and combination security are all far below the OECD average. A panel data analysis of OECD countries reveals that labor productivity increases as regulations on permanent job layoff become looser and regulations on temporary employment become more rigorous.

본 연구는 유연 생산 시스템에서 버퍼 할당 최적화 알고리즘을 제시한다. 기존의 연구들과는 달리 제안된 알고리즘은 시스템의 복잡성과 Combinatorial특성을 모두 다를 수 있다. 알고리즘은 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 시스템의 복잡성을 모델링하고 수정된 유전 알고리즘을 사용하여 Combinatorial특성을 다루며 버퍼를 최적으로 시스템에 할당하게 한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 첫 번째 제한된 버퍼가 있는 상황에서 시스템 Output을 최대화하는 목적함수를 사용하여 최적 버퍼할당을 찾아내는 것과, 두 번째 원하는 Output을 달성할 수 있는 최소의 총 버퍼 수와 할당을 찾아내는 두 가지 목적함수에 적용된다. 마지막으로 유연 생산 시스템의 성능을 결정짓는 다른 요소들과의 관계를 살펴보기 위해 무인 운반 시스템의 발주방식과 무인 운반차의 수 등을 변화시켜 실험을 수행하고 그 결과를 분석한다.

c-MES 설비지원 플랫폼은 다양한 제조 공정에 따른 설비별 상태 정보를 유연성 있게 수집하기 위한 모듈화 된 플랫폼 기술로서, 제조업 관련 IT 솔루션을 도입하기 어려웠던 중소기업에 적합한 맞춤형 MED로 생산성 향상을 통한 경쟁력 상승 효과가 크다. 제어기 유무에 따른 공작기계별 설비 직접 인터페이스 방법은 생산 현장의 다양한 상태 정보를 실시간 수집하는데 있어 높은 유연성을 자랑한다. 또한 설비 직접 인터페이스를 통해 수집된 데이터는 설비 정보 수집 모듈을 통해 변환/가공되고, gauges/charts를 이용하여 HMI로 제공하는 생산 공정 추적 관리 모듈을 통해 작업/관리자가 장비제어가 가능하도록 도와준다.
