기존 제조업체는 저렴한 운용비용과 관리가 용이하기 때문에 기업 내부에서 안 사용하는 인트라넷 생산관리 시스템을 사용하고 있으나 외부업체와의 업무연결, 외부사용자와의 상호소통이 힘들다는 등의 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 인트라넷의 확장개념으로 고객 및 협력업체와의 관계 증진을 위해 기업의 내부 통신 시스템인 인트라넷에 이들을 포함시킨 엑스트라넷의 도입이 절실한 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 제조업체의 기존 인트라넷 기반의 생산관리 시스템을 보완하기 위해 외부업체와 제조업체간의 업무를 향상시키는 인터넷을 통한 주문관리가 가능한 Web-Deal 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 정보이용자와 정보를 창출하는 업체 사이에 거의 즉각적인 상호작용이 가능하므로 진행 상황을 실시간으로 알 수 있다. 따라서 신속한 업무처리에 의해 고객의견을 즉시 반영할 수 있는 시스템이다.

The objective of this study is to verify effects of employees' cognition of their job characteristics in production department of manufacturing companies on production performance and also to verify the moderating effect of the characteristics of managerial accounting information in the relationship between job characteristics and productivity. To achieve this purpose, this study divides the factors of job characteristics into task diversity, task significance, autonomy, and task identity and production performance into flexibility, time, and quality. The results of this study are as follows. First, There is a significant relationship between job characteristics and production performance according to employees' cognition of their job characteristics. Second, There is a significant relationship between job characteristics and production performance according to the characteristics of managerial accounting information.

M. C. Jensen과 W. H. Meckling이 쓴 'The Nature of Man' 논문의 핵심은 역시 REMM(Resourceful Evaluative Maximizing Model)이다. REMM이라는 용어는 새롭지만 개념은 200년 이상의 연구와 경제학과 사회과학과 철학적 토론의 산물이라는 것이다. REMM에서의 핵심은 Resourceful이다. 어떤 이론이나 정책이건 어떤 가정과 한계가 있다는 의미로 사용할 수도 있다. 재무관리의 모태인 경제학에서 지금까지 사용된 모델은 고전 경제학시대부터 일관되어 왔던 추상적 의미의 이익(효용)극대화 모델이다. 재무관리는 그 목적이 궁극적으로 인간의 소비선호체계를(people's consumption preference) 극대화 하는 것이고, 한정된 자원(scare resources)을 시간에 따라 어떻게 배분하여 효용(utility)을 극대화하는 것을 중심과제로 삼고 있다. 효용의 극대화를 위한 자원배분은 생산자원을 어떻게 배합하여 가치생산을 극대화하느냐 하는 생산에의 배분문제와 생산된 재화 및 서비스를 사람들의 욕구충족을 최대로 하는 소비에의 배분문제로 나눠 생각해 볼 수 있다. 그런데 적어도 재무관리에서는 후자는 다루지 않고 가치생산의 문제만 다룬다. 이러한 가정하에서 재무관리의 목표와 이에 따르는 재무관리이론(가정)의 전개는 가치창조와 소비에의 배분을 통한 효용의 극대화를 다루는 경제학의 이론을 답습함으로 일부 혼선을 불러올 수 있다. 위험에 대한 재무담당자(투자자)의 태도를 재무관리의 입장이 아니라 경제현상 전체에 해당되는 입장에서 다루므로 각 각의 교재마다. 투자자의 부 또는 수익에 대한 효용과, 위험과 수익에 대한 무차별곡선이 달리 표현되고 있다. 재무관리 책에서는 재무관리의 가정하에서 투자자의 수익에 대한 효용, 그리고 수익과 위험에 대한 무차별곡선이 정립되어야 할 것이다.

Only small numbers of medium-sized manufacturers have adopted a production management system. They have difficulty maintaining production cost and progress management, because they have used the ways that win a contract, not mass production system like a big company. Also a small company has to change standard features of products whenever customers want, by means of non-standardization and small quantity production method. As a result, it has been very difficult for a small company to establish a proper production management system. So, this paper tried to make a study about increasing production management system, using QR codes in a small-sized manufacturer with the ways that win a contract, based on real application case.

본 고에서는 생산정보 처리 기술 중에서, 컴퓨터 이용설계와 공정설계(CAPP) 분야에서의 생산정보 통합 활용에 필요한 특징형상과 부품 관련 생산정보 통합 활용에 필요한 데이터베이스 설계라는 두 가지 경우에 국한하여 생산정보를 통합 활용하려는 연구 결과를 정리한다. 즉 밀링 가공 공정을 대상으로 "지적 공정설계 기술 개발" 과제를 통해 얻은 50개의 특징형상과, "S사 금형공장 생산관리 시스템 개발" 과제를 통해 얻은 데이터베이스 설계 방법이 정리되어 있지 않고 CAD/CAPP 통합 및 생산관리 시스템 구축이라는 일부 예에 불과하나, 새로운 연구 분야인 생산정보 통합 기술의 정립에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.술의 정립에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 제품을 생산하는 도중에 생산체계의 상태가 관리상태에서 이상상태로 전이될 수 있는 불완전한 생산체계에 있어서의 경제적 생산주기 결정모형을 다룬다. 생산체계가 관리 상태에 머무는 생산시간이 지수분포를 따른다는 가정하에서 전체 현금흐름의 현재가치를 생산 주기의 함수로 유도하고, 이 함수를 최대화하는 경제적 생산주기의 근사해를 구한다. 근사해에서 출발하여 최적해를 찾아 내는 간단한 알고리즘을 개발하고, 이를 적용한 수치예를 보인다.

본 연구는 기존의 셀 생산라인에서 관리자가 직접 체크하기 힘들었던 부분인 표준작업시간의 측정을 USN ( Ubiquitous Sensor Network ) 환경을 통해서 측정하여 셀 생산라인의 표준작업시간 측정 방법을 개선하는 것이 목적이다. 측정 방법의 개선 방안으로는 셀 생산라인 내 Sensor Network 및 웹 기반 관리 시스템을 도입하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 USN 환경을 통해서 작업시간을 측정하고 측정된 데이터는 서버로 전송되어 관리자는 웹을 통해 확인, 관리 하는 시스템이다. 본 연구를 통해서 작업시간 및 불량품 데이터를 실시간으로 확인하는 시스템 체계를 구축할 수 있었다. 이를 통해서 생산 관리 부분에 정보 시스템을 도입하여 관리 수준을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Effectiveness of Just in time managing system can be obtained by removing unexpected lead-time and maintaining consistency on the physical transportation of construction resource. Construction resource management is essential on checking on load data from production of shop to field, and it is based on building resource life cycle information. In this study, production, transportation, and assembly disciplines of concrete construction should real time communications exchanging information related to shop-field with each other, Establishing information support system is an important initial step for promoting active cooperations among these resource life cycle on data flow. To achieve this, on suitable using management point, we suggest a concrete construction control model.

다품종 소량 생산으로 제조 업체의 전산 업무 관리가 매우 복잡해지고 있고, 전산 시스템이 급속히 변하며 환경이 복잡해지고 있으며. 전산에 입력해야 할 데이터들은 많아지고 있다 그래서 제조 업체의 근태 및 입출고 전표, 작업 일보 데이터를 사람이 일일이 입력하기엔 많은 전산 단말기와 용량이 큰 시스템을 요구하고 있으며, 현장 데이터의 실시간 처리 및 확인이 어려운 상태이다. 본 논문에서 제안된 P.O.P(Point Of Production) 단말기를 이용한 생산통신관리 시스템은 제조 업체 현장에 P.O.P 단말기를 설치하여 현장에서 일어나는 모든 입출고 및 생산 데이터를 생산 시점에서 입력 할 수 있는 기능을 가진 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.
