The Relationship between Health and Mind-Body State According to Five Colors Preference (오색(五色)선호도에따른 건강과 심신상태의 관련성 연구)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between five viscera, environmental and seasonal changes, and their preference for five colors. Methods: The survey performed using the Chinese medicine constitution and the five cardinal colors (Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Black) paper. Results: The blood types distributions were A, O, B, AB, and others in order. The proportion of smokers(75.6%) and non-drinkers(25.6%). Their color preferences were highest in blue and the lowest in black, but not significant. The proportion of the viscera was stomach(45.3%), liver-lung, intestine, and heart, and the tastes were spicy(48.8%), sweet, sour, salty, and bitter in order. Blue was the highest in all. kidneys(8.3%) preferred red and bitter yellow. The change in mind(35.7%) was highest, followed by scary thoughts and their color preferences varied. The most preferred place was 'cold place,' and 'dry place' was low. The most preferred seasons were 'autumn (38.6%), and the lowest was rainy. And their colors preference were blue. The respondents(89.9%) were normal, 5.7% hypertension and 4.4% hypotension. Healthy people preferred blue (91.8%) and hypertensives yellow with not significant. The diabetics preferred blue and red(p<.04). Conclusions: In the questionnaire survey on the health and physical abnormalities of Seoul citizens, various distributions found in each category, and most of them preferred blue. The results indicated that the questionnaire and the five- colored preference were a little interrelated. However, the results are to be primary data for research in this field.

Quality Characteristics and Antioxidative Activities in Various Cultivars of Sweet Potato (고구마 품종별 품질 특성 및 항산화성)

  • The objective of this study was to determine the characterisics of quality and antioxidant with various sweet potato(SP) varieties. The differences of skin color between general and colored SP was not significant. The flesh color of steamed SP was the lower than flesh of raw SP, and especially steamed purple SP(5.24) was lower than flesh SP(22.0). In physical characteristics, the hardness of raw SP showed the low values and the springness, gumness and hardness among steamed SP varieties was not significant. The total phenol content(TPC) of purple, yellow-fleshed and general SP had 13.1, 6.22 and 3.02 mg/g, respectively. In DPPH, the purple-fleshed SP had the highest free radical scanvering. Also, shingunmi$(88.5\%)$, Saengmi$(80.9\%)$ and Shinchunmi$(78.9\%)$ show the high antioxidant activities. The redness of SP was positively correlated with TPC in raw and steamed. However, the yellowness of flesh SP was negatively correlated with DPPH.

Dyeability of Ramie Fabrics Using Extract of the Native Plant of Rubia akane Nakai Grown in Korea (한국 자생 꼭두서니 추출물에 의한 모치섬유의 염색성)

  • This study was carried out to investigate into the dyeability of ramie fabrics using the extract of native plant, red-dye madder (Rubia akane Nakai) in different conditions. Surface color of ramie fabrics dyed with extracts from red-dye madder plants showed an order of descent YR. However, it was changed by the different mordants. Surface color of ramie fabrics treated with FeSO$_4$, SnCl$_4$, and tartaric acid was an order of descent Y, and that treated with the ashes of common camellia, and bean straw was an order of descent R. At higher temperatures, surface color and coloring matter concentration of ramie fabrics were as follows that values of a increased, however, values of b decreased and values of L lowered. Coloring matter concentration increased in the order of 7$0^{\circ}C$, 9$0^{\circ}C$, and 6$0^{\circ}C$, and so on. Dyeing colors on the ramie fabrics showed an order of descent Y by pH 4 and 9 in dyestuffs solutions. Coloring matter concentration in terms of K/S values, more or less, was increased at strong acids. Surface color by the concentration of dyestuffs solutions showed an order of descent YR irrelevant to the concentration of dyestuffs solutions. Coloring matter concentration was increased at higher concentrations of dyestuffs solutions. Ten minutes was sufficient for the dyeing of ramie fabrics in terms of surface color and coloring matter concentration.

혼합 형광체를 사용하여 제작한 백색 유기발광소자의 전기적 및 광학적 특성

  • 백색 유기발광소자는 전색 디스플레이, 액정디스플레이의 backlights, 조명에서 잠재적인 가능성 때문에 디스플레이와 조명 업계에서 각광 받고 있다. 백색 유기발광소자를 제작하기 위한 방법으로 형광체를 이용한 백색 유기발광소자가 연구되고 있지만, 아직 색순도와 색좌표에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 무기물 형광체를 이용한 백색 유기발광소자의 전기적 특성과 광학적 특성을 관찰하였다. 광원으로 사용된 청색 유기발광소자에 적색과 녹색의 무기물 형광체를 결합하는 방법으로 백색 유기발광소자를 제작하였다. 광원으로 사용한 청색 유기발광소자의 양극으로는 투명전극으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 ITO를 사용하였고 정공 수송층으로는 N,N'-bis-(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine, 청색 발광층으로는 1,3-bis(carbazol-9-yl) benzene 호스트에 bis (3,5-difluoro-2-(2-pyridyl)phenyl)-(2-carboxypyridyl) iridium (III) 청색인광도 펀트를 사용하였다. 정공 저지층과 전자 수송층으로는 각각 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthorlene와 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline을 사용하고 전자 주입층으로는 lithium quinolate를 사용하였으며 음극으로는 Al을 사용하였다. 색 변환층으로 사용된 유기물 형광체는 sol-gel 방법으로 제작된 적색 형광체와 녹색 형광체를 사용하였다. Sol-gel 방법으로 제작된 형광체에 대한 주사현미경 측정 결과 입자의 표면이 고르고 크기가 작고 균일하였고, 높은 온도 열처리에 따라서 용매제가 대부분 제거되어 형광체 발광 특성이 잘 일어났음을 확인하였다. 제작한 백색유기발광소자에서 혼합비율에 따른 전계발광 특성 변화를 관찰하였다.

Crystal Chemisty of Ca-Garnets from Ulchin Pb-Zn Deposits: A study of Mineral Spectroscopy (울진 연 . 아연 광상에서 산출되는 Ca석류석의 결정화학 : 광물분광학적 연구)

  • 울진 연.아연 광사의 Ca석류석은 결정화학적 성질의 차이에 따라 색, 경도, 비중과 같은 물리적 특성이 달라진다. 가기 다른 색을 보여주는 네가지의 석류석에 대하여 전자현미분석, X-선 회절분석, 뫼스바우어 및 적외선 분광분석등을 실시하여 화학적, 구조적 및 결정화학적 특징을 연구하였으며 광학적 및 물리적 특성도 연구되었다. 화학분석에 의하면 Fe 함량이 0.35에서 1.92%로 증가함에 따라 석류석의 색이 연분홍, 황록색, 적갈색 및 암갈색의 순으로 변한다. 이러한 Al에 대한 Fe의 치환은 단위포의 크기에도 영향을 미쳐 11.91$\AA$에서 12.06$\AA$으로 단위포의 크기가 증가한다. 뫼스바우어 계수에 따르면 Fe치환에 따른 Y-O 거리의 증가로 $\delta$값이 0.372에서 0.389mm/sec로 일정하게 증가한다. 또한 능을 고유하며 이웃하는 X십이면체에 영향을 주어 내부대칭도를 떨어뜨리게 된다. 이러한 현상은 적외선 스펙트럼의 360~300cm-1의 영역에서 그로슐라에는 관찰되지 않는 수개의 흡수선이 안드라다이트에서는 관찰된다. 한편 소량의 Fe2+가 그로슐라에서만 관찰됨을 미루어 석류석의 생성이 용역내으 낮은 산소분압에 영향을 받았을 것으로 추측된다.

  • N-phenylmaleimide (PMI), a compound for strengthening the heat resistance of ABS resin, is a yellow crystal. Therefore, copolymers modified with PMI exhibit color, which limits their use. In order to overcome such disadvantage, the demand for N-cyclohexylmaleimide (CHMI), which has similar properties to PMI and also is a white crystal, is increasing. However, CHMI is difficult to industrialize due to the formation of various by-products during synthesis, which requires an additional purification process resulting in a low yield. In this study, composite catalysts were developed to improve these problems and industrially produce CHMI. Finally, CHMI was synthesized with a 85% yield and at least 99.5% purity.

The Effect of Carious Pit and Fissure Sealant on Secondary Caries and Using Status (우식성 열구에 적용한 치면열구전색의 이차 우식에 대한 영향과 사용 실태)

  • This study was designed to investigate the using status and awareness of pit and fissure sealant, and how it affects on secondary caries when performed on above of initial caries. After classifying 446 occlusal surface into four groups, performed pit and fissure sealant, induced artificial caries, used DIAGNOdent (Kavo) to measure degree of secondary caries. Also, distributed a questionnaire on dental clinic in metropolitan area to find out using status and awareness of pit and fissure sealant, the following results were obtained. 1) On inspection and percussion, Group 4 corresponding to the enamel caries showed the highest secondary caries after sealant and was statistically significant difference in the order of initial group, stained group, sound group (p<0.05). 2) Inspection showed the highest percentage on tooth fissure caries diagnostic methods before sealant. 3) 56.6% didn't know about DIAGNOdent, 91.6% didn't have it. 4) In clinically, the most cause of secondary caries after sealant was a broken sealant, making caries on the downward. Based on the results of above study, degree of caries under sealant could affect on secondary caries, needs publicity about the use and necessity of objective fluorescence device.

Analysis of the Characteristics of Children and Adolescent Patients Received Sealant after National Health Insurance Coverage using Big Data (빅데이터를 이용한 치면열구전색 급여화 이후의 소아청소년 치면열구전색 환자에 대한 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of pediatric and adolescent patients who received sealant after health insurance coverage based on demographic factors such as gender, age, insurance type, care institution and region. Patient Sample Data from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service were used for this study. A total of 8,454,636 patients' data were obtained from 2010 to 2017. Of these, 114,680 patients got sealant treatment. Females were more likely to receive sealant treatment than males. 5 - 9 year age group showed the highest number of patients and proportion of treatment. Patients with health insurance were more likely to receive pit and fissure sealant treatment compared to patients with medical aid program. The number of sealant patients and the proportion of sealant treatment were the highest in dental clinics, followed by dental hospitals and public health centers. The number of sealant patients were the highest in Gyeonggi and proportion of sealant patients were the highest in Jeonbuk.

  • 현재의 텔레비죤은 보도, 교육, 오락, 교양 등의 넓은 면에 결쳐서 우리의 일상생활과 깊은 관계를 갖고 있다. 그러면 이 텔레비는 앞으로도 현재의 형태를 그대로 계속해 갈 것인지 그 전망을 가정용 텔레비를 중심으로 간략하게 살펴보기로 한다. 텔레비와 형제지간의 관계에 있는 라디오는 중파 이외에도 음질이 좋은 FM방송이 출현하고 더욱이 2챤넬, 스테레오방송 및 4챤넬, 스테레오방송과 같은 순으로 발전해 왔다. FM스테레오의 음질은 원음과의 상이점을 논의하기 어려울 정도로 원음에 충실하고 예술감상의 가치가 있을 정도로 고품위가 되고 있다. 텔레비의 경우에 이상적으로 생각되는 것은 시시가가으로 변화하는 광경을 순시에 멀리 전송하고 원경과 똑같은 광경을 재현시키는 것일 것이다. 이 이상으로 가는 단계는 다음과 같이 네가지가 있다. (1)흑백 텔레비 (2)칼라 텔레비 (3)고정세도 와이드 텔레비 (4)입체 텔레비 현재는 (2)의 칼라 텔레비의 단게에 있으며 화질과 색재현의 충실도는 수신기에 따라 차이가 있으나 조건이 좋으면 꽤 양호한 색의 재현이 된다. 그러나 화면의 선기도, 박력, 아름다움 등에서 영화나 인쇄에 미치지 못하는 상태에 있다.

  • A multichannel type spectroradiometer which can measure the optical characteristics of light sources was constructed. Our system can be used to measure the optical characteristics of light sources of which the wavelengths are ranging from ultraviolet to infrared(220nm~1100nm)in 16msec. The optical characteristics such as color coordinates, color rendering index, brightness, color difference, etc. was measured and analyzed.
