최근 고객관리 서비스는 사용자의 환경 및 특성까지 분석하여 개인에게 가장 적합한 서비스를 제공하는 형태로 변화하고 있다. 하지만 기존 고객관리시스템은 회원 가입 시 작성하는 정보 이외에 추가적으로 고객에 관한 정보를 얻기 위한 방법이 한정적이다. 이러한 기존의 고객관리 시스템은 고객의 성향에 따른 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무선 통신 방법인 NFC(Near Field Communication)를 이용하여 고객의 성향을 신속하게 파악하며 분석할 수 있는 고객관리 시스템을 개발 제안한다. 제안된 시스템의 특징은 데이터의 처리 및 전송 경로가 사용자정보를 직접 서버로 전송하게 되며, 정보를 관리 서버에서 범주별로 분류하여 속성 단위로 가중치를 적용하여 분해하는 기능을 제공한다. 개발된 서버에서는 범주별로 규정되어 있는 속성정보에 대해 가중치와 저장된 사용자 정보를 제공된 알고리즘에 따라 상황인식기반으로 내용을 분석하게 되고, 분석된 사용자 정보들의 결과 값이 가장 높은 값을 가진 범주를 사용자의 특성으로 제공한다. 본 시스템으로부터 추출된 예측된 값은 사용정보를 수신할 때마다 갱신이 가능함으로 개발된 시스템은 사용자의 동향을 이용한 서비스를 온라인으로 제공할 수 있게 된다.

최근 정보화 사회에 있어 멀티미디어의 향상으로 기술의 중심은 사람에게 맞추어져 가고 있다. 만약 기계가 사람의 감정을 인식하여 그들의 상황을 이해할 수 있다면 감지된 상황에 따라 능동적으로 사람에게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. B2C(Business to Customer) 산업에 있어 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 고객이 원하는 서비스 요소를 추론하여 고객이 원하는 서비스를 제공하고 그 결과를 평가하여 지속적으로 서비스품질 및 성과를 향상 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 그것을 위한 중요한 요소는 고객 만족도의 정확한 피드백인데 현재 국내에는 고객의 만족도 측정에 대한 정량적이고 표준화된 시스템이 열악한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 B2C산업 서비스 분야에 있어 고객 만족도를 실시간으로 수집 및 분석할 수 피드백 시스템으로서 고객 만족도를 고객의 얼굴감성인식을 이용하여 추론할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하며 효율적인 얼굴 감성 인식에 대한 분석을 한다.

In this paper, we describe an ontology-based context aware model that collects context information from USN sensor and CCTV image and reasons about context in order to development an integrated security control system in the industrial environments. The context model represents autonomous and heterogeneous data as ontologies and recognizes the context through DL(description logic) inference in the smart computing environment. We expect that the integrated security control system can automatically detects the risk in the industrial field and reduces the safety and security incidents by applying this context model to the system.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 RFID를 이용하여 접근할 수 있는 기본적인 비즈니스 모델인 입·출입 시스템에 대하여 연구하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 본 논문의 입·출입 시스템은 학교 및 다양한 회사에서 적용될 수 있는 시스템으로서, 기존의 입·출입 시스템의 한계를 극복하고 보다 효율적이고 편리한 구조를 제안함으로서 다양한 모델에 적용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 위치인식 및 상황 인식을 기반으로 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 입·출입 시스템의 초석이 될 것으로 예상된다. 기본적으로 RFID 태그는 입·출입을 위해 학생이나 각 회사의 사원에게 부여되며, RFID 태그와 관련된 모든 데이터 관리는 IDS(Information Database Seuer)에서 관리하도록 한다. 제안된 시스템은 모든 입·출입 상황을 웹으로 확인할 수 있으며, 입·출입에 관련된 정보만을 제공하는 것이 아니라 상황에 따라 필요한 메시지를 사용자에게 포워딩 함으로서 융통성과 업무 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다.

The Context-Awareness technology which can provide the appropriate information to the human after estimating a lot of information exceeds the time and space in the ubiquitous environment is being developed now. GIS (Geographic Information System) and LBS (Location Based Services) based context awareness is one of these kinds of technology. The context awareness based transfer guide service which can provide useful information, according to the different information which was got from different sensors which were set in different places, to the pedestrian who is using the transfer center will be introduced in this paper. About the result of the service prototype which was tested in test-bed, the context awareness information such as the inside location and density calculation's accuracy is 90%, and the response time of the service is in 10 seconds, and also, the reliability will be higher if more advanced based infra will be used, so it is consider that it can be used to provide service enough.

Many security issues occur in cloud computing service environment such as authentication, access control, and so on. In this paper, we propose an effective authentication and access control model which provide integrated management and control when we access various resources in cloud computing environment. To address these problems, we suggest a context-aware single sign-on and access control system using context-awareness, integrated authentication, access control, and OSGi service platform in cloud computing environment. And we show design and implementation of context-aware single sign-on and access control system. Also we verified the flexibility and convenience of the proposed system through multi fact based integrated authentication in cloud computing environment. We could provide flexible and secure seamless security service by user context in cloud computing environment.

Event detection and recognition is an active and challenging topic recent in Computer Vision. This paper describes a new method for recognizing events caused by human motion from video sequences in an office environment. The proposed approach analyzes human motions using Motion History Image (MHI) sequences, and is invariant to body shapes. types or colors of clothes and positions of target objects. The proposed method has two advantages; one is thant the proposed method is less sensitive to illumination changes comparing with the method using color information of objects of interest, and the other is scale invariance comparing with the method using a prior knowledge like appearances or shapes of objects of interest. Combined with edge detection, geometrical characteristics of the human shape in the MHI sequences are considered as the features. An advantage of the proposed method is that the event detection framework is easy to extend by inserting the descriptions of events. In addition, the proposed method is the core technology for event detection systems based on context-aware computing as well as surveillance systems based on computer vision techniques.

유비쿼터스 환경에 대한 관심이 증대되면서 주변상황을 인식(context-awareness)하여 적응적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구들이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 연구중의 하나로서, 규칙과 온톨로지를 이용하여 주변상황인식을 위한 상황정보 표현 방법을 제시한다. 기존의 상황인식을 위해 각 컴포넌트간의 프로토콜 및 인프라의 중점을 둔 연구들과 달리 본 논문은 실제 상황인식에 필요한 정보들을 정의하고 이를 적용하여 최적의 서비스 제공을 위한 기반을 제시한다. 상황을 기술하고 있는 규칙베이스를 이용하여 주변상황을 개념화하고, 개념 및 기타 시스템에 필요한 정보는 온톨로지를 이용하여 표현한다.

The smart home environment focuses on recognizing the context and physical entities. And this is mainly focused on the personalized service supplied conversational interactions. In this paper, we proposed the recommendation using the context awareness based information filtering that dynamically applied by the context awareness as well as the meta data in the smart home. The proposed method defined the context information and recommended the profited service for the user’s taste using the context awareness based information filtering. Accordingly, the satisfaction of users and the quality of services will be improved the efficient recommendation by supporting the distributed processing as well as the mobility of services. Finally, to evaluate the performance of the proposed method, this study applies to MovieLens dataset in the OSGi framework, and it is compared with the performance of previous studies.

Acquiring context data in a timely and correct way is now regarded as one of the crucial characteristics of the proactive service which runs on ubiquitous computing environment. Moreover, context model should be well designed to provide a solid context-aware system. Since the ubiquitous computing systems aim to provide context-aware services everywhere with any available devices, legacy services which uses context models assuming single or limited domain should be extended enough to be useful even for multi-domain muli-services. This leads us to a motivation to build a generic context model with an appropriate type of model. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a generic context model by assessing a variety of model types with a sort of evaluation measures.
