기업의 전략적 제휴와 관련된 이슈는 (1)계약체결이전의 문제(제휴의 동기 및 파트너의 선정), (2)계약상의 문제(계약 협상), 그리고 (3)계약이후의 문제(제휴의 운영 및 관리)의 세 가지 측면에서 접근가능하다. 본 연구에서는 전략적 제휴 이후의 결합효과 증대와 공동의 목표달성을 위한 제휴의 성공적 운영 및 관리에 초점을 두고 그 핵심전략으로서 상호호혜적 조정노력(가치-공유적, 일치성-중심 및 친교적 조정노력)을 제안한다 구체적으로, 전략적 제휴에 있어서 상호호혜적 전략이 파트너 기업과의 관계(파트너기업의 협력행동 유발, 기업간 상호적응성, 그리고 파트너 기업의 기회주의적 행동 억제)와 효과성(거래비용감소 및 관계지속의지) 사이의 관계를 구조적으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This paper studied cooperation and reciprocity mechanism by analyzing game mechanics of MMORPG 'World of Warcraft: Classic'. MMORPG is the genre of game where social interaction vigorously occurs. This study figured out the structure of cooperation based on evolutionary psychology, anthropology and social psychology through participatory observation. Four cooperation and reciprocity mechanism were drawn through investigating game mechanics like instance dungeon, clear role setting, item, soulbind. In addition, this paper suggests providing ideas of making cooperation mechanism in the field of game design.

This study is to identify how social capital is accumulated and used in SNS space, furthermore, is to examine the impact of structural and relational social capital on SNS user satisfaction, and continuous intention of information sharing. The empirical test showed that social interaction ties have a significant and positive impact on relational social capital(trust in SNS site, trust in SNS user, reciprocity). In addition, it was proven that trust in SNS site played a critical role in satisfying SNS user whereas trust in user and reciprocity was not related to SNS user satisfaction. Finally, trust in SNS site and reciprocity were proven to be key determinants of continuous information sharing intention, whereas trust in user was not related to continuous information sharing intention.

This study focuses on identifying motivation factors affecting knowledge sharing behavior in virtual communities. To achieve this research objective, a research model has been developed through two major coordinated theories such as social cognitive theory(self-efficacy and community-related outcome expectation) and social exchange theory (codification effort, image, reciprocity, and enjoyment in helping others). 246 samples have been collected and simple regression and multiple regression methods have been used for empirical analysis. The research result is that self-efficacy has a positive influence on image, reciprocity, enjoyment in helping others, and community-related outcome expectation and thus this result reveals that self-efficacy indirectly affects knowledge sharing behavior. Among the antecedents of knowledge sharing behavior, codification effort, enjoyment in helping others and community-related outcome expectation are significant, but image and reciprocity are not. The research results help to derive practical strategic implications related to knowledge sharing to activate a virtual community.

The purpose of this study is to explore implications for intergenerational Christian education in Korean churches and families that struggle with "generational fragmentations" focusing on the conception of reciprocity and participation. For the faith community in Korea, "generational fragmentations" does not merely mean communication gaps or the disconnection between generations but also the absence of reciprocity and communal participation as a genuine intergenerational community of faith. With this phenomenon in mind, this study explores the concept of "intergenerationality" in education, focusing on reciprocity and participation. Next, this study examines the concepts of reciprocity and participation found in John Dewey's seminal works, Democracy and Education and Experience and Education based on his ideas of democracy and experience in relation to intergenerational Christian education for the Korean church and families. The present paper then attempts to find implications for intergenerational Christian education in the Korean church and family, showing the importance of an intergenerational community of faith with reciprocity and communal participation, and communal spiritual journey with children and adults.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nursing work environment and reciprocity on job embeddedness in the small and medium size hospital nurses. The data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 206 nurses. Data collection was performed from March 4 to 22, 2019. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the research, the study model accounted for 66.0% of job embeddedness. The most powerful variable affecting job embeddedness was support system of nurse, among sub - variables of nursing work environment. Therefore, nursing managers should improve the nurse's job embeddedness by creating nursing work environment that supports nurses such as salary improvement, professional development and promotion opportunities. In addition, it suggests that improvement of hospital and nursing organization system is needed to maintain cooperative relationship with nursing team or other health care professionals.

This study conducted a longitudinal analysis to identify the impact of social capital on depression trajectories in later life. For data analysis, the Korean welfare panel data(2006-2012) was utilized and 4001 older adults aged 65 and older were included in the final sample. The results showed that social trust was significantly associated with depression scores at baseline but did not predicted the rate of change in depression over time. A higher level of reciprocity significantly predicted the faster decline in depression over time. For social participation through donation or volunteer, the percentage of participation was very low and it was not significantly related to depression trajectories. Finally as the satisfaction from social relationship becomes more positive, the rate of change in depression tended to decline faster over time. The results of this study indicates that in order to prevent or delay depression in later life, we should help older adults accumulate positive social capital such as social trust and reciprocity through active social interaction.

This study discusses how players make the mutually cooperative mechanism in Social Games. In SNG, many players exchange helps each other. That mechanism is not only one-off but also repetitive process. In the perspective of reciprocity in Evolutionary psychology and Mythology, this study analyzes mutual cooperation in several game texts most well known in the SNG field. According to the field study results, four cooperative mechanisms were extracted. These 4 principles apply to every digital game design for emerging of cooperative storytelling among players.

본 연구에서는 액착이론 및 가족발달적 접근을 바탕으로 하여 성인딸과 어머니의 상대방에대한 애착, 그들의 상호작용, 주거상 거리, 딸의 결혼 및 부모기로의 변화(tran-sition)등 성인 모녀 관계에서 중요한 제 변인들 간의 관계를 알아보았다. 본 연구에서는 유목적적 편의표집 방법을 이용하여 100쌍의 성인 딸과 그들의 친 어머니를 대상으로 선정하였으며 횡단적 비교를 위하여 성인 딸의 결혼 여부 및 자녀 유무에 따라 다음과 같은 3집단으로 구분하였다 : 미혼의 딸과 그들의 어머니(미혼기) 자녀가 없는 기혼의 딸과 그들 의 어머니(신혼기), 자녀가 있는 기혼의딸과 그들의 어머니(부모기), 성인 모녀 애착 질문지를 이용하여 얻은 응답을 토대로 성인 딸과 어머니의 애착에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 중다회귀분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 성인모녀 애착은 상호 호혜적이었다. 성인 모녀간의 상호작용, 모녀간 애착의 차이, 딸의 결혼여부는 성인 딸과 어머니의 애착에 유의한 영향을 미쳤는데, 특히 이들 변인과 관련하여 성인 모녀가 서로에 대한 애착을 지각하는 양상에는 차이가 있었다. 모녀간 주거상 거리는 성인 모녀 액착에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았으며 이것은 서 인기의 상장적 애착을 의미한다고 할 수 있다.

In this paper, we investigate cosponsorship networks found in the 17th National Assembly of Republic of Korea. New legislation should be sponsored by at least 10 legislators including one main sponsor. Cosponsorship networks can be constructed, using directional links from cosponsors of legislation to its main sponsor; subsequently, these networks indicate the social relationships among the legislators. We apply Exponential Random Graph Model (ERGM) for valued networks to capture structural properties and the covariate effects of networks. We find the effect of the same party has the greatest influence on the composition of the network. Mutuality also plays an important role in the cosponsorship network; in addition, the effect of the number of elections won by a legislator has a small but significant influence.
