  • This paper aims to study on attribute of interaction between user from cultural capital perspective of Bourdieu who expanded the concept of capital and presented class production and reproduction through 'World of Warcraft' play and analysis. The results of this study is that First, game ability showed properties of cultural capital that embodied, objectified, institutionalized. Second, the types of interaction by difference of cultural capital appeared that lurking, reciprocity, exclusion. This study identified game ability have attributes of cultural capital and that Due to the nature of the interaction for 'Disticion', individual actions are related to the process of accumulating power and contribute to class reproduction.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sensibility image of necktie according to width and color combination of checked pattern. The experimental materials developed for this study were a set of stimulus and response scales. The stimuli were 18 color pictures, in which the width(small: 0.2cm, medium: 1cm, large: 2cm), tone combination(similar, contrast), and hue combination(WR: white+red, WB: white+blue, WG: white+gray) were manipulated. The 7-point scale was used for evaluation of sensibility image. The subjects of this research were 216 female college students living in Gyeongnam. The investigation was carried out at September 2009. The data were analyzed by using SPSS program. Analysis methods were ANOVA and Duncan-test. The results of this study were as follows.; The analyses of sensibility for necktie according to width and color combination of checked pattern revealed that the concerned factors are five characteristic dimensions of attractiveness, youth, appeal, elegance, and warmness. Width showed an independent effect on appeal. Tone combination showed an independent effect on attractiveness, appeal, elegance, and warmness. Interaction effects of width and tone combination on attractiveness were found. Hue combination showed an independent effect on all dimensions. In addition, significant interaction effects of width and hue combination on attractiveness, youth, appeal, and elegance were found. Significant interaction effects of tone combination and hue combination on attractiveness, youth, and appeal were found.

  • Many interaction methods for augmented reality has attempted to reduce difficulties in tracking of interaction subjects by either allowing a limited set of three dimensional input or relying on auxiliary devices such as data gloves and paddles with fiducial markers. We propose Spatial Interaction (SPINT), a noncontact passive method that observes an occupancy state of the spaces around target virtual objects for interpreting user input. A depth-sensing camera is introduced for constructing the virtual space sensors, and then manipulating the augmented space for interaction. The proposed method does not require any wearable device for tracking user input, and allow versatile interaction types. The depth perception anomaly caused by an incorrect occlusion between real and virtual objects is also minimized for more precise interaction. The exhibits of dynamic contents such as Miniature AR System (MINARS) could benefit from this fluid 3D user interface.

  • The study focus on the factors affecting the interaction between SNS users, the purposes of this study is to investigate the similarities and differences between Korea and China users. As a result, the study found that the ease of use in technology factors has no effect to Korean users, while the social ties in social factors has no effect to Chinese users. The impact of user's interaction was not different between korea and the china customer. According the those results marketing managers should develop different marketing strategies.

  • Two dimensional electrostatic model was used to investigate the interactions between beam electron and neutral plasma. It was found that results heavily depend on the beam density. When the beam electron density is lower than the ambient plasma beam density, many beam electrons exhibit vortex structure through beam-plasma interactions and can propagate into the ambient plasma easily from the injection area. On the other hand, when the beam density larget than that of the neutral ambient plasma, it was found that most of the beam electrons constitute return current and ion with much larger mass than that of the electron can be accelerated according to the magnetic field strength. Furthermore, as external field strength varies, it was found that propagation and interaction of the beam can show large dependence on it.

  • The use of protein interaction data is highly reliable for predicting functions to proteins without function in proteomics study. The computational studies on protein function prediction are mostly based on the concept of guilt-by-association and utilize large-scale interaction map from revealed protein-protein interaction data. This study compares graph-based approaches such as neighbor-counting and $\chi^2-statistics$ methods using protein-protein interaction data and proposes an approach that is effective in analyzing large-scale protein interaction data. The proposed approach is also based protein interaction map but sequence similarity and heuristic knowledge to make prediction results more reliable. The test result of the proposed approach is given for KDD Cup 2001 competition data along with those of neighbor-counting and $\chi^2-statistics$ methods.

  • The simplified model for 3-dimensional analysis of vehicle-bridge interactions is presented in this study. By using the analysis model which includes the eccentricity of axle loads and the effect of the torsional forces acting on the bridge, the more accurate analysis results of the behavior of the bridge can be obtained. The equations of kinetic energy, potential energy and damping energy are expressed by degrees of freedom of the vehicle and the bridge. And then by applying Lagrange's equations of motion, the equations of motion of the vehicle and the bridge are obtained. By deriving the equations of forces acting on the bridge considering the vehicle-bridge vertical interactions and also by identifying the position of vehicle as time goes by, mass matrix, stiffness matrix, damping matrix and load vector of vehicle-bridge system are constructed in accordance with the position of vehicles. Then using Newmark's β-method(average acceleration), the equations of motion for the total vehicle bridge system are solved.

  • Most product consists of various national components, and brand strategy using nationality images is prevalent in marketing field. Country of origin is meaningful consideration for decision making. The purpose is that how consumer evaluate the global brand depending on two-sided dimension of country of origin. This research aims to examine the interaction effect of two-sided country of origin and moderating effect of global identity. In study 1, two-way interaction effect of origin of brand and origin of production was significant with social prestige. In study 2, there-way ANOVA provided marginally significant main effect of origin of brand and global identity. Two-way interaction effect of origin of brand and production was significant with social prestige. Also two-way interaction effect origin of brand and global identity was significant with innovation and social responsibility. Three-way interaction of origin of brand, origin of production, and global identity was significant with social responsibility, this approved moderating effect of global identity. Results contribute to understanding global brands strategy using country of origin effect, and to adding new knowledge to the country of origin literature. Academic and practical implications, limitations, and future research directions were discussed.
