  • 전력계통의 정상상태와 다양한 초장상태를 모의하기위한 단락시험설비는 크게 단락발전기, 보호차단기, 전류제한 리액터, 투입스위치, 단락변압기, 버스바 및 케이블, 투입피크 제한장치, 부하회로 및 측정장치 등으로 구성되어 있으며, 유효한 시험을 위해서는 이러한(변수)조합들을 적절하게 조절, 제어하여 실계통의 현상을 재현하거나 규격 또는 의뢰자의 요구에 부응하도록 하는 것이 중요하다. 이것을 위해서는 각 시험설비의 정상 및 과도 특성과 조합된 회로에 상존하는 변수(stray values)들을 찾아내고, 이들에 대한 독립성과 의존성 관계를 파악하여 계산 가능한 모델링을 도출 하여야 한다. 그러나 경험적으로 볼때 단락발전기의 과도임피던스 및 여자 특성과 변압기를 포함한 회로상의 stray values 등이 여러 변수들과 만들어내는 상관관계를 파악하는데는 좀 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 관점에서 상기 변수에 따른 변화 기여도를 가능한 한 정량적으로 분석하여 회복전압, TRV 및 전류와의 상관관계를 규명해 보고자 한다.

A New Solubility Parameter for Retention Behavior in Liquid Chromatography (액체크로마토그래피에서 머무름거동에 대한 새로운 용해도파라미터)

  • The solubility parameter theory for retention behaviors of phenols in a reversed phase liquid chromatography can be applied to limited ranges of the aqueous solvent system. The many examples of the exception to this theory were found to show no agreement with the retention behavior of phenols. Therefore, a new solute-solvent interaction parameter, ${\delta}_{im}$ is added to the Schoenmakers equation of the solubility parameter theory in LC to approach the equation to the real one. The new solute-solvent interaction pararneter, ${\delta}_{im}$ depends on the kinds of solvent, the solvent composition and the structure of solutes. The parameter, ${\delta}_{im}$ has the linear relationship with the solubility parameter of mobile phase, ${\delta}_{im}$. The prediction of retention behavior by this modified equation turns out to be greater than the previous one.

Magnetic Layer Thickness Dependence on Magnetic Switching volume of CoSm/Cr Thin Films (CoSm/Cr 박막의 자성층 두께에 따른 자기역전부피)

  • The magnetic switching volume is known as an important parameter to understand the magnetization reversal process, thermal stability of the written information and media noise. This parameter is influenced significantly by the microstructure of the magnetic layer as well as underlayer. Therefore, we fabricated CoSm/Cr thin films with varying magnetic layer thickness under constant sputtering by using a dc magnetic sputtering machine. The magnetic layer thickness effect on the magnetic switching volume have been studied by the means of magnetic viscosity and dc demagnetization remanence curve mesurements. From these measurements, we found that the switching volumes increased with increasing the magnetic layer thickness, whereas the coercivity showed different behavior. These may be a result of the increased intergranular coupling and the larger volume fraction of the magnetic layer.

The Effects of $Mg^{2+}$ on the Micelle Formation of Nonionic Surfactants (비이온성 계면활성제의 미셀 형성에 미치는 $Mg^{2+}$의 영향)

  • In the presence of $Mg^{2+}$, the interaction of nonionic surfactants, $nonylphenol-(ethylene oxide)_n$[NP-nEO; n = 12, 40, 100] with iodine in aqueous solution were investigated by UV-visible spectrophotometer. CMC (critical micelle concentration) was decreased with increasing $Mg^{2+}$ concentration, and those effects depend upon EO (ethylene oxide) numbers. Above CMC, the intensity of interaction peaks by the addition of $Mg^{2+}$ increased and then decreased. The increase in the intensity of the interaction peaks were attributed to the compactness of micelle in the presence of $Mg^{2+}$. These phenomena may be explained by the fact that the linear ethylene oxide chains, to be free configuration in aqueous solution, could form a psuedo-crown ether structures capable of forming complex with $Mg^{2+}$.

  • Compared with traditional face-to-face instruction, online learning causes learners to experience more severe feeling of isolation and results in higher dropout rate. This is due to the lack of interaction, sense of belonging, membership, interdependency, cooperation among members and social environment that enables persistence in online learning. Therefore, it is very important for grouping e-learning community to lower the dropout rate and eliminate feeling of isolation. In this paper, the research has been done on the inclination test list to be applied for grouping the desirable learning community. And on the basis of this research, the grouping system for e-learning community(GSE) based on intelligent multi agents for an inclination test using homogeneous and heterogeneous items has been developed. GSE system has such properties that construct a personalized user profile by an agent, and then make groupings according to users' inclination. When this system was evaluated, about 88% of learners were satisfied, and they wanted the group not to be disorganized but to be maintained.

  • This paper deals with the potential interferences between ground rods. To propose a method for reducing the potential interference caused by grounding electrodes, the theoretical analysis and the reduced scale model tests, which we related to the measurement and computation of ground potential rise and potential interference caused by actual-sized grounding electrodes where current is injected, were carried out. The ground potential rise and potential interference coefficients were measured by using the hemispherical water tank grounding simulator and calculated by CDEGS software as a function of the distance between grounding electrodes. The ground potential rises and potential interference coefficients strongly depend on the distance between grounding electrodes, and the measured results were compared with the computer calculated data and were known in good agreement.

Trust Building Level and Linkage's Spatial Characteristics on Logistics & Storage Industry in the City of Busan (부산시 물류창고업의 신뢰형성 수준과 연계의 공간적 특성)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine relation between trust building level and linkages's spatial characteristics on the logistics & storage industry of Busan. As a result, First, long-term & repeated interaction, information sharing & reciprocity, and interdependence & asset specificity have an important effect upon the micro trust which implies the highest trust. Proximity and uncertainty impact on the meso trust, the trust of middle level. Culture, norm, and formal institution of firms affect the macro trust, the lowest level of trust. Second, the micro, the meso, and the macro trusts mainly form in the local scale where spatial proximity is great. The higher the trust building levels become, the more spatial dimensions by linkage expand to national and international dimension, respectively. Third, these results appear more clearly in the output linkage than input linkage, in the service areas-many firm, in the horizontal linkage than vertical linkage, in the advanced evolution phases of firm connection, and in the supply chain management than outsourcing.

  • The thickness dependence of the magnetic switching volumes in electrodeposited CoPt films was investigated from the magnetization reversal and the magnetic interaction behavior. As the sample thickness is increased, the field difference between the wall pinning field ($H_{DW}$) and the nucleation field ($H_N$) as well as the absolute value of ${\Delta}$area are increased. Therefore, the decrement tendency of the switching diameter with increasing sample thickness can be well explained by the domain wall motion controlled by the domain wall pinning and the strength of dipolar interaction.

Effects of Nitrofurantoin on Lipid Peroxidation and Reactive Oxygen Radical Generation in Porcine Lung Microsome (Nitrofurantion이 폐장 미크로솜 지질과산화와 반응성 산소 라디칼 생성에 미치는 영향)

  • In vitro effects of nitrofurantoin, an antimicrobial agent for acute and chronic urinary tract infection, on the lung microsomal lipid peroxidation and the generation of reactive oxygen radicals were investigated to elucidate the biochemical mechanisms of its in vivopulmonary toxicity. The interaction of nitrofurantoin with porcine lung microsome resulted in significant lipid peroxidation. In addition, nitrofurantoin stimulated the generation of reactive oxygen radicals, $O^{-}_{2}{\cdot},\;H_2O_2$ as well as a highly reactive secondary oxygen species, $OH{\cdot}$. The stimulation of lipid peroxidation was inhibited not only by superoxide dismutase and catalase, but also by hydroxyl radical scavengers, mannitol and thiourea. Neither singlet oxygen $({^1}O_{2})$ was detected during the incubation of microsome with nitrofurantoin, nor lipid peroxidation was inhibited by singlet oxygen scavengers. When incubated anaerobically under the nitrogen atmosphere, the ability of nitrofurantoin to stimulatle lipid peroxidation was abolished. It appears that NADPH-dependent metaboliam of nitrofurantoin in pulmonary microsome under aerobic condition is accompanied by the stimulation of lipid peroxidation through the mediation of reactive oxygen radicals, particularly hydroxyl radical. It is strongly suggested from these results that the stimulation of pulmonary microsomal lipid peroxidation by the reactive oxygen radical may be a in vivo mechanism of pulmonary toxicity caused by nitrofurantoin.

A Phenomenological Study on Conflicts Experience by Women: Focused on the Case of Women in Small and Medium Size Enterprises (중소기업 직장 여성의 갈등경험에 대한 현상학적 연구)

  • This study examined the case of women's conflict experience in small and medium size enterprises. Although the number of women working in business organizations is rapidly growing in Korea, discourse about them is still scarce. Some discourse about them focuses only on the productivity and inequality aspects within the organizations. Therefore, we need to examine their organizational lives through a more dynamic and performance based perspective. Especially, because conflicts experience by women within business organizations involve a variety of organizational interactions, they reveal the vivid reality with which working women face today. The existing conflict research studies focused on communication or interpersonal relationship are limited by the fact that they have primarily dealt with the variables such as conflict management styles. However, conflict research needs a more specific and wholistic interpretation because conflicts usually depend on their contexts and interaction dynamics. Therefore, the phenomenological methodology was employed as a more appropriate method for the current conflict study. Results shows that the two themes were identified regarding the conflict content. The first and second themes were the unfair situations and the hierarchical rank respectively. The three themes were identified regarding the attitudes about conflicts. They were the passive stance toward conflicts, the recognition of the gender difference, and the acknowledgement of the importance of the relational aspect respectively. Finally, three more themes were identified regarding the conflict management styles. The first, second and third themes were the passive responding, the aggressive responding and the positive conflict management respectively. In addition, the implications of the results and the suggestions for future studies were made.
